awright awright awright so right okay so somebody said it's Moe it's musty Liaquat oh wow no this is not mufti Vyatta this is chef Kashif is from Pakistan but currently or a chef but a community resource as any man in Australia chef tell us a bit about yourself for people
who are not too familiar with you your own a brief bit about your journey to where you've got yeah I have been like studied like all the Islamic Sciences with the Salafis in Pakistan with different scholars from different City and amongst them were I'm sure to battle is a share to my 15 here's a bill of which our entire money and the other
what did you say a diamond D so a lot of different scholars and so from background I have been asked in Pakistan do they refer to themselves as Salafi or hadith or do they draw distinction well it's quite interesting the you know
the scholars who have studied specifically from Medina University there's a lot of selfies there's a you know trend amongst telophase and Pakistan to go and study in Medina University because they like to get the takia and you know the you know they become authentic for me even stuff like this so they easily from next yeah from those
who have studied in the from Modena from Modena University and from Serbia specifically so they prefer calling the unsub selfies and some of them they say with logic you know they start making you calling in a waiter and started in ok the train but the Pakistani fellow the Pakistani lol Hadees they prepare calling the unsub are mockolate adult Hadees and then they are top tech originated from
the aloha beef like DiMarco muslimeen they call themselves only Muslim and they call all other all the other groups of staffers it's the only we are Muslim and all the other guys like I think you maybe have heard of them they have all the originated from Karachi I mean do you say sure okay I mean can occurring on with a bit about yourself then all come to some questions on this but you're saying your journey was you're born and raised in Pakistan Karachi yeah in a hundred family Karachi
origin let's see going down people seemed this is the old sin Valley this is the the Indus Valley Civilisation right there culminating with chef cash if you've heard of mohenjo-daro and places like that in never been there so you associate you you you went to mother acai - Jamie I'm a worker salafiyyah I take it yeah I've been there for quite a time
and but but the most of my study study I did it from individually from scholars okay private meeting they're traveling in Punjab or staying with a lot of a lot of big names and you know scholars are from Punjab so jamia muhammediye in gudiwada is a very old mother hasta el hadees mother versa and it's been there before
partition so very well what's it called jammy muhammediye yeah I'm a huge fan of who's a student so if you're familiar with them I don't know what the selfies think about him today a lot of scholars because ballina bath is just a small town I think the city yeah I think it's one hour drive from Gujarat up yeah and the mother the mother aren't telling to you Jamia
muhammediye it was sheer abdomen and Madeira body very biggest follower Hadees he used to teach over there and when it's appropriate artesian before the partition of Pakistan then his student Abdul man on new Puri and authority they started teaching in that mother after that mother is very famous so but yourself shaky where you you where you yourself put I mean when you placed into this mother of system through your family oh because I think your family were not
too religious so I mean what was this an individual decision and if so what sparked in in places like Karachi Pakistan Pakistan yeah on the thing it was in YouTube or I think I'm internet I was searching for some songs and then I came with me because before that I never heard of any book any Islamic book but since that since that day I started you know it's kind of develop and trust in me to started reading books and taking interest in those things initially faced
a lot of resistance from within my family to going from the kind of modern guide suddenly I'm always and I started throwing my beard and I was so strict that when I was in the college like I was doing engineering my father my father he wanted me to go to engineering and so but what I did I started skipping the classes because of poor education and then suddenly my younger brother he picked up from me and he broke all the you know whatever the pictures in the houses and he broke them yeah he broke
them anyway we became selfies and like straight away come forth like inside a lot of selfies collars they have it in their book even the RFU they would generally say that whoever believes a
lies everywhere become powerful like you know everything becomes hell out then then so you know that okay you you know you spent several years going through these different whether it was Institute's or private the rules and is that I mean was there was there much objection was there was it a hassle or was it just because you're still doing your engineering course what's this ya know what but then yeah but since I got into these things I used to mostly wait and spend a lot of time
reading these books and going to Drew's meeting with the scholars and spending time with them and I just cut off with all of my friends barely friends dear friends who ever like I drew two outfits in my in my area and my sub up where I grew up and bond so I start to stop meeting with all of them and start you know all these things I used to do normally with my friends so I cut off ties with them I started making religious friends because that was the initial space of learning and doing it you know you are very into it into a small kind of Molly energetic and
elastic so and then I start I faced a lot of hassles and retaliations within the family and from outside as well but I was so keen to you know to adopt that change that not but yeah but in that time I got my scores were changed like I didn't get good scores in my engineering then I went to computer science and I didn't study like I was mostly doing these modular stuff and traveling here and there for no reason I mean for for
for learning purposes but I was enrolled into Bachelors of Commerce and batches of computer science so I just then I got out of my degree because in from computer science because I failed continuously two to three semesters and I was not really focusing on that I was staying with the scholars and traveling with them you know so when you have to like you staying there for four months and four days with them and spending time with them learning yeah you know what's interesting how do you feel about just out of curiosity how do you feel about that
now like do you feel still that that was still fun or do you feel that that was that I mean in hindsight is that naive not really it doesn't have to be um just do you feel that that was something hmm which just a [ __ ] shook a Sbarro yeah and was it like that what was it actually a really developing experience yeah experience because I believe some as a Muslim as a Muslim if you were born into a like Pakistani or
Indian family somewhere in your life you get inspired from any scholar or just like that and I say I'll share a very interesting story my father-in-law he was a shekel hadith and famous student of Murphy's earlier on in the Christian mother at another loom and the National Loom school was started by my father-in-law because most easily must be thoroughly who he was very against the education of you know worldly education so so my father-in-law was abilities and his madrasah he convinced
him to open the school so he is so he opened that school with the mother funny okay school okay so so that he could get her his children into that school it was my father-in-law what the purchase like he was a British citizen and he left his final MBBS year and he left it so and for the religious education so he was he left all the things because and he had feels a backlash from his family as well because all of his family they were like
modern Muslims they were so all of them are in the USA at them one all all the family so he left his final year of MBBS and he left because at that time he wasn't Singapore I think he was doing it from Singapore and he was British so he left it for the for the religious education because most easily converts from like but leave all the things things like that for the religious things so his family got did not this did not like it this behavior I mean you
know was leaving the final year of your MBBS and then suddenly becoming very religious and not going into hiding not meeting with anyone so this was faith my father and even I think so everyone even if they don't go or like like this in extreme but still they are getting they began inspire aspiration from the mall ways who convinced them to do like a lot of like these things so I think I feel a kind of better now because if I would
not have gone through that faith I still be doing you know doing a lot of things which are not part of the religion Oh some some of like not like now nowadays they are doing in Pakistan like they are encouraging people to go and pray and even at the time of this pandemic thrown our thing still encouraging and we're hoping against the government so a lot of these yeah I mean and I was gonna say you know I'm black no tell me you're very familiar with the kind of the Pakistan politics and I mean by that not just the the actual government politics but the the dynamics between the
scholarly class as well yes this fitna that's going on right now or this issue of the announcement recently that was made by a committee by most Imani barackman that had diverse Imams on the most he thought he was on the preview auntie that we will now be reopening the masajid what what is this about what what are you and what do you feel about this technically what I feel is there
one of the two things first thing is that all these movies like they believe this screw noir is just a conspiracy theory it's not real but they don't want to say it on the you know on the national television and they don't want to say but they are giving this kind of impression because what happens like I think couple of weeks ago when circus morning said that we would not close close down the mosque and suddenly the next day they change their statement so a contract conducted my friends and family in Pakistan I was talking with them so they told me like their Tony
Liddell they asked given kind of impression to the public that they are being forced to say this the statement to close down the mock and then the following and then the following Friday in Karachi in the afterbirth incident drop out where the mosque at most attendees and all the people they attacked the police and then they also take the Rangers as well and one of the female official office I think she was in Canada she she got her smash paper
smashed by an ahmadi as well and all the other police officer they were resisting to retaliate why because there was a huge crowd they couldn't you know they and then it suddenly went certainly becomes the religious issue no one even if they are posing if they no one there want to step in it just becomes a blasphemy issue sectarian groups operating and anybody can take
benefit of you you know and people think oh that so this is the thing and the other thing was I think it also has to do with the financial yeah something because I was gonna suggest this so it's good that you said that I was going to say that do you not think sometimes this is you know some people become very generous god-fearing and they get multiple
donation of like it's a huge business because when I have something here absolutely I was being told because I was because when I was coming here and it was my decision that app that never work on shared here would not ask for it I would do it whatever I'll do I'll earn by myself because I've seen how mothers are people like a lot of them in the final year and after dinner graduation they couldn't find jobs they couldn't find anything so they literally used to cry and ask for jobs and they had no option other than joining the group and to follow the even
though they know they have to follow it otherwise so this is and then come back there and come back and kind of you know
when you get accosted and then one of the caller advised me like you can go back you can go over there study for you like you already know everything you just have to get a degree you know each other from Serbia and then you can come back to
opener mother tooth over here open them all and you would have any financial problems I said so I said team and I don't personally from and if I don't like this thing like I don't want to earn through religious you know like if I'm in dependency you don't want to religious and then you have to abide you know when when people giving me charities or people are supporting your mother Rosa so the audience you have to act according what audience what your audience for one right and this this
happens every year because you know when the when in Pakistan a famous Mali changes changes expect right yeah so what happens they get married to a girl from that set they get a home as well they get a car you get a good financial support from that group as well and some of and when they want to switch back or go to other Medusa if they're already having this luxury yeah they don't leave it because why because it they leave it they would stop getting you know all these luxuries and things like that so it's kind of a business as well now it's
a huge piece once a person becomes dependent on a particular denomination this denominational dependency it is a even though it can be a boost in the beginning but it is a nightmare it cripples a person's independent thinking on that note I know you you have been quite independent in your thinking you've been even critical of some of the other hadith kind of views and things
like this on Facebook so what some of these issues must lucky I am into la Hadi so they are always grouping in every in every sec there are other groups for a moment I thought he said there's always grow pink
I was like okay so you think so what are some of these key issues or some examples of issues that you've had that you've gone public with rattle the cage so the main problem was they're like they were not we're very fond of reading
the fake right so they were very very so I'll tell you an incident my younger brother he he brought me his friend who was doing he was in doing MBBS was becoming the doctors medical doctor and they had to you know do this practice over the dead body of the people do this oh they have to practice on the dead body I forgot the name of that word they
use in the medical term anyways so much my brother brought that guy to me and a selfie shameful Hadees very famous apologies I'm not taking his name so he's he's from Karachi as well the Vice senior scholar he he asked him so that when we examined the dead body we practice on them and we have and there's no other option other like if we do not study on these dead bodies we can't practice right we had shot this on them we have to learn from the anatomy and whatever it is not so yeah yeah so he
said to him it is Haram it's Haram for you to see the naked dead body he's had to practice over them he gave him this and that guy he was just he was like what the heck is this like how what I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do and I'm still studying and if you if you tell someone a common guy who is who is religiously devoted and at the same time study involved in his profession and a lot of people are like that they're both would reduce and devote it to their carriers and things like that so he said to him it is her I came
to me and I explained to him well it's totally fine it's not a problem otherwise this is like he can't apply the general rulings on this this is for the learning purposes and I and I kind of satisfied him but this is just one incident that how their thinking is how their thinking is that every kind of enclosed box you know deal with that whether you can pray you know in a in a crane or not whether you can pray because in a mosque in a in a boat or in
a train in a plane in an airplane speaking of in a break speaking of praying in mosques one of the issues you've been very vocal on is women praying in the streets yeah yeah it's me it's my much luck okay what's going on with this I think I think the LP its colors they're a bit relaxed because all wine women go to the mouth I can't sit in Mystica you can't go to the mosque
you can't come to the III but since I became selfie or would always take my mom to the east race and I was otherwise if they don't go how they're gonna learn like they're going to the market they are going to the universities colleges everywhere else they're going but they're specifically told not to go to the mosque right yeah and from the evidence perspective like they don't have any evidence like what evidence do they have other than other than this thing it's fit enough if you allow women to go to the mall it's fit enough and it just
just her booth is yeah you wouldn't believe the presence in there there's an authentic hadith in the Tirmidhi that a woman was raped while going for budget sorry a woman was raped right while going into the mosque in the morning right in a for print budget so and ready to harassed he was raped she was raped yeah while going to the mosque because people at the time like at the time the
Prophet they would go to the mosque when it was still dark you know they would go to the mosque was still dark so that woman was raped female Sahaba was raped and it did not stop the Prophet from prohibiting the been on mosque from female going to the mosque okay because I cuz I thought because the Oh me like there's some incidents I've read about this kind of thing but from what I from what I had read was that some women were just harassed I think why harassed as in some men had
tried to kind of just harass them on the way to the Masjid or something but I hadn't read oh okay I think thanks for texting me maybe I haven't read it for a long time but harassed or raped whatever but this there's nothing bigger than that this is the fitna they talked about right this is the thing you talk about and then then when that woman was harassed while going to the mosque it did not prevent it did not let the prophet and his companions to place a ban on the mosque right on the on the woman going to the mosque and this
happened after I think it was after the time when his job became first because after that time so all the all these Fitness kind of things to talk about like when you're the woman go to the mosque they they will indulge into into fitna and even we get from the from from the authentic police we get to know that when the woman would come at the time of the Prophet to pray the sahabas during their who would see the beautiful woman in their prayer this is another authentic narration see this is a part
of human nature it is the part you can not it's not possible that you cannot eliminate it right yeah like what you're trying to what yours just to be clear though the chef is saying this is about this cause this element of the point of prohibition that many of the Hanif ulama have used is a point of fitna that they have said the reason why women are not welcome in the mosque is because with the presence the mere presence of women
will trigger fitna will trigger all kinds of problems and issues from sexual kind of harassment to all kinds now that's why you're highlighting that look but there were cases of harassment there were cases of attraction there were cases of we attraction which is natural anyway all of these in the times of the Prophet and yet these things were not priority what else evidence they want this is a living example that Interop curing Tawaf they have been several
incidents reported that like some of the like meals they grope women to touch them or do these kind of things right yeah so if see look whatever you believe that the Prophet new unseen all he did not know the knowledge of unseen but allah allah subhanaw taala he already knew these things gonna happen he if if there was if if there was if there was a ban so they would have been in different time and prescribe for tawaf for both men and women there's one there's one
Kaabah but different timing could have been prescribed knowing this think that they could have been they could be harassed I mean this interesting hadith which I know I know for some people is a can of worms but which Imam Malik brings in the what thought that during the lifetime of the prophets and Allah I listened and men and women who go together yeah which is massively problematic we can for so many people because he it's a spanner in the works at how wonderful men and women doing what all together in the same place so some people say oh we didn't mean in the same place or some people
said it meant but I personally I'm glad that Imam Ali brought that in the you know the hadith you're talking about it's full version evening Fatima and that narration it specifically mentioned they would do it from one battle yeah and it mentions that man that they would do it together which negates because some Lama tried to do that wheel of saying if I can get over their own that they used to do mean I I mean in a way from one vessel when I came to I hid until well after so one
would come through then another person but the hadith actually that Imam Ali brings says man they used to do it together so it's massively it rocks the boat on this kind of issue the false interpretation and I had I had an article on that as well and I think I gather different routes and wrote them on my Facebook page so this is the false Bobby like they when they don't have anything left they come off this false are we like and try to bring
different you know criticize it I know I've mentioned this to you previously already but that you see I've had a take my photo and my understanding has been when it comes to women entering the Masjid not only obviously that's an obvious cut even right but I've spoken on issues of menstruation and said that I do not feel that the menstruation is a state of nature sir it is not a state of impurity yes the Salah is forgiven as a rose as a kind of gift from God to make
life easy but these it's not that these women are impure it's simply a hygiene issue that when the Prophet spoke about certain women not coming in the mosque in the time of the Prophet Elisha Salim from a sanitary perspective they weren't things like you know kind of they don't have menstrual pads and things like this the way people do today you're in later years and it was just an issue so you have certain narrations where a lady had her menstrual cycle she was sitting there she got up and you know you it was kind of all stained and so you can imagine these kind of things happened in the past and still perhaps today in some
parts of the world but it's not a nature and impurity issue a woman is not impure just because she's on her hip she's on her menstrual cycle I'm not sure what your thoughts are on this share on this topic but I'd like to say one thing that there were some late humbly purist who permitted intercourse during the menstruation cycles yeah I've come across something like I
mean drinks that you've come across I think if you if we look into this and try to find some classical scholars like and we may definitely find something but this was interesting any idea which specific kind of Hannibal Oh on tarting it was I have it's on my facebook I haven't see but yeah you were saying
carry on mean well yeah so yeah dead scholar and in the commentary as well so they both the commentary was done by I think the nudge teeth : they nicely humbly scholar the peas they are kind of humbly yeah so this he wrote in the comment with that shake and both in the text said if he feel you know
desires if he had so much oh the desires over from the front from the front private parts of the woman these even during the menses so this was kind of interesting because normally it's very fascinating I mean it's fascinating not from just a sexual perspective but it's fascinating from a fatwa perspective that because there's a diverse and they derogating
they're making taxis of the you know that soccer Boone is then he may penetrate and fulfill it aside so you can imagine if anyone else would have stayed this today like if you don't quote that scholar you the straight away get a photo of Cooper and things like that and see even the even the Abu Hanifa view of you know feeding the milk to the child to the infant milk
the woman smell the wrong woman why would why would she not wrong milk to a child yeah no no on hold her own own milk so above the crowd subscribe for up to a maximum of two years but Abu Hanifah said it's more than that a pony for that could be more than that to be fit the Quran doesn't kind of place as a limit is simply just described so you know what I don't worry that can be lame so that this is you
know whoever wants to complete it it's like two years as a standard but it doesn't mean if you go one day over two years you've committed a Haram or something it's just a description of yeah of course but definitely trying to say that Abu Hanifah I think he said more to two years and six months or something like that that's why boo hanifa is being criticized for opposing the Quranic you know the Quranic smells and things like that so if we may look into different spec issues we definitely find difference of opinion there's always and
and like the way the hadith head has been narrated to us the scholarly opinions have not been recorded and reached to a terrible scholar who had different opinion but they have been they haven't been used to us ghosts and those were different from the what normally are being conveyed from the for Mata Haven and the issue is that if you come up with a fatwa that you know like what you mentioned it's slightly weird or a bit outside the box or in some of these things like we I
suppose like this humbly fatwa I dunno I mean on a site now just to mention that even it's a me I did also say a woman despite being on a menstrual cycle can do go off and he's got a reseller on e and he kind of leans in on Imam Abu Hanifa view that that it was not a kind of shot for the wolf but the but the point is if you come up with anything that's a bit out of the ordinary people are so trigger-happy to say kufur you know that is like you've gone
against the itch Mandy and he did that he had a football news website but if you are paying taxes to the government then you don't have to pay the car it's not obligatory what's your P's and other people they started saying old Romney is already a deviant a kafir and when I quoted them from magnet aeneas the same thing and from the fellow saying thank you the
government right in the form of tech obviously a kind of like a part when you would cross a bridge across the line so you have you had to pay to the local governments or Authority so the Salaf even in the in the US are they said that if you have already paid it it's just a car you don't have to anymore that so because they didn't have this like of course is common sense they didn't have this system like we have today but still there were some origins you can find and if natima said the same
thing so those who were criticizing I am the OSI look he's modernize his piece and there then Davian know what like if the thickness is the same thing and there they completed president from the Salafist well yeah what what is what are your thoughts on that because I felt that you know on zakat zakat is quite interesting as a case study because I feel that the cut is I mean it's there in the lifetime of the Prophet sallallaahu Salaam yet in all honesty the question is how clearly defined is it in the lifetime of the Prophet
because the cat as a concept is the the obligation in the of the Quran is artists cat is they we know in armored food the Europe delegation ninth a jury a few months before the profits of Alison passed away that the Prophet had told the neighboring kind of tribes and the tribes within Arabia to pay zakat now many of them did pay the Prophet but what was it stipulated as what they should pay your word they just they were giving a certain amount of certain
things some tribes didn't pay and some were paying but were they paying out of an obligation or almost out of an appreciation we're not too sure but what we do know is within months the prophesy maximum passes away obviously the whole issue arises in the time of Oaxaca or the lava and it becomes a challenge a worry you know that the cat becomes a defining point because on one hand it means you see when you say that you have the right to come collect the cat it also means I surrender and relinquish my
right to have two kind of private to deny access to my property because you now the say the person who would come that the auditor he can just come in and order all my stuff and I have no right to say no this for the Arabs was a big thing back then I mean they they were very kind of proud they didn't have this you know you can just come in and count all my sheep and and count all my camels and take this from it and I don't have the right to prevent you was a huge
thing so this obviously triggers the redoubles and and from a worker of the allow animals perspective it was a it was the ultimate submission to Authority so yeah and around this time after them we see this okay that's him in life stop but what about gold and silver because gold and silver was not the main thing people are trading in their trading in livestock gold and silver this seems to be almost no single Sahih hadith on the nisab of like for example gold and and there were a majesty on a weaker these because what
else are using a basic so I've always been curious that this whole thing of the cut I feel it was more a pragmatic decision that the scholars kind of said look well a taxing system is necessary for a state to function so yeah we've got a weak hadith it's ok you know she'll die you know we need to get this thing moving that's the main thing so what are your thoughts on this and if a government today is taking taxes could that and they providing a welfare system could that substitute has occurred
see even if you look at in the in the slam of history a lot of companion cents are buying they used to get paid so from bed to month so from the government so it was a gives the concept of you know welfare state where you you pay the citizens and look after them yeah and of course for state to work they have to collect taxes otherwise the state cannot work so we find this this opinion amongst the Salaf as well that they can
collect then they can collect taxes from the from the government for their for their benefit and at the same time the that would constitute as the path so and another thing I'd like to make I'd like to say that on the issue of Abubakr when the people stopping some of the tribes to stop things as a car you know the the people some the famous opinion is dead oh the of the RZA that they a pasta files and things happen but the other scholars like Imam Shafi and a mammal cassabi and other scholars say ho they
held that opinion that it was not the actual apostasy it was actually the disobedience to the ruler yeah they did not it wasn't a kafir or Muslim who sorry held that Imam Shafi and al-kitabi and they were scholars as well and they say that it was not by actual apostasy it was the the disobedient to the ruler and to the state that that caused that you know that because I'm kind of inclined that way as well I'm kind of inclined that there was more
a an issue of this because in saying that look wait a minute you can just come in to my property whenever you want I'm not gonna accept that because I'm you know and it's challenging his defiance isn't he when he claimed prophethood at the time of prophet prophet head authority easily executed because at that time yeah he was this has some interesting discussions on his wall by the way it's it's by Fred I spy
Fred Donna the early Islamic conquests but sorry carry on sorry you're saying that the Prophet could have executed no sale America you know someone believed slam for and like that cabbie on issue someone so and the execution so Telemachus up he was not been executed at the time of Prophet for claiming nabuwa and even though the Prophet head
authority was profit at that time was preparing to fight a war with the Roman the Roman Empire so and before his demise I think the six months or a year before his demise am aceldama claimed prophethood but the Prophet did not kill him even after at the time of Abu Bakr Abu Bakr did not kill him did not send an army to kill him just for this reason but most Alma bin azib challenged his authority he would kill people and he killed some companions and people for not testifying that he was the Prophet this was the reason they're telling the
rich rid of the of the government and then I wasn't he contributing to the kind of insurgency because you see because when other tribes like let's say bunny honey fan of the people were I feel they were more so about disobedience that they were kind of refusing to pay zakat and refusing to do things others there were some tribes that did do apostasy some people naturally and there was this masala Malekith everything going on in your mama now I feel that you see he it's adding to the problem isn't it like it's
everything is kind of going on you've got huge issues and it's it's compounding the crisis yeah it was more of a political decision then Abu Bakr told humor about this opinion of fighting and fighting against the people who have stopped paying zakat so Omar did not know that I wouldn't like he didn't know like why would why we should fight to be people oh do you do you feel all its that it's not about evidence it's just that he didn't see it that way because he would have thought yeah hmm why you know why are we at the end of
the day there's still Muslim yeah but this indicates that it was not actually about apostasy yeah actually from the flower very amazing this is a work that has been going through his name is Shivani not still alive but it's on this cord sorry I think you may not be alive now but it's called her uber Rita it's in Arabic and English but it's very fascinating so I have what you're saying now but
and there's another narration like the indistinct remedy that from abdullah bin chucky that the companions did not consider anything kufur other than leaving the prayer so that's in what sorry teen intimacy yeah companions did not see anything other than leaving the prayer so now this indicate that they didn't consider abandoning justicar at school so that is another evidence which people used for you know some groups we used before the
targets Allah and those who abandon prayer so this evidence they don't pay from this perspective but this is the clear evidence that will be feeders cooker oh we're not paying the zakat sure just I've seen some comments mentioning about my about the voice I take it if there are any issues if people can't hear me clearly just do let me know right okay but sorry yeah carry on I'm full honest like no I am replacing the mic anyway for a much more just waiting for it to arrive yeah but yeah
sorry sure he was saying now so right so this whole thing so you feel that this whole horrible Rita Mae was not me was actually more an issue of disobedience defiance as opposed to Kufa and it was more a political decision than more of a political decision to establish the writ of the government and of the authority so as it was the norm back then whoever challenge challenge is the authority and tried to coup against them
so I said was this political issue not the actual Cooper alright okay it's very fascinating right chef there's been a few other posts that you've shared as well that have struck up some controversy now I mean some of your findings that you feel because I I've been following your posts recently this mean obviously it's on the women masajid issue you've posted on other issues quite a few
controversial ones to me is this is this something because I post a lot of sometimes I don't post as much no but I speak and I give certain Fattah WA is this is this what is somebody may ask what is the objective behind you doing posting these let's say strange opinions or things like this is this is this for fitna facade you're making more people you know like let's say be sharing this thing on well having intercourse during
menstruation or if I recall correctly I think there was one on link to pornography in the sense that was they want about seeing an image of a lot of people personally asked me about about this and there was a father of five kids he asked me that like about you know because someone gave him a fatwa that you can't okay you cannot drink the milk
of your wife so during intimacy and things like that so I had to share with him the photo Moses no bus and their reasoning was those who prohibited it that you can't drink it because it's for the child if the child drink if the charge if you drink it the child wouldn't be nothing much would be left for the child so these people asked these portions to me in private a lot of people different people they are married so what should I say to them no you can't no I think I should be saying you shouldn't have sex at all because it's far it's fahashi it's monster and you should be
percent let me get this right the person himself wanted to drink the milk breastfeed I shared with him the first watch here come the about that it's permissible we can drink it and you said well then we can drink a cow's milk
I'm never be another man oh yeah they have said that you can the woman can tell their breast fed milk as well in the you know it's good for bodybuilders [Music] and other scholars they said that it's fine because the Maliki mess up as well has no restriction on it considers these things pure it doesn't say that you know
it's not Haram for obviously people don't go around drinking women's milk but it's not a Haram thing they don't consider it how long whereas the Hanafi meth lab I think borderline does consider it Haram uh yeah I think some [ __ ] they have heard this opinion of saying it Haram I think exactly don't remember so because legend say women sell it on eBay Amazon do prime delivery I'm not
saying anything from from my own opinion it's not my own opinion it's the opinion of the classical folk aha so if they have discussed it like you know in the hanukkah textbook they discussed if uh if a dog have intercourse with the goat and the if the dog has uses the dog and is that in and if they're born babe babies have goat and half and so what will be the ruling on that and whether it's the milk of that baby will be permissible to end words about it what about its meat effective the cross of a dog and a goat so think like that they have discussed right so I'm not even discussing behalf of our becam
like I mean what you're trying to say it's a hypothetical this is a realistic questions happens I had that question because someone here to an article dead body is good for bodybuilders and bodybuilders take you know i I've read this as a real you know on the ground
question you know that up Camus I know I know I had in something like about so he
had this question so what I used to do was as I was going covering the class the lessons in class I will try and read up on real-life issues so let's say we're reading up on the lot today I would check the section off my mark I wonder what you know Q&A and try and make sense of it so he had this question on raga on this kind of breastfeeding and what he said was there's a I think in Karachi some some woman was producing excessive milk good productions either there was more more supply than demand
the laws of economics weren't quite so so what she did is it was getting a bit burdensome so she kind of like squeezed it out into a bowl a container or something and then just left it in the kitchen so she forgotten all about it so he came and he came back from work the husband and he makes some choice some teacher but yeah so he makes some tea and and
then he drinks and he kills her son so they're both drinking it and what happens is afterwards after they finish she says a chat so she says oh did you bring some milk then today and he says no and she says oh but I thought we were out of milk and he says what are you talking about there was a bowl full in the kitchen so she says oh is that what you made the tea from yeah that was my own vomit up cos dude my own production interestingly
they didn't feel any different effect so they sent in a fatwa to move the illusion beside on Arkham Asylum which I doubt it's really it's it's more like destruction so they asked him and the Hanafi fatwa is her I think if I'm correct they Mecca is broken or something oh yes
if you see the you know the private part of your grant your father-in-law your mother-in-law then your wife becomes Haram on you yeah which is kind of and I felt so sorry for this couple thinking that these guys are probably separated now thinking that we are Haram for each other because of this in the D&E table when he gives a lot to her wife he took petrov home lu heavy on [ __ ] cannot sir i said again mostly load eunbi
himself ok this is interesting and I'm because Moxie daddy Henry's I tell you McKeen in I lived in the in the soggy so mostly behind in this next to my nanny's house just in front hit them Mazda's muscle fella is just in front of the door over there will be area oh so he's just like 10 minutes away from my from my home and one minute away from my nanny's house so I so musty Ludhianvi
and the l hadees' most where we in our area is the closest one from the most into the enemy's most mosque and from our house is the only mosque over there where I got a band from where they banned me as well a little earlier so that so that dead guy I know is the very old guy like he's kind of into sixties or seventies he was the guy who helped mostly elderly and we to get a passport from Ellis a recent report a lot because in out of anger he pronounced crippled a lot so yet this was a you know confronting monkey Lu can become Turk
took a photo from ll heavy on [ __ ] collage and and it's crazy man because I saw that this is the thing that they ruining families destroying homes I mean on the stubborn nature of this fit like and that this was one example with the breast milk but on the whole bottom Sahara there were cases I mean you were about to expand on that because there was a few cases I'd come across but yeah you were saying share all of these musti's when they fall into trouble they did them self use all the confessions
and all all the everything but further a bomb they have different sort was yeah they don't like it to be they don't fear mongering the to them you know if you don't fear monger them and this is the this you know like this is the famous story of jaha away the character we where somebody comes in all seem that mallanna thought that share some common but which animal has kind of like urinated on this wall and what should I do and he says well knock it
down and build it up again because this is you know proper impure and then he says ok says but that's the wall between your house and mine he says actually he says Jennifer just wash it seven times he'll be ok so so I mean ok but what you see I had this fatwa that I saw when I was in my if that cause there was it wasn't the estate I wasn't to me was to one of my class fellows so it was about
a woman who'd let me recall the details correctly but it was on her mental Messara so what had happened is that the guy the couple they had like five children and the the husband had realized that what had he done he as a you see years years before his maker as a kind of teenager and Lake Tina here he'd ended up having sex with this was
one a case which had actual sex in it he'd ended up having sex with this lady who was later on in the future to be his mother enroll Messala so this guy was so he happens to have have sex with this lady who's older than him obviously at the time but Annie it happens only like I think he said it
only happened like two times or something like that but then years later they kind of obviously do their own thing something like ten twelve years later he ends up getting married to her daughter now what happens is he's live normal there's been a normal life he's like cello he's like he's like the thing is that he so many years later comes across this pamphlet kind of
booklet and he mentions that oh if you'd ever had sex with someone their children will always be Haram now for you so but this is remember post occurrence like you don't know this he's got married he's had five children by this stage so ends up getting confused and then he writes in for a fatwa and they tell him that well what you have to do you have to immediately separate and you have to your wife is haram for you and you know you have to kind of like part ways and
tell your wife that you are Haram for her she is haram for you and you're thinking whoa and I said to my you know my colleague whatever that was Cole kind of Mufti fell almost the looking into the case I said that look are you what the hell I said that this is crazy like you're destroying her home look yeah very sister love between the mother hey you know that okay TK yeah my slaw here but look at the chef at you must have look at the Maliki mother look at that these Oh llama have said no this ruling does not exist and I've seen worse cases than that I've seen cases we
there was a masala we a person touched he you know in Pakistan he this man Doro they mentioned you know Boulevard yeah at night he was cuz they see in the courtyards they used to sleep on the kind of child by the [ __ ] and his wife was on a separate chat body so he's like he's like yeah here boo neva I have to they have to go there's a call of duty here so he's going to to his wife's charred body and this was once
again written in a fatwa format now he goes there and it happens to be his daughter but he doesn't do anything he doesn't do anything like what happens is that char pie which is normally his wife sleepily his daughter who was a teenager was sleeping Lee but she had herself covered so he goes to their me and he says he writes him this is dicta that he had kind of just just touched her arm or something and I removed her and it's seen oh and then he covered and gone back now he then came across this ruling that if you ever touch a family member
your own child and you've ever had some with some intent of desire your nikka becomes Haram with your own wife now he was confused and thought well I didn't ever intend that but I'm not sure because I went across thinking this is my wife and and he writes in this fatwa now they told him that your nikah is Bartle because that if you have you know any kind of intense sexual intent which was accompanied by a touch even if there was
no sexual act that you know the Hanafy fatwa that the mother becomes Haram and who happens to be his wife and therefore then the car is broken and it's crazy man like I don't know if you've come across some crazy stuff like this always been a hot topic of discussion because especially in India Pakistan and they have been a lot of controversy and in India as well especially in India if you look up into the Google you will find a lot of news and this caused a lot of controversy and the Hindus were attacking Islam as well because of this
reason and then however they was opposed from el hadees as well in India but you know the media the Indian media they like to focus on something which is from which they can malign this laminate attack Islam so they this is the reason which have caused a lot of trouble this thing and the triple collapsing this is the main thing that a lot of countries they either become a lil Hadees and they either come and do rizzuto selfie for just for the for this fatwa and one more
thing it's interesting that my that shame to bear it is a and his dude and his student they're also senior students is huge especially from the Salafi kind of community backdrop and somebody who's done a lot of that eke on hadith bringing our editing hadith works and he's like seen as the way you know you hear names like Alberni and so on as an alternative and even in the dark sanam
you know the all the pseudonym of the daru-salam abu daoud they all have the research in trading for sheikh to be real easy in them on the english and he's actually been a teacher of use yeah so I was telling you think - well is a his opinion on triple tonic what of the three accounted three because the
backbone I think another thing is student of shakes battle is a and he's also streaming to scholar I'm not taking it as many females as many like he stopped male female students so me that's quite broad-minded for for you know in indo-pak kind of especially Pakistani mallanna's yeah
she the one I'm referring to be the main student and he much he's the male children and he's very famous as well but I'm not taking his name so he's very famous and allows for and he's also like so she that she I was talking to he was also of the opinion triple rocks ounces three so once one day I asked him why don't you write like any academic paper and it's good to have a discussion with within the al-hadi stands up right so because she'll do better is they each challenge some ll for these opinions to like on the qurbani on the fourth today he said all the Haditha week on doing
the qurbani on for clay and so it's also here so this caused a lot of controversy as well so and he and his students so I was talking to him I said why don't you write anything on it so they said if we write anything on this triple cilok issue now a lot of people they will consider that we are doing enough with our wife was they have already they already see the people the common people they don't understand how the pic works right if you are following of patois let's say on any opinion of a different scholar and it doesn't in effect you right because you're following that
follow whether it's on triple Phillip counts as one where the debt refers to that counts is free yeah but he didn't publish a sort of odd just because of this reason that it's gonna cause a lot of controversy and it's the backbone up I know has it's definitely you know other they have only five six issues which they're you know keep thriving on with yeah and both the huntys but they have some thirty four issues every all of these groups have they can't cannot never can compromise on these yeah no I understand but this yeah this masala is huge man so I've seen you writing on some of these things for sure coming to that issue again that you sharing these
kind of controversial points do you get criticized as you're just legitimizing weird stuff and you're kind of opening Pandora's Box you'll create your effort so I was you know the
so you know that yeah and Henry movie used to be the youngest son when I was when I became an it cause you know a shock in mind on the outside and the all are very rigid the Bundys and students of use of the beyond me and so what happened he sent a team of Mona's mother do because I I convinced my cousin to become Stella people right so that caused controversy in my relative so this he sent someone else's to debate
with us wonderfully event and we had debate with them and why why would he send them to you she was like my money outside they all are they open these right and when I you know I convinced my cousin that like to leave the hand rhythm and the open ISM they believe in Oaxaca solitude and they don't practice the Sun now these things so what happened when my cousin's they started playing on the NL hobbies way so cost controversy and my mama he
contacted you and Ruby on me too so so they can have a debate with me then and then the cousins they can become hunt back go back to hunt ISM you know so we had a debate and and then I think that debate was good enough so that my cousin al hadees as well so so this I believe
whenever you oppose anyone or challenge their views they did become you know very what do you say that what's the word for that very become insecure this fear kind of threat and they don't like anyone even especially younger young people they don't like it challenge they're challenging the authority or just having a difference of opinion and that same with the Salafis as well when I started riding on the fresh different issues and even coating the Salafi scholars they didn't like it because she is do bear it is a he said to me and he
advised me he said if you work if you if you work on charity refuses charity from someone or if you join a Negro you always have to be biased you always have to be biased for them you cannot oppose them so shakes well is ELISA he used to work on his shop in the daytime and would work in the evening for himself so he would he had a shop of I think it used to fill cloth we were the waivers based Islam about a hundred so he he advised me the same thing he said that just do if you want to write the truth
and whatever you believe extra so do not be independent if you become dependent so you will always lose you will never be able to write openly so because it shapes the well they challenge the triple silicone phenomena in the Hadees and another thing for kobani on the fourth day and other issues as well so I I also believe like whatever whatever you are researching try to do it honestly conveyed to other you can have difference of opinion of course like you cannot hundred persons have agreement with anyone or have a difference of
opinion with anyone other than the Prophet 100 person he cannot you know be in agreement with anyone so you have to tolerate if you told it the difference of opinion absolutely but somebody I get these kind of questions hold me a lot as well that people will say you know most of you bringing this out as an opinion you bring it in fact today I was just discussing earlier on that I previously given the fatwa that I've got a video on YouTube where I'm discussing and myka with non-muslims and I had said that
even though but generally speaking for the most part Muslims always will marry Muslims I mean they tempt you that's how the world just tends to work people you know these that's how things pan out I said that and faith is unquestionably an incredibly important element in a couple's life it will always come up as a factor but I said if two people of an opposite faith one being Muslim and one being non-muslim had a niihka would then niihka be valid for Asli he so my fatwa
was that I believe it would be valid he also he even though it may have certain factors missing so and I gave examples of how the Hanafi faith differentiates between bottle and facets and things like this and I said this was especially for people who you know sometimes they convert to Islam but they like to some women they've converted to Islam but their husbands are still non Muslim so I had said that they did stay with them if they wanted to now clean Ian I mean yes there was several of the son of hell that understanding as well and I think
in total there was something like to nine different opinions on this issue but but I think get accused that look you're opening Pandora's Box you know you are popularizing Fatah WA that other people don't know like when I was asked on anal sex within the molecule methane and I said that you know the that there is a difference of opinion on this matter and there are transmissions from Imam Ali in fact Sahil Behar he brings the rewire from it no ma there's been other people that have held the view that nothing sexual is haram so long as it's within niihka now people have you read look you know you're being academic
but then you're opening up your reviving Futaba than a long-dead or people don't know about or the masturbation one I was highly kind of criticized for that even has some highlighting this thing I think you also mentioned something on that on Venus book as well yeah what was that did you get a backlash yeah a lot of people they criticize me for this for this for this thing but see if you go on some ten years ago ten or fifteen years ago even discussing on faith real
difference of opinion and face will used to be considered is what happened or faith Queen over ten years ago yeah people used to malign a llama Albani in the Indian and Pakistani Celsius used to malign him aloft on writing a book on face field and you wouldn't believe I had that debate with a Braille view mostly on the face wheel issue and he was criticizing that n heat Alam Albani that he he was spreading cetera although the hanafi madhhab
himself fear of the view the faithful is not obligatory but you can imagine the there how backwards these people are like they don't adopt it changes and even though you are discussing something if it's already in the fig books but they define their own norms and our own things they don't want to discuss them let's when I wrote an article on keeping your trousers above the ankles and the prayer is valid I quoted Imam ammidon humble Imam Abu Hanifa Imam Bukhari Ignat a Nia and prompt us to contact all
the contemporary scholars but still what this it's you're opening a Pandora Box you're not right on it they see people will always to decide you who is going to define what is opening a Pandora Box you know but okay on that note just being devil's advocate sure that you know this you you highlighted in one of your posts on this thing of saying well viewing nakedness through a reflection
the reflection of a naked woman to look at it what OB shewe he said even if it sweet desire is now Haram which in this day and age is basically pornography now as a fact well I find that once again as a fatwa from the the mechanics behind in the mechanisms what go into a photo I find that very fascinating you know but what I found covered why we can do something with this first one but I mean people would say look now you've highlighted these Shibu J was a shampoo
JD was but there was a few there were a few or chef a zombie I remember it from the post and I think I discussed it on one of my Monday nights as well people will say well you know people are gonna read your thing now they're gonna go away now they're going to watch guilt-free porn or Pelisson they're gonna say okay listen masturbation well of attabi is so it's always a nice package that I am responsible for what I say not what understand from it like I am responsible for whatever I say but what you understand from it that's not deafened
my problem that's what like people can import what could what could what else could be understood from that except it's okay and I'm not saying that you know this is what people will say that what else could be understood except that it's okay to to watch porn if you want to or need to now I'm just saying that that would cause a huge wave of turbulence within Islamic thought so what is it what is your reaction to that then because people are saying you're making this
public like you're making people learn about this it's an ongoing issue a lot of teenagers and a lot of youngsters they contact me and ask me in the friend circle then in random people as well they contact me and ask me this question any any good sign so you can recommend share it if you see the questions of Futaba you'd find that a father had had something with her daughter and then what what what what's the charade ruling and these things like they are more you know different kinds of Sakawa when if
you look into the how how different people questions are sometimes you are not even having thought of that but then people come up with different questions even be a shock at the question as well but then we have to definitely we have to reply them so this issue if someone asks me anything and if there's nothing it's not harm like there's no text prohibiting it I cannot say the I would like I I can do two things I can just type in the difference of opinion of different scholars and leave it leave on leave it on to him to whatever he wants
to follow I can cite him the see this is the opinion of this collar and this is the opinion of this collar and you have these evidences now you can decide whatever you want to follow but I if you want me to say that I should say it is Haram see saying something making something halal and Haram is it's something we should be done on in the light of evidence there's no evidence of thing Haram white related ceramics not my dad thing so just playing devil's advocate here sure somebody could say well you know this the they should lower their
gaze now what would how would you reconcile that with that I mean apart from just saying well you could lower the gaze and lower the handset device you're looking at obviously wasn't very funny tape it was literally and even even I haven't I had an article on this explaining this word from the different classical mockery they said that the prohibited gauges are bad and so I said
above Wow yeah yeah yeah the bad cases from the eyes that sorta harm and those cases demo faster in have said I think majority of them have said those are the lustful gazes not that me really you're looking at at a woman it becomes Haram so that death at the gazes that you should not be look looking at them but here comes the catch the problem is they're looking someone face to face as naked and looking at reflection a movie of it see this is the vendor than the
shop iteration and even I quoted from ethnic Adama and they had states is a big fiction there is a linear distinction even sheer shadows Amin was asked when we see the female anchor and watch TV news female female thoughts yeah and why is it female articles
without any job niqab they are they have done makeup and things like that so share what the mean was asked whether it is permissible to watch such woman on TV or not so he made a dissection that there's a different looking someone at faith to faith and looking from one life to about three percent alcohol
to have Nabil like they said only other than the actual summer yeah find web everything is allowed right yes to pee on a story and many of the philip they would drink it before yeah bring drinks a lot and they would even go to the valley ma unless there was no reason it see that you know you'd get on with
those kind of imams baccarat and he said married teach me narrate me the hadith or teach me he said I wouldn't I wouldn't narrate to you unless you bring me a glass of happy imagine having a heavy cane and teasing happy no coming back to you what you want use anxious so this making a distinction between the
real and the virtual so you're saying well when the woman is not in person or the man or the man arguably is not in person it's a picture image and because it's not real although it's a reflection yes so the ruling back say you're saying that's a vital distinction you use this reflection thing in the real methods of collage and nikka and form a thermo Sahara's these things all the jurists they have differed even the Hannah piece they have differed although they have said is haram to look at it but they have differed looking like even
in the home Ottoman Sahaba issue that if we look at into into a reflection of picture of someone and rather than looking than the so what do they say there are two things see if a woman is naked right let's say half naked or she's in Islamic alley if a woman is not a Muslim woman it's not fulfilling the minimum requirements of a job then definitely she's naked doesn't matter if she exposes her private part or she
exposes her neck so it's Lama Kali is the same thing if she's exposing her neck or like meat shift but there is a distinction between let's say coal or obviously private parts will stimulate people you know by seeing them as opposed to let's say just seeing her hands or forearms for example yeah all with men I mean same thing a woman a Muslim woman if she's not covering you are going outside and I'd like to bring a university professor he asked me that
he teaches in the university and him in the university they have both male and young females and they they come up with makeup and the perfume and he gets attracted towards them like you know getting sexual feelings and things like that it's a natural thing so he asked me should I leave my job that is the universe this was in Pakistan or in Australia the guy he was in Pakistan I know no he
was overtly it's not here okay professor he asked me that but it should he good teaching I said to him see this if someone is not covering herself it's not your duty you can if and what you can do you can note all the time you cannot blower your cases in teacher if someone and this is the first work some contemporary scholars as well if a woman is not covering up that's not your responsibility
some people would argue here that that's fine many of the autumn a chef to do today you know like you mentioned seeing women TV anchors or accuracies or women around you that this is not her on because that's how the culture is that that's how they address they're not Muslims but the issue here is that people would say that these Fatah were like some of the chef's a jurists and I think if not Gautama like you mentioned they say them even if you look lustfully they say well OB Shawa even if you are lustfully looking because it's a
reflection and it's not the real thing it's not Haram I mean so this is the distinction people would come back with they say we are talking about lost here though yeah see if you want I see they're different they're of course two different opinions those who say it's Haram with the Sahaba others say it's not Haram so if you follow the both sides of the scholars have their own evidence that's right so it depends what
principles you're following it's not my papa it's not something I have my little on it's already in the big book it's already in the same book so and in one thing more it's connected with this matter and if a non Muslim woman in Islamic society is she obliged to cover herself is she obliged to the way of personal but really brahim and hi and i think it was also the opinion sophie an authority that not i've always taken a liking just found him amazing
he had a good sense of humor you cannot enforce the non-muslim woman to cover themselves up so therefore they were asked from it was asked from imam hasan anniversary that we see the bellies of the non-muslim women as they're not covered up watches were they sorry what coaches was that like Iranian Persian I know what's fascinating on a very side
note is that I was just reading just yesterday you see about the description given by in normal job wheel in his of market stops here where he describes the women of Makkah and the men he's describing mark as a whole he says well all the people are a bit corrupt and he talks about them and he says you know they do this any speaks about their customs and its really fascinating as a cultural kind of insight and one thing he goes on to say wealthy he describes women's features and he says that the women of Makkah seem to have a large
purposely he says purposely here they seem to have they a large variation Mississippi a lot behind and they like that but he says that they will there's a certain town just outside of Macau with the women dress that they make their clothes just out of leather and it's skin tight and he says and when you go there and this is in the seventh century history so he says that they he says all the women they seem to wear these two garments which are they've got different designs but they're all made of leather and he says any wraps right round the skin and I just thought wow
that's really fascinating from a cultural insight you know just to get well because people think all this is very modern but yet 700 years ago in mother just outside Makkah this is how they were kind of you know being and doing imagine if today in a Muslim populated country Muslim majority country can see enormous the movement can she walk in the normal skirt or whatever dresses they wear normally they can't become and they can't and Hasan Basri when he was asked looking at the belly and the hairs of the non-muslim
women so he said is fine there is no problem in that because and that context about seeing them like face to face physically not virtually so and and some of the scholars of the past they said that the whole mass of looking at the woman it applies only to believing women not to the woman reading when writing about something any mom Hemet was of the same view that he was of the view that I am humble yeah he has stained from
applying the same prohibition of believing of leaving women to the non believing woman so technically if even if they are naked right even if you're naked walking naked like to like it's the whole MA there's not applied to them it only applies to the believing woman and they took evidences from the Quran as well to be honest re the the call of the pianist old I think in the freedom negative and and then under the Ayatollah so people struggling today or if I say struggling I don't know it's struggling is the right word but let's say I was gonna say young people but people of any
age of any gender male female I suppose statistically it's more so always male that they in order to kind of deal with their desires they've reserved to pornography are you saying that that you know in that sense that is that is an outlet for them you will send I think though like you understand the pic so when we use terms like Haram and its many Cigna he its prohibited is a different saying that it should not be done and something is
haram Tecate every day so like a mom I'm
a bit humbled when he was yeah even the humbly collar
they have theory under the commentaries of the statement that it it could mean that it wasn't Haram according to him it could mean the bass sounds like is usually the kind of statement that Malik or Ahmed these great amounts would make I think I don't know what what it was I think it was a hearty was someone who said it is not authentically stablished from any of the for amount that they that they have said them both I forum that is not established for each other I
think I think it was shake hard him it was a parting of the view that the muta is a legitimate legitimate difference of opinion within the significance and he had slightly different like defended scholars classical scholars who say that the difference of who me opinion of Mota is like the different or difference of you know Jacob Jacob I love Ali like [ __ ] Bela Willie of like they'll eat you if I've understood
you correctly share what you're saying is even though we don't encourage things like pornography or watching it Annie you know may very well have detrimental effects but we're not saying it's Haram that's what is that I've understood that correctly at the time of color right when they used to masturbate see the prohibition of masturbation is not authentically proving from any sahabi it's not let alone authentically I don't obey them even a week tradition where the Sahaba said that some neither ah
yeah I mean right let alone Saheed is not even a big chain of narration way the sahabi has said that masturbation is haram with some knives Haram so and you will find authentic
traditions from both definitely they used to think of something right and otherwise how how they would and some some of them were married as well and they had no option but to do it in
Mother's a call of a mammoth he said it is better to buy a slave women than to masturbate now so if we don't have like like they like the soul of the encourage direct sex right you know with the wife he's like yeah you still masturbating at the time of
the and even today like the new news are people they used to do masturbate and the real people they would go in today masturbation is seen as a kind of it is like it's a to own up to something like masturbation very humiliating it's not like people can't proudly on them I think for women it's okay in society it's seen as less being cheeky and funny and like not funny but being kind of like having a bit of fun if a woman was to put with men it's seen as just they're perverts that's there is this
kind of demonization of men's sexuality in modern contemporary societies they don't have any evidence for the prohibition of masturbation they just they have only one I will dance with a prophet encouraged to past when he was asked if you do not have any means to marry so see fasting is done in the
morning time and normally people they so even a llama bunny when he gave a fatwa that masturbation does not invalidate so fast he was sued and there was another opinion of animal bunny which which is not recorded but it's I think it's fatwa
he stayed in some gathering but it wasn't recorded or someone may have that recording but it's not public at smoking does not invalidate far right morphine yeah so do you have access to that private one no no I would have and and I think now they wouldn't give it to me okay if they gave it to me it will be public next you know there's a good reason why your parents named you hash if I had cheese
yeah of course no I think names have a reflection on the personality as well and Kathy shikhandi had a whole whole verse Allah on the permission of masturbation and when I was in Pakistan when I came to because we shook a little heaviest love shop honey because we had a conference in Karachi all this discussion it does include women as well
it's not just for Maliki and we're wrapping the monkeys it can really mention that the words of this the way they detect the prohibition of masturbation he says it only applies to men women are exempt from this prohibition the word like this was when anyone knew because it says because that
was only exempt from with wife and concubine right and that words talking about the men so when someone quote me that words I see I respond to him where is the prohibition of like with evidence for women doesn't he bring Futaba of the Hannah Beulah mentioning that we mean using kind of like fake penis or making something out of though this kind of that they make these kind of fake
penises and they hear stuff for sexual pleasure I think he's quoting he has stated that some of the Hanafi Hana sees and there was another one I think some of the honorees and Maliki's have permitted masturbation because I never bought that you know what they asked they quote Imam Malik Imam Malik just simply rebuked the person he just said that what is this you know like when they say they asked him out Malik about gender mira which was a Kanaya kind of metaphor for
any man kind of like whipping it lashing Omega I don't know why I made I was named for that moniker mighty kind of just says that you know he kind of just has a disdain but that comes back to this social outlook on masturbation has always even till our modern age it's seen as something which nobody will generally own up to it's not a kind of like they're not it seem denigrating isn't a humiliating especially for men yeah and what's interesting is some of the seller not to cut your point but
didn't they also say that we used to command our youth to do yeah who do it even hasn't brings that doesn't yeah and enough of the rock and they say but he says it would help them keep chaste and pure yeah keep them off from their desires and this is why the motive was legislated but this is the reason that the Buddha was late and evening.a Mia said mata is more better and it's rational then the helada those people
that don't know is when the person feels his wife is divorced so he wants to get back to it gather with her so he makes her sleep with as in marry quickly somebody else so you all say yeah that's really disgusting must mention is permissible is it there are reports from Emmet as well it's like you know you can take out your nose whenever you want right it's like she knows whenever you want so touch your profile
I'm not quite gay don't do it by is going to come out in few days and gonna be okay but right this thing
of saying well in this staining you know you well her re in the author of sapiens in an interview where he's speaking about he's asked about pornography and he says that it is when he's asked about people today in the detriments and so on he says that pornography today is the kind of the new concubines that people have okay that the way people had concubines in the past today it's pornography and I just found that a fascinating kind of analogy so I mean
would you think that it is the the concubines of the H the the kind of Java milk will you mean well you hold the device in the right hand god damn it's milk ooh you mean I need to hold the difference of opinion on Mata I think if you can do math I won't be I mean for people who multi is obviously still even if it's a short term it's a it's a natural relationship but this is something like an immediate quick release isn't it for it's it's instant
gratification yeah if you read the result of quasi Chicana you have to cut very you know thoroughly and in this area was I interrupted you when you were saying that and the salafiyyah and his result and how they love him and you about to make a point yeah so when I came to know like before some seven or eight years ago when I came to know about is the salon masturbation and we had a conference in Karachi and the Sheikh was staying at my home and he was reading the book suddenly he find it with Allah and at my
house while staying at your house do not do not public it you know how public take it and things like that so I said okay but what like why don't they translate these things you know imagine the video city of Salafi in Pakistan and India they write long
recitations of a llama llama bunny spoke on face wheel kneecap but never ever they translate his hook of his book if you want to dispute him first translate his book and then refute him the only published reputations of a llamas allamal bunnies books but they never ever publish his original book on face field why because they show the fit knowledge spread and this and that and one more thing a very good and famous selfie scholar in Pakistan he published a book on oral sex at oral sex is halal right selfie scholar you know what happened the next day all of his books
were wiped out by the publisher and alma committee and they came into the middle and they intervened and they took out all of his books from the he's a very famous scholar and from the heart and his book was taken out of the markets and he hits a genial issue he's wrote on oral sex it's allowed right and he discussed from the classical ulama and things like that but all of his book so this is their mentality they don't even let you speak so that's why I like they come up with lame excuses or why you're discussing this why you're discussing that they see most of the time a 7080 percent
of the time I discussed normal issues right but they never ever see that but the rest 10 20 % which you know shake their feet are thrown under their feet because they're because it challenges their insecurities because they have been telling people for long long oh this is haram Pierre cut her arm this is their this is that the babe they're never gone except in this is this not you know that some people had asked as well in the comments that look why this you know why these things is because is this not real talk is this not real like so many people ask this question isn't it and to be fair sure you are one of
the few people the reason and this is why I when this topic came to be famous you know as it came up organically I didn't really plan this topic to come up but since it came up I feel that because you're one of the few shoe who's ever been vocal on it you've had the courage to be vocal that it's so important to hear this response because this is real this is like so many people you know because let's face it whether you know whether these things are have detrimental effects or not whether pornography is going to be detrimental
in decades to come or not whether masturbation or whatever but it's it's ubiquitous everybody is going to be exposed to here so people are doing this it's like so relevant and so real you know on that note shares though people would say that look you you've highlighted that look there's no nothing in the Quran and Sunnah to declare these things to be a Haram specifically or let's say the virtual distinguishing the virtual from the real but then one could say look but is it not like we see in so
many places within the Quran within the Sunnah especially the concept of higher of modesty and it's a short permanent Eman it's an entire portion of EEMA that you know it'll understand if you have no higher then you can do as you please all these kind of teachings are they not antithetical to to this stuff like seeing like let's say pornography or stuff like this so wouldn't that be what that would that be enough to declare this Haram wouldn't it be enough no I don't think so see Haram is a very
big word both body I used to hear my ancestors use that word you can imagine if my husband was alive today then or Abu Hanifa what could be happening with them they would have been declared a positive today yeah
if he was around today I mean forget that in his day and age he was they actually when he died they said thank God he's dead and they also said like he's going to be punished in the grave and he even there's a difference of opinion whether he was a Muslim or not
yeah so I mean this higher thing is that you know people saying look here's a simple hadith I'll hire predominantly man some people say shot orally man maybe it's even you know a huge part of Iman is higher modesty yeah yeah these these evidences of hiya now we have the Phillips right it has a number three Ibrahim and the high amount Hamas and all of them are from different backgrounds or picked so when they said that you can look and into a norm or non Muslim woman if she is exposing her aura
osmeña can look on on to them without any problem so they didn't see a problem with this this I will describe see you can say it better something is better not to say not to do yeah okay but it better not to do it could have a detrimental effect but if you want me to say that it is haram see I cannot say something has Haram unless I have a clear evidence right if you want if you were to ask me like a smoking break invalidates pop now I couldn't find any evidence I've been searching
for long and now all I find it I'm kind of like I'm kind of in line with that understanding as well as smoking doesn't you know one of the Companions of the Prophet he was was of the view that ice that ice cubes or eyes because ice was not very was not something normal back back in the days in era at the time of companion so he would say that dead i eating i q-- death not break part does not invalidate pass sir he was of the will he say
Ichiro just placing in the mouth other companions of the Prophet would not rebuke him because he would directly take evidence from the Quran that the Quran prohibits eating and drinking so he would say that I it's not neither eating and neither it is drinking so he would eat ice cube during the past so in
Ramadan if you know do you send me that [Music] not only that's a hobby but the reaction of the other sahabas they did not rebuke him you didn't say anything to him right yeah so okay now we know it's like there is just a form of liquid and like it's not it breaks the path but
yeah to be fair I'm not convinced by just hopeful viewers I'm not convinced by that ruling but I'm intrigued by the fact that it existed I'm not convinced I wouldn't say you can eat ice was fasting what he used to eat he used to take evidence from the Quran and other Sahaba did not rebuke at him right because that's how the narration is narrated the the he was we used to he was with other companions and they asked him why you eat that ice so he said take this I so be he said it's neither from eating and on from drinking so this thing and
therefore if there is no evidence I would not just and similarly the issue of having sex during fasting does so any see this is was the thing so vo phenomenal Bunyan well scholars that pen it in the vagina it breaks the invalidates the fact this is the thing which is which is agreed upon but having as a having other forms of sex like oral sex or anal sex the day breaks part does that because it was
there of the view as well from Aisha and authentically established from her that she stated The Messenger of Allah electrical synapse she used to do everything except penetrating in the vagina he used to do everything during the fasting was that the Prophet and her
would kiss during fasting but the one I am referring to specifically about the fasting and she said that he used to do everything except penetrating in the vagina or he would place a cloth over the vagina and would do the bottom when I post and I posted on this as well from different
nations from Tunisia and so therefore like scholars this the Allah Melbourne he's of the view that ejaculation does not invalidate pass I mean I I have made a post on this as well previously in a short clip on it and I did highlight because there was several Hanif ulama that held her views well and there was alberni there was show Connie there was it has them there were these I said that I find myself in line with the understanding that masturbation per se I'm not talking about whether you think
it's a good thing because but it doesn't
I think I think and there was another I
think it was from I had it in my mind and all this fun stuff who remembers the boring things and yeah that's what I wouldn't approve in so abdullah bin omar that he used to break his fast with the sex with intercourse it's authentic look establish as well that you can break your style with sex it's the pentacle established from the Filipino mas and other than there
there's a null sex the overall size of the decoration in well days first know there is no evidence and secondly it's like saying that even for sake of argument if we agree that masturbation is haram the profanity swearing and insulting this type and cussing this type of behaviour also Haram but then I'm very in gambling is an example steal fast is only invalidated by the things clearly mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah it's not invalidated by your and my opinion it's not mentioned it automatically mean
that it does not invalidate you [ __ ] the syrup head view that backbiting invalidate [ __ ] yeah I think I think I had no idea these colors they do not accept this opinion and other otherwise do all of them will be fasting the whole year people will say that look you can see what people will say that all you're doing is legitimizing desires of people
this argument that people will say that I am NOT legitimizing it but I couldn't find any evidence of prohibition so if I couldn't find evidence how can I hurt her arm like it's not my pet religion so that I can say whatever I want exactly so mean so you you you response to that is that you saying well the basically this is it's it's God's religion even if even if that thing doesn't feel well
with us but it's not our like we're not licensed to make things how long yeah of course people say you are making things a lot okay so what about you're making things around you inside of Iran as well making me halal or Haram it's not like it can only be done on the light of evidence why do you think people are like you know you said about back pointing brakes the fast and I believe his opinion but let's say like this you get other opinions which you can tell people for example like let's say there was a different masala but still a fee
it's quite free like white art Wow but people can kind of like okay I don't accept it but okay you've said this fatwa but why is it these kind of fatah wa do you feel that it really triggers people because these kind of Futaba really trigger people like this you know like let's say this thing of pornography masturbation oral sex anal these kind of things are seen as why are they seen as vile and disgusting whereas there could be other like let's say for example these things like which people think are haram but you said no I don't think
that's Haram because based on this it doesn't trigger people in the same way did you get what I'm saying [ __ ] oh why do you think this is but what a lot of people ask me these questions right and they are genuine they have they genuinely feels these things and they asked it so I always tell them that there is a difference of opinion and this is this opinion of Delta scholars this is the opinion data scholar right and this is the evidence and if someone asked him what my opinion is as though so I tell them that I couldn't find out any evidence which says it's halal or which to assess Haram I just tell him because these are the questions
generally asked for the people and Imam Shafi'i he said if someone is is of the view of no beef is halal or under Sections not Haram or music is not Haram or or mata is halal you can not say to him that he is making Haram as a large you cannot say to him that he's making and he cannot say to them that they are making Haram has an Alan halal and halal and Haram and we cannot rebuke them we cannot denounce that because these are the things which are legit which have legitimate difference of opinion of them
is difference of opinion on the is this in his own yeah but why do you why do you think people are so triggered by this topic more than other topics like why is it that you know like so for example certain topics even though people think it's Haram but you said like let's say somebody said for example it's haram to pray the huh in the world time is haram to pray anything as a well time because of this hadith but then the Maliki method says no so well time is fine you can pray
like it's not gonna trigger people like people won't be all triggered just because you disagreed on that Haram issue but on anything sex related is it really triggers people why do you think that is [ __ ] what's the hope you know people have been fed so much you know they have grown in an environment with these things considered a stable you cannot in Pakistan India like women cannot even say that we are having menses they cannot even name it
you can imagine I don't know different names or even pregnancy like they say sometimes like she's ill they would say about a woman she's ill be mother I supposed to mean she's she's pregnant isn't that like because it's seen as like oh my it is like that even if
they're pregnant if they are go out for a walk or even if they go for a normal work even if they are not pregnant they look down upon that wide open are is going out and this is the mentality of the people you know regarding you said about menses and the fasting that during Ramadan like women who are not fasting because they because if they cook at home let's say the name is see they're cooking but it's women or let's say they see this woman drinking something or what they would because by
that the other people and this is an
embarrassment this is you know
imagine if like the scholars the classiest callers who have discussed about oh oh my god the tongue is used to read that can we read can we place the mood up and read over the same bed where we had sex who said this abdullah bin a bath can we read the muthaf but they think on the same must have by placing the musa on the same bed where we have intercourse
he said there is no harm in that you can do them there's no harm in that so you're typing and they have these things in their head like you don't want to hear about this otherwise I don't see and one more thing Imam Bukhari in his capable ill he has brought the first narration he brought from the Kaaba I think it was a mom who chahid that 2% cannot take learn and seek knowledge one is a shy person and the other one who is ignorant and and this is narration from imam moussa head
he brought a narration from the from Moscow hadith where a Sahaba she goes to the Prophet and ask about her menstruation cycle directly Prophet SAW Imam Bukhari he is trying to prove in kitab incapable ill that there is no shyness there is no you don't have to be shy you don't have to you know ayah when you ask learning the religion this is what religion is so so it's people they are shy in learning in Jami ABI bakr once we had a menorah we had a debate in the in the between the students about
oral sex so anyway in Jeremiah B Burchell I did we got that virus they were somewhere over there we had yes are you saying you're discussing this topic with them about debate going on in the students in Sami butter and those who
say you cannot have oral sex is because the Prophet forbade touching the penis with the right hand so I said there is no problem we can touch it from the left hand left hand it anyway another reason they state it because it's not just impure I said
impure then in October - is there seeing your own body powers impure and like how can you live within here in fact isn't that the statement of signal you rode along on you know the masala of muscle thicker if you touch it you will do break then I said in Canon adjacent [ __ ] Tahu he said if it's you adjust then what do you cut it off like why are
you carrying something so these people they have no logic I mean okay but a question because I agree with everything you're saying but a question here that people will always ask me and just to be fair to raise the question would you say that look all of this coming up all this kind of talk all this kind of discussion and I mentioned the reason why you know I think this topic is important is
because it's so real and nobody has I'm gonna be honest with you nobody has the courage they just don't have the cojones to kind of like really talk about these you know if I got a Madonna on here or a ship that believed in some of this stuff to be true he would never in public say say that he would just in public line and behind closed doors he'll tell me that yeah it's okay tomorrow him yeah I I don't that's why I don't have you know financial conflict of interest I exist I
do my study I do a full-time job and I do my steady because I like it I like to do it with me Islam this whole learning is a passion it's a personal passion I have no I don't I'm not any man I'll never be any ma'am I don't really want to be any mom anyway I've never be on time for the solos but I mean I I think like this it's not my thing and I'm not I'm being honest oh you know people sometimes ask me about you know like peyote [ __ ] was I say you come to the wrong guy I'm not like I'm
some kind of PI's person I just love of the heritage of this theme and I love learning about it I love researching it I love kind of conveying what I know but people would ask that look all this dialogue bringing this out right you know like and I know it's part of like what I answered before they would say that would you feel since people are going to let's say people are gonna watch porn are gonna watch porn anyway they're not gonna say well you know oh I watched mine trap with mostly in social clashes and he said this and now I'm gonna watch porn they're gonna do it anyway or people are gonna masturbate are gonna do it anything they're not
gonna say well you know I happen to read it in a husband statement and therefore I started masturbating but even if the husband would be like whoa he'll be like dude you need some serious help so the issue is that people there's a question that look since people are gonna do this anyway why are you putting this discourse out there by kind of meddling like by making it Islamic for them or legitimizing it is it not better to just let them get on with it and not have this had like what do you get by
making this knowledge popular like by letting this out to the public I think in this day and age and she had a mineral oil oniy she has a detailed article on this on hiding the knowledge and he also said the same thing in this day and age you cannot hide anything from anyone all the books are just a click away anyone who knows a little bit of Arabic or or odoo or English you can find a lot of the stuff a lot of stuff like this now what happens is the people they get
you know they get mutinous they get they started this like liking their scholarship or not telling them the truth if I'm helping someone with this problem I think it's better rather than I should keep quiet and should not tell him what what is supposed to be is a benefit one more thing see there is an issue of the Salah the opinion of the Imam and other scholars like imam bukhari that if there is no intention of the last even if he pronounced it it does not occur not a single one right and this was also the view option mobile banal hobby yeah and you know I would
argue in many ways Imam Malik although some people might interpret it differently because in its fucktwat way he says you know when he's asked about by the person who said auntie [ __ ] sillerton and he wants to fit go on say something like his he begins the sentence says that part he and he says if this but then he just changes his mind and he doesn't complete the sentence he's like you wanted to say you are divorced if or when this happens and when so-and-so but as you start saying when this anything's on I leave it he's asked that does that a lot happen because he's already said the word you
are divorced when and he my Malik said no that it doesn't happen because he didn't like because what he meant to say was the whole thing and he stops yeah so I would argue the same thing with in my mind but yes sir carry on yeah yeah so see know that's example of you know the punishment of the sodomy act of sodomy
was of the view that there is no hug there is no Sherri had Islamic [ __ ] punished capital punishment on the act of sodomy right so evening Adama and other scholars they say that Boo is Abu Hanifa opposed to a Jamal Sahaba onto the ship right who said no even if Nick Adama yeah he did Abu Hanifah as opposed to a Jamaa I'm just giving one the Hanafy they did defend abu hanifa by hook or by crook no not that and when therapy they attack abu hanifa in india pakistan that a pony for was trying to legitimize the sodomy
he said there is no hard on base if you do it with an animal there is no other than that now every and hunt him always do this and their mother well a lot of them they like like a lot of them they get caught in my father-in-law used to go in the cushion mother decide and take the valuable em what they're doing like on you know and I ran them wrong so just make sure this yeah they are not doing and we got recently got a lot of videos from the mothers as well about they are doing with the underage children and like it's an abuse and the children did they you know we get from it traumatized they do
and then they disgusting the stuff that goes on in some of these father yeah so these things okay well so Loki's attack them for these things to do in Medusa and they relate it with the Boniface Pascua they say no he was not doing for that listen Ted so all of these issues you can it's up to you you can either misinterpreted or you can interpret it you know in a positive way you can also interpret all the purpose and negative way as well and I'll tell you an interesting story a selfie for us he was caught doing this you know act of
sodomy PhD that just made it interesting normal Salafi scholars the PhD odd Allah within their own Jamaat and I'm not claiming that the name of that Jamaat
because it's been currently so what happened the most when they had a dollop and the justice system and the process professor the PhD professor was brought for this act the mukti he didn't want to punish that that scholar they use the photo of evening has them in Abu Hanifa and they said all the narrations of this on the had on the act of sodomy are we
are they all are weak so they use the short forwards now normally in their Futaba they said oh no whoever does this kill the person in the one who does it yup it has to be in an Islamic court of course but this is the punishment the prescribed punishment but Abu Hanifah Aetna has on it didn't have this view so it's up to you you can you can say oh that guy was gonna do the sodomy anyway now you have provided him the Islamic legislation that he was gonna do because there is no punishment no he he was gonna do that with the code is that like an acronym
for the greatest of all time you know so chicken came out
which I was that much then he has to use shopping bag the plastic shopping bag yeah they use that they used to wrap around that those things because didn't have money for condoms and stuff like that please yes now you have provided him the photo then the question is this year people will ask that look is it not
better if they do these things with guilt this is the question with killed therefore they would try to redeem themselves by asking for Tober later on and doing step far let's say they were later on or the question this way since they're doing it guilt free there's no you know a person is gonna be happy with themselves are we not just in the moment even afterwards and this is what do you say to that argument hey of course if you see of course when we about talk about pornography I often say according to the most of the
scholars and according to majority of them or according to the scholars in general it is haram to watch pornography right so you shouldn't be watching it but when we discussed academically is there any evidence is then evidence is like the statement of um imam muhammad like i don't see the Muto is higher I don't say the motives around but I don't I dislike it so because he couldn't find evidence for it for the prohibition of mota so I but I'm not encouraging people
to go ahead subscribe I don't in my page a lot of my Pakistani friends they are making a lot of memes on this and they often take me to the means and then I got to know by okay hiya though he's up he's he's a master he's a master chef so I wanted to say was that this thing of guilt anyway this thing of killed first
of all if some scholars have said something is not Haram and you quoted Imam Shafi'i earlier on saying look when we believe something is Haram but some people don't believe that thing is Haram like let's say Nubby's an alcoholic kind of drink yeah most people believed it was Haram above honey first of Iran Authority these people didn't believe it was Haram and they used to drink it now you can't Imam Shafi saying well you can't impose your opinion on them the the thing with that in mind is killed a good thing anyway like is I mean I'm just asking what are your thoughts you know this thing on guilt this like.we
guilt trip people into being good people is this the way Islam teaches that we should be guilt-tripping people to be good people I think it doesn't work and if something is not naturally declared Haram by last Juan Alcala then it's not gonna work because it's not natural otherwise it would have mentioned it straightaway in the Quran like Lena RIBA things like which are mentioned in the Quran like the principles of amiable Maru 419 and moons are mentioned by Monica's Ali he said if for Hanafy is shrinking the beef or aschoff is eating
a lizard you cannot Horace ya think you cannot go and rebuke them you cannot go and announce them because the the enjoining the code and forbidding the evil is done on the things which are prohibited by by the news but to kill the attack not by its not on the things we have deferred upon not on the this thing comes to us from the judeo-christian kind of tradition this is this thing of like guilt-tripping
people making people feel real guilty I don't personally feel that this guilt is really an Islamic thing hence even the word for guilt within the Arabic language isn't really they like they use the word them which actually means kind of like sin or something but it's not the same is it because guilt is more like an emotion this kind of like you have this whole this this is wearing you down a sense of you know full of room or maybe not full of remorse but so I mean I I don't know that's my thoughts I feel
that Catholicism judeo-christian kind of tradition this injects this kind of concept of guilt into Islam islamically all the Muslims have that have pushed they have extracted it from the that's that's what I kind of feel I don't know how you feel about that share when people they have grown and when they are nurtured on these things from this childhood yeah when they grow up it's not easy to get away with these things right a lot of these practices you know like I buy opposed
when the funeral happens and people do lots of weird stuff and they gather up on the families and become a burden on them and then you have like a family's already in Greece and these people the neighborhood and the families they have become kind of burden on them now you have to feed them you have to take care of them like that's how it's done in Pakistan in India but at the time of funeral if you if you act and if you try to act against these norms of culture things what will happen the reaction of the people it will be so much more harsher than their and you definitely
like people are coming to attend the funeral and to want to pick condolence tradition is it's so fun like this is not the time because what happened once a guy used to be hanafi Barelvi and the both husband and wife this term becomes Salafi or the husband was become the Salafi so when the when his father died they did the chalice for everything tent and everything what they do what happened when her when her father-in-law passed away his
father-in-law story the final of the his father-in-law passed away so he went to his wife and he said that we should not be having Charlie saw he should not be having the the sattva and having the tent at Shami an eye on people to a commode them and serve them the food she said when your father died you had all these things but now my father has died you are opposing this thing because so this was the question came to us and and the Sheikh explained to him see this is not the time to tell her what is right what is wrong let her be and whatever it is because it's gonna create you know a
lot of backlash and things as to that but I'm not going to the random profiles of people and tell Oh should follow me and listen to me and therefore I say to a person if you don't like me discussing these things go unfriend me did I see you to pray to send me a request and to read my post yes not but be these things are also mentioned in the books of Mohammed methania Aziza fania bouhanni read the most are these all books are published and translated as well now so you should not be buying them greatly I feel that will not either these dialogues so me to be
hard but I've you know it's I've these kind of discussions have come up so many times being a share being you get asked this so many times you see it you see other imams discussing it the truth is that I've hardly ever come across anybody prepared to have a dialogue and I don't just mean me personally I think people in generally haven't come across anyone and and it's on everybody's mind these kind of questions they're so real this soul like kind of this dialogue itself I
don't and I don't even just mean specifically about let's say does it have to be about pornography or masturbation or these issues that came up but it's the dialogue as a whole it's so imperative that it needs to be hard like people need to kind of just just talk about this and say well ok it's true that look this is a big deal now most people yeah you know they don't even have to be young people but we say young people often because they're more exposed to and I don't mean by young people children I mean by like young adults like these people they are
exposed due to social media and devices and internet they exposed to pornography now a lot of them watching out of curiosity and and the question is well what about it where people want to watch it all they all these things categorically how long do they need to be guilt driven now does that not add to their depression because I've that the truth is this almost most especially men most men will to some extent watch pornography now the point is whether they watch it a little or a lot they will do this now I'm not saying it's a good thing it may be very
detrimental but they do it it's like you know breathing in pollution may not be good but everybody's doing it and just saying people don't do it isn't doesn't seem to be the solution because the brain doesn't work that way instincts don't work that way you know human beings men especially will be drawn to it they will do it and so I've heard orlimar discussed this and she moms and what they've said is you know what I like I have sat in in actual kind of gatherings and this is the kind of discussion by young vibrant Imams they will say you know what take the door off
the hinges like so basically you have no privacy and because you have no privacy you won't be able to watch any pornography or you won't be able to do this that's the solution and I just thought what an unrealistic solution that is just like how long before this individual snaps as an as an individual initially you know when some 15 20 years ago when the TV TV became popular television and Pakistan and India and in Arab countries they used to have this opinion or television is Haram suddenly they started saying
saying okay you can have television but you should not have dish you should not have the channels and things like that and cable TV and Dish TV like that so and now they say oh no it's all acceptable and then they went on to go Internet Oh Internet is haram then they say oh no this is like someone is purchased if I'm selling nice someone is purchasing a nice from me it's not forbidden for me or to inquire from every person what he's gonna do with the knife he can cut by the tables but he can murder someone right it's not my headache and I'm not supposed to abound to inquire it it is the work of the authorities or the regulator like
whatever they want to or the person himself he can cut his own finger you cannot stop it a person can do suicide as well like so we we cannot stop someone from being whatever they want to do they can do whatever they people just make fine excuses right now and I feel because it's so these things are ubiquitous I don't see how guilt-tripping makes the matter any better because people are gonna be doing something anyway and what you're trying to do is just make them feel more and more guilty which is adding to depression I feel I don't know I mean these are just some thoughts I
have that I don't I'm not fond of this whole thing of trying to you know make people always feel bad about themselves she went up at the time of the prophets when they went that there was a lizard was monitor lizard was presented to the prophet and he said I don't eat it because it's not eaten in my area but if you want to eat it you can eat it so the Sahaba ate that lizard so the point is that some things some stuff is culturally or people don't don't like it are not used to of it so they just kind
of avoid it right but like yes somebody's asked the question here that look the consumption of con Agra fee leads creates a demand for sex trafficking and does it assist it in this way you see I think that the issue here is that you know as you know you know reality human beings men specifically will always be drawn to sex and especially pornography the highest consumption is my men now that is going to happen regardless now I that's not to say that let's say it's a condone man I'm sure even these industries don't
condone the kind of let's say atrocities that are going on but what we're just speaking about here we're not trying to say well you know this is that's okay well that even this is good we're not saying that but what we're saying is that this is so widespread if most people are all doing this they're all you know most men - are viewing pornography whether it's a little or a lot now the question is okay they're doing it in secret this is presented to Islamic scholars that is this categorically Haram now I think everybody agrees we will agree I agree
you agree we all agree that this is not it's not a good thing nobody's saying it's a good thing just as I think personally smoking is not a good thing I don't smoke or not I mean even if your view chef is different on that but my point is there's many things which are not good they're unhealthy but everybody's doing them is it is the way of is the response that we should kill trip them even if we don't let's say if we guilt trip them at least that way even though they're gonna do it but they're still gonna feel bad but my point is that like you've highlighted that not all all amount of consider
these things Haram and if that be the case let's say you don't believe it to be Haram even though you don't consider it to be a good thing then why should you guilt trip people over it because you don't believe it to be Haram so I mean I don't believe smoking to be Haram but at all I think it's a good thing I think personally all people should give up smoking but that said you know if somebody smokes I'm not gonna kill trip him I'm you know if you ask my opinion I'm gonna say I think it's not a good thing I think you should give up smoking but that's I mean that's what we're
saying sugar sugar and carbohydrate these are the things like not good it's not good for you and scholars they discussed smoking as Iram but sugar is more harmful than aggressive and refined carbohydrate vegetable was a lot of things you're eating which are more detrimental to you have
which is deaf which is eventually killing you guys right you are having cancer because of your diabetes and all other major chronic diseases because of that kidney failure when all this is like fatty liver whatever it is so if you go by this way so can we say sugar eating sugar is Haram can we say that despite the fact it has tantrum detrimental effects on the on your body what about weed some states beet is beneficial for some health remedies we else marijuana yeah we don't carry cannabis and if scholars have said halal as well
scholars have also said salon so so if it's if it's benefiting your body so you can it not I think these things are not Islamic like if someone were to ask me this is somebody saying like the question here if I sugar or fatty foods I'm not supporting a market I disagree by eating junk food we are supported look at battery chickens look at the way chicken and meat has been treated that's only existing the way they have these battery farms the way they have these cow farms these battery chickens all these things are these animals thus limit of cruelty that goes on it's only
happening because there's a market for it every time let's not lie to ourselves I look I love eating burgers as well I love the taste of these kind of things but I'm not gonna lie that when I am buying a burger I - I'm contributing I'm a part of that market but let's face it the market is gonna stay there it's not going to kind of disappear just because I give up on burgers because the human instinct for meat is too powerful until we don't come up with a replica until I know they're working on kind of synthetic meat but until we don't come up with that we're kind of stuck so I
don't think by saying that if the person question is the question was that any fatwa for saying it's not Haram would be kind of aiding the market I don't feel that that a logic kind of connect I don't know you you if if you understood that see if someone were to ask me about pornography I don't say it's a climacus discussion aside I just tell him what are the detrimental in side effects of pornography the addiction addiction thing and how it's gonna impact your mind and your health and you get like these things similar
and same goes for the sugar carbohydrates while they bellow else like these like if some if if I have knowledge of something I'm not straight away saying that or you have cooked into the vegetable wise now it's Haram for you it causes cancer so now it's Haram to eat in vegetable oil so nobody says that none of the scholar says that same goes for the things like pornography and things like that you can you can tell them you can discourage them that what tell them what it is in actual rather than telling them and giving them food for false hopes of false that this is Haram and this is you are committing a sin this and that it's a difference
looking in something something which is virtual and something much is real you are something which Israel there's a difference that's what the scholars I said and this is not what my pathway or and of course if you if I'm if you're not satisfied good for that but one you have the other scholars as well who failed it is harm then follow that foot that's the majority of you don't have to follow it that minority opinion or what about those scholars who have deferred it you buy don't you for the majority of this for us but but again the prohibition remains on me it is not to pay the prohibition beam on the one name means something conjecture yeah it's not
conclusive kata is conclusive establish Quran or something established principles of Islamic perspective we are discussing it totally from a fixed perspective however it for a common man or for people if he just can act on the majority for the majority of the scholars he should not watch it I'm a dick novel Josiah and now there is another thing is watching pornography media - no - if it's a minor sin since
there is no evidence on major sin if watching pornography is - and then you can have a voodoo and then just wash it straight away like watching porn even with a person can Bank off and go and
have a touch to my face and we thought he was corrupt now we've come across [ __ ] kashyap con right so right so cool I think that's that's it's been an incredible discussion that's been really I you know what absolute all credit and kudos to you ship for really being able to discuss that so honestly and you know your honesty
obviously many of the viewers who don't have access to Islamic sources may not be able to verify what I'm saying or may not be able to relate to it but I'm telling you wallahi it those who do your honesty share and transparency only mirrors the to me the attitude of the seller of the scholars from the seller and in early Islam over whose statements we have in books because they spoke like this with just transparency they don't have this kind of like and they just they're you set it as it was even if they weren't
scared of saying well you know this is gonna be controversial or people ain't gonna like these is a minority position like what about hanifa says about the alcoholic drink he says well you know he said the Sahaba drunky I'm not gonna be clear it Haram you know you can't prove it's Haram full stop and people were like up in arms but they're like well you know I don't get this kind of transparency that the early seller or the early part of this on my heart and the scholars will follow up in the tradition it's so desperately needed in this day and age I feel yeah so shukran for that are there any kind of
wrap-up words you'd like to kind of say to people may be watching this or who will watch it if there's something you'd like to maybe wrap up with no I'd like to see I'd like to say that if you are really interested first of all keep aside your biases and your yeste to nism and free your mind and study with sincerity first study their things study the books compare it with and check about the scholars and this kind of thinking that you should not fit with that is follow you should not take from him she should not take from that he is Devi and he said he said this is the kind of mentality which will prevent you
from seeking the knowledge and trust me there are so many scholars Moxie's and sheer who love these happen in my life they are not aware of these things why because they don't have study now I am personally telling to you you can visit even the knowledge is so restricted yeah they are so important it's in Sudanese and a school of stick you can go and ask them the fake opinions or even the hanafis I'm saying honey few movies and even I didn't know it until I started learning fig after hadith and I came to know a lot of different opinions and a lot of people they are not even aware of it and sometimes we comment in personal in person and they ask me Oh tell me
about this if you have anything just like that and it's like the but in public they stay away from me oh then you know there's gonna have a backlash why you connected with the stabian so many people you know they will be like oh you know it share of the club to kind of come on this show with you I'd love to do this or love to do kind of do that but what it is is my followers you know I'm Anika a lot of hate and get a lot of sneak it's you know I mean fair enough look like I respect them as people but honestly I I can't help but as a person just despise Cody's like I can't stand
cowards and I've never you know and I've always kind of admired kind of courage and bravery even when people you know they may be totally maybe you hate their guts for something but you gotta admire that you know they have courage and I've always admire and I and it's the opposite I've always kind of I can't stand I despise kind of cowardice and I see people and and I think what kind of a life do you live like you're so frightened of people you know I'm their opinion who cares about people's opinions
yeah we like much less like you are you are I have the masala have your spoking and outstandingly and openly and bringing this issue she was discussing me from the fig perspective and most of these opinions you are having and they have the classical president you know so precedence among the scholars so people they they can say whatever they want there now and one incident you can Imam Joaquim natura he was critically Tuscola he was not narrating the hadith that
when the Prophet died his heirs started begin to you know begin to what happens after that to the dead body they decompose started to decompose years some years or something ears open feet something everything that hadith the people took up their stores to kill Imam for kid majora while he wasn't hurting that's a deep and then they ran after him to kill him then Sufjan if never Jana Imam Shafie on evening Anna he intervened and told to the Kazi to not to kill him he's a scholar of hobby so people
never come across the Hobby if you kindly do send it to me as well afterwards yeah so what happens to date and and you know who gives the Fat Boys office ' and killing another is : yeah another scholar of his time Stassi he gives the fatwa and and they I think that Cosimo's himself was accused of anything or something like that but dead cause he gives a [ __ ] about to kill him um for criminals or why because he was narrating happy so common people they can never comprehend they like if you tell them something something even
Hadees or any salar tour was ooh or anything which is common at the time of the Prophet and they haven't heard of it they start you know they wrote Elliott and it happened to me a couple of times the burial we I was discussing with they just tear the copies of the drama I was telling them that like how you opposed the hunt we FA can think when I had debate with them with the Islamic guys it tore up the co can rotate yeah and he did not let me tweet out from there from the stuff so from the place so Darryl I'm saying this these people did not do not want people to study and
learn but if you if you are sincere then 30 from everyone is steady every book and then we spoken through them rather than very awesome incredible worth share shukran first of all fall for these words secondly for like at for a like I've already mentioned for having the courage to be so transparent on such a daunting and controversial topic and thirdly sugar and for taking and most importantly for taking your time out for really honoring us today to get you on here
