What this part covers
machinesummary, machine-writtenThere is no verse and no conclusively established hadith for killing apostates, and a life, whose sanctity is conclusive, cannot be taken on isolated reports that carry doubt; defending it while demanding religious freedom in the West is a double standard.
In more detail
Mufti Abu Layth notes that most theologians hold reasoning one's way to Islam to be obligatory, whereas most Muslims are simply born into it. He says Muslims in the West who defend killing apostates would call it atrocious if a fascist regime persecuted Muslims, or if Hindu extremists under BJP rule in India lynched people, which he calls a double standard and a disservice to Islam. He states that no verse of the Quran and no conclusively established hadith supports killing apostates, and that even those who accept the reports must concede they are isolated narrations (khabar ahad) carrying some doubt, while the sanctity of life is conclusive and cannot be overturned by doubt. He asks who authorised anyone to take life on such a basis, calls the teaching disgusting garbage dressed in an academic veneer, and says that if the only difference from ISIS is a judicial process, it is merely an administrative difference. He then notes reports that apostasy and atheism are rising sharply in Saudi Arabia.
Position stated
Mufti Abu Layth says there is no verse and no conclusively established hadith for killing apostates, and that life, whose sanctity is conclusive, cannot be taken on the basis of isolated reports that carry doubt.

things truly has no loyalty to Allah and His Messenger they have been in the actions have no love for Allah and His Messenger right so this is the thing now so okay just to view this whole thing in to ticket ticket to get an understanding right so how could Islam by the way to embrace Islam most as Somani and many most theologians say days would jube another he is why gypped reason to embrace Islam most Muslims born today are most Muslims won't
or just sorry most Muslims today are just born Muslims they're not even reasoned about the faith so this Islam is simply just an acceptable eat Islam because many of some of them might go on to ponder some of them dump but this Oh we you know we yes we killed somebody but and this nonsense of saying oh but it's better for you that we're doing this you know what's what's funny is the Muslims you support these kind of arguments themselves who live in let's say the Western countries all of a
sudden would kind of preach freedoms and like what about oh we've got freedom of religion and how can you say this against Islam and how can you do this what if they should support then what if a fascist regime came in here and said anybody who who's still a Muslim should be persecuted let's just say would you consider that atrocious of course it is but then how can you that's double standards because if you say Islam can do it then why can't other people do it do you then accept Hindu kind of extremists going around under the BJP rule in India and and these lynch mobs and murdering people do you accept that
because they say yeah we can do it because why do you accept the under Islam then so this is a disservice to Islam there isn't a single verse in the Quran that would ever say this and in fact the Quran is against this message secondly there isn't a single established hadith and established conclusively established that would prove that and even if you listen even if they say we've got these hadees i want to ask them one thing even if you have these hadith that have got problems in them are they not huh bro rahat are
they not huh bro i had with some doubt i would say they completely life but you would at least accept they are isolated narrations with some doubt can you take life based on doubt can you take like who on earth authorized you in Islam to be able to take life based on doubt and who on earth told you you can teach these kind of nonsensical absurd teachings in the name of Allah and His Messenger making people have a hatred for Islam it is disgusting what these people have done and I've really get
upset by these people who try to close this in some kind of academic veneer there is no academic veneer to this garbage okay so that's how you gonna you cannot take a life based on huh bro I had life has sanctity that is cut I in Islam it is conclusive you cannot overturn that with a doubtful even if you wanted to accept that hadith a hadith is humble I had we doubt in it that you accept it has doubt in it I've shown you these people criticize those same narrators so you would accept that even if you want to accept that if you
would say yes it has 95% certainty not certainty accuracy or 97% accuracy 3 or 5% doubt at the very least you would say that how could you advocate for taking life what difference seriously what is the difference between you and Isis if you promote these kind of beliefs the difference is some I heard somebody say yeah but we would do it through a we would have a judicial process that would answer questions and do what so you mean it's a and administrative difference between you and Isis what kind of
nonsense is that right so we need to seriously I get what the reason these kind of things really wind me up is that how can people really misrepresent Allah and His Messenger well I look there are many look there are several people they've left Islam I want you see those of you that know are we Google that Arafat the the level of ill had the ill Hadees of apostasy and Co form in places like Saudi Arabia it is on the rise massively they've been discussing this on so many
TV shows that look why why is it on the rise because they say later Nakhoda Elfie Korea was a coffee here because of these because of the clashes ideological clashes I was reading the other day about this I don't know if they've executed him this think his name was Ahmed and summary and a few other people that are on death row in Saudi Arabia for blasphemy well why it hurts me you know some of these X Muslims look people say old they left Islam because old they said this because they've got a disease in their heart get lost
