What this part covers
machinesummary, machine-writtenIn the clip Qadhi says the hadith on Jesus's return are mutawatir, found in dozens of tafsir and creed works and held by the Maliki authorities; Mufti Abu Layth answers with sarcasm.
In more detail
The clip moves to the hadith, which Qadhi says make the issue crystal clear: the reports are too numerous to discount, they are narrated from around ten companions, including Abu Hurayra, Jabir and Ibn Mas'ud, the Indian scholar Anwar Shah Kashmiri wrote a famous book on them, and multiple scholars have called them mutawatir. Mufti Abu Layth interjects sarcastically that there may be doubt in God but there is no doubt in this, and explains that mutawatir means it is inconceivable that a report is false. Qadhi says the return is found in tafsir works such as those of al-Samarqandi [?] and al-Jassas [?] and in dozens of works of Sunni theology, and, addressing Malikis, that these are the dons of the Maliki school, asking how anyone can claim allegiance to the Maliki madhhab and deny the return. Mufti answers with mock outrage at Malikis, taking the phrase about dons with a big D for himself. The clip ends with Qadhi saying that Imam Malik not having the hadith is neither here nor there.

and indicates there is really a very strong suggestion shall return there is really a very strong suggestion that asia is strong strong people strong suggestion pay attention you mother fathers those of you getting distracted pay attention pay attention shall return to be academic and pedantic uh this is not the unanimous uh interpretation of the quran and uh we
can say that the quran strongly suggests the quran seems to have a very strong indication that isa is coming move on to the hadith and as for the hadith this is where of course the issue becomes crystal clear so so that's the strong inkling strong suggestion jesus is coming in the quran even though it's we're gonna see in a moment it's not actually anywhere in the quran but strong then the hadith there's no doubt now that doubt has been killed
there is no doubt there may be doubt in god but there's no doubt in this now there's no doubt whatsoever this quran and we can say that the quran strongly suggests the quran seems to have a very strong indication that isa is coming move on to the hadith and as for the hadith this is where of course the issue becomes crystal clear crystal clear this is where there leaves no ambiguity whatsoever the number of hadith reported are simply too numerous to discount
and numerous the most authentic in terms of mainstream sunni islam is the hadith that is now the number of narrations or the number of books of hadith that mention the coming of isa are beyond counting for this simple and the number of sahaba from whom this hadith is narrated is around uh around 10 or so we have abu hurairah we have jabba abdullah ibn mas
hussein and in fact one or two more i have them in the full file that i wrote up so we have around the company um but the ten that i quoted we have for sure from them i mean but the ten that i quoted we have for sure from them uh the indian scholar anwar kashmiri uh who wrote uh this famous book called
multiple scholars have claimed that the hadith about the return of jesus are muttawater the number of references are too numerous and they are too diverse impossible people so just so you all know that motawater is when something is so it's impossible inconceivable that this could be false inconceivable it's i mean it's not inconceivable that god doesn't exist
but it's inconceivable that jesus that this hadith could be false that jesus is coming back a the fact not a controversy uh the tafsir of samarkandi that tafsirable just sauce and by the way i'm not just quoting random names i have looked at all of these the c's and i have the quotes in my notes but i'm just so many ate the books mentioned that i can't even list all of them the notion of isa coming back ah you academic motif of many books of theology it's not something that is just
found in random it is found in many dozens of works of sunni theology for any maliki's in the audience these are the dawns of the maliki school so how can anybody claim bonds with a big deal and yet claim that theresa is not going to come back
of course we're going to be in the audience watching your club you you you how could dawns with a big d people big d dawns of the malki mother hello let's see let's see back despite all of the great giants of the uh giants great giants of the malikima how can you be a male how about how can you guys be maliki for god's sake
just end your miserable lives today you you you stain on humanity [Laughter] there is there is literally do you know what yeah do this to yourselves and just end your gene pool today this is it people this is it [Laughter] just this is what you all deserve this is what [Laughter] right so let's go back uh maliki's school claiming that isa is so how can anybody
claim allegiance to the maliki medha and yet claim that teresa is not going to come back despite all of the great giants of the maliki medha maliki school claiming that isa is going to come back and by the way the notion that imam malik does not have this particular hadith it's neither here nor there imam read in that imam malik didn't believe that erisa is coming this is a huge claim
