What this part covers
machinesummary, machine-writtenAn apostate cannot be killed for disbelief, since that would condemn every disbeliever, and the 'three days to return to Islam' is absurd: it coerces people into hypocrisy and belittles the Prophet's thirteen years of preaching.
In more detail
Mufti Abu Layth returns to the question of why an apostate would deserve death: not for disbelief, or every disbeliever would; and if for accepting the message and then rejecting it, many never truly accepted it, being born Muslim or following others into it. He cites al-Tahawi [?] reporting that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz took the jizya from apostates, which he explains by their perhaps never having really accepted Islam. He calls absurd the claim, made by someone he heard debating ex-Muslims, that an apostate is given three days in which his doubts will be answered: if every doubt could be answered in three days the world would already be converted, and the claim belittles the Prophet, who preached in Makkah for thirteen years without converting most of its people. He says anyone threatened with death would of course profess Islam, so the practice would make Islam a promoter of hypocrisy, contradicting 10:99, and he rejects the three days in strong terms as disrespectful to the Messenger.

Position stated
Mufti Abu Layth says an apostate cannot be killed for disbelief, since that would make every disbeliever deserving of death, and that giving an apostate three days to return on pain of death is absurd, coerces hypocrisy and belittles the Prophet's thirteen years of preaching in Makkah.

lead by just following somebody into it and then rejected it so he never truly accepted hence a lot of those transmissions like from that amantha how he brings or imam show can he brings that these people and you've got amantha how he in his esta la caja brings from home where it now Abdul Aziz that he would take the jizya from these people so why from Mehrtens because maybe they never really accepted Islam in the first place so you gotta ask the question why a question as some
people hate yet is so often loved by both children and geniuses alike why so the question is why is the apostate why would he be killed because if you're gonna say well you know it's because of Kufa it doesn't make any sense we say it well once he embraces Islam he forfeits the right but what if he embraced it were lacking knowledge or embraced it lacking understanding or embraced it by copying people always born a Muslim like most people then what how do you respond to that and then people say and as to the response well you give him so many
days to embrace Islam does that not sound absurd does that not go against first of all the verse of the Koran if I enter to crayon nasty hotel Yakunin what meaning will you force people to become Muslim because look if I say I give you three days to become Muslim right if I say I give you three days to become Muslim talk to me I will answer all of your questions I heard some that I recently get into a debate with some X Muslims and he said well in Islam we would give him three days and we would answer any doubts he has you see that is such a silly statement it is
an absurd statement because you are assuming that you can convert anybody back to faith within three days then in that case why do you go out and convert the world because if you claim that look I can answer any doubts that anybody has just give me three days then go out go on go convert the world you can't do that you see that disrespect you'd belittling a stuff you belittling the effort of The Messenger of Allah so Allah a leave us on them you're saying that The Messenger of Allah cool people
in Makkah for 13 years and couldn't convert the majority of Makkah were you as an insolent arrogant bigger that you are can convert people in 3 days how be you disrespect the messenger of allah salallahu alaihe salam like that how do you and say o Allah gave as such and such a people a punishment in the previous days and he gave them three days so we're gonna give three days what kind of absurdity is that kind of nonsense is that if I said to somebody
you've got three days three days to become Muslim I'm gonna shoot you of course the person's gonna say okay I'll be a Muslim I would say that if you say if you put a gun next to my head or if you put a gun next to let's say somebody is my let's say a sibling a child somebody's child somebody's parents would have gun next to their head or a sword and said do you embrace this lump or do you embrace Hinduism hell yeah okay I embrace it and what's wrong with that even the Koran says that's you obviously you can
embrace anything under coercion you'd be stupid not to embrace the you'd embrace it to save your life so now you're saying Islam supports hypocrisy you're saying that Islam wants people to be hypocrites because it wants them to pretend to be Muslim just to save says obviously everybody would do that you'd say yeah yeah don't know kill me me I'll say whatever you want is that how the prophet of God to people is three days and I will clear any doubt kind of
nonsense absurdity this blasphemy to the the effort of the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wasallam that he preached for so long and he couldn't you're saying that he couldn't convert everybody but you with you arrogant three days can convert anybody to Islam take those three days and stick them with the Sun don't shine because what you're saying is disrespecting the messenger of allah sallallahu I leave Salaam and anybody that does these
things truly has no loyalty to Allah and His Messenger they have been in the actions have no love for Allah and His Messenger right so this is the thing now so okay just to view this whole thing in to ticket ticket to get an understanding right so how could Islam by the way to embrace Islam most as Somani and many most theologians say days would jube another he is why gypped reason to embrace Islam most Muslims born today are most Muslims won't
