The answer in brief

machinesummary, machine-written

Mufti Abu Layth has a soft spot for Shaykh Dedew and finds some of his fatawa very interesting, though he is critical in some things and dogmatic in others. Take the critical things from him and stay open-minded on the dogmatic ones.

In more detail

Mufti Abu Layth is asked for his thoughts on Shaykh Dedew. He says he had a liking or soft spot for him, had once reached out and exchanged messages with him, but has not seen much of him on social media for two or three years. He says Shaykh Dedew has some very interesting fatawa and is strangely critical in some things and still dogmatic in others. He suggests taking the critical things from him while remaining open-minded about the dogmatic ones.
