What this part covers
machinesummary, machine-writtenYes, women may wear perfume when they go out; Mufti Abu Layth says people should smell good and be presentable, and the slanderous reports must not be attributed to the Prophet.
In more detail
Mufti Abu Layth returns to the main report that a woman who leaves home wearing perfume is a fornicator and asks people not to attribute such slanderous labels to the Prophet, whom he describes as a mercy to the worlds and the most articulate of people, who could simply have said that something was haram without calling women fornicators. He says such words do not befit the Prophet's noble character and advises people to refrain from them. On the general ruling he says that women can of course wear perfume when they go out, that people should smell good and be presentable as a blessing from God, and that the deen is built on hygiene and presentability.
Position stated
Mufti Abu Layth says women may wear perfume when they go out, that everyone should smell good and be presentable, and that the reports calling such women fornicators must not be attributed to the Prophet.

hadith this person is utterly unacceptable that hadith is utterly utterly unacceptable as a hadith from the prophet salallahu alaihe salam whether these things somehow above herrera said them or not is a different story but nobody accepts these rulings of course a woman's praise accepted and nobody says a woman has to do hustling janaba she has to go and shower like a ritual showering and if you're gonna say this is exaggeration or but that's not what that hadith says and even if you do try to accept this hadith it is transmitted it's only really coming from homemade
mullah be wrong and from him I'll sing with Nabi now and this is life the ieave people okay so and and if you're gonna go back to the main hadith of the Bob that any woman that leaves her home while she's wearing perfume she's a zania then please be careful do not attribute these slanderous claims and labels to the messenger of allah who was a rahmatan lil ila mean he was a mercy for the world he was not somebody that would go around saying to women you're resigning just because he doesn't want it to do something he is he was the
most articulate in expression if he wanted to say something to them like that's Haram he could have easily said that's Haram he didn't need to say oh I'm gonna scare you by calling you a fornicator or calling you a prostitute or calling you these things do not befit the the noble character of the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wasallam so I would advise all people to refrain from that as to women generally the ruling yes of course they can work perfume when they go out and people should wear a certain amount of perfume people should always smell good they should always be
presentable they should always kind of see themselves these things as a blessing of God for them okay so hygiene and the Deen is built upon not only hygiene but also presentable 'ti okay people so that's a summary of that hadith okay let's take
