What this part covers
machinesummary, machine-writtenIsrael is here to stay, so the realistic options are a two-state solution, naturalising Palestinians within Israel, or relocation, for which al-Albani gave a fatwa of hijrah, compared to evacuating a house whose fire cannot be put out.
In more detail
Mufti Abu Layth says frustration does not justify doing something stupid, and turns to possible solutions. The immediate hope is de-escalation and a ceasefire, which will again be a global request granted when Israel decides, so people are for a great part helpless, a bitter truth. Zooming out, he says one must accept that, tyrannical as it is, Israel is here to stay, which leaves a limited set of solutions. One is a two-state solution, which Israel would not allow but which people could push for. Another, which he calls counter-intuitive, is to naturalise the whole of Palestine within Israel, noting that Arabs already make up over twenty percent of Israel's population and that Palestine is not a sovereign state, receiving its finances, airports, currency and passports through Israel. The third, as shocking as it sounds, is relocation, for which scholars such as al-Albani gave a fatwa of hijrah for the Muslims there; he calls this realistic rather than defeatist and gives the parallel of a house on fire, where one first tries to put it out but at some point must evacuate regardless of the home's monetary or sentimental value.
Position stated
Mufti Abu Layth says that Israel is here to stay, which leaves a limited set of solutions: a two-state solution, naturalisation of Palestine within Israel, or relocation as in al-Albani's fatwa of hijrah, which he compares to evacuating a house whose fire cannot be put out.
“tyrannical as israel is it is here to stay it is not going anywhere now that only leaves a certain amount of solutions one would be a two-state solution”

utterly disgraceful whoever is suggesting these kind of ridiculously absurd ideas really needs to check themselves because they are doing a disservice to what is a humanitarian cause so yes of course people are frustrated but being frustrated does not mean that you do something stupid or just dumb an action is not does not equate to a meaningful action okay right now here people come back to well what could be the possible solution well one
immediate um hope is that there is some return to somewhat of a status quo a de-escalate de-escalation of war and a ceasefire now that's in all honesty going to just be a global request and when israel decides to do so they will do so we truly speaking for a great part maybe not absolutely but for a great part are helpless in this scenario and i understand that that's a hard bitter truth but it is the truth
now in terms of actually zooming out and assessing the situation and looking for some solutions really we have to accept that as tyrannical as israel is it is here to stay it is not going anywhere now that only leaves a certain amount of solutions one would be a two-state solution which israel would not allow just because of the given circumstances but that is something that people could push for the other as ironic as it may sound
but currently israel has i believe over 20 of its population are arabs in israel currently i believe it may be 21 or 22 percent of israel is arab the other somewhat counterintuitive solution would be to have the entire palestine naturalized because it's already under israel so currently palestine is not a sovereign state it receives its annual finances
through israel it receives all of its real uh airports and its currency its um its uh whether you're looking at passports they will all be israeli palestine is not a sovereign international state so somewhat of a counter-intuitive but that is at least a resolution the third is relocation and as shocking as that may sound and this is what um scholars like albany had given the fatwa for for hijrah
for the muslims there to migrate now people may say well you know that is a defeatist position but it's also a realistic one you see you can give a parallel of a home on fire okay if it's a a sudden fire the immediate knee-jerk reaction of any individual is to control and put out the fire regardless of any immediate self-harm however there comes a point where there is an
assessment that there is just way too that this fire is uncontrollable or that a person can not put this fire out they are forced to evacuate the premise regardless of um regardless of the kind of monetary value or sentimental value that they have for that home the priority becomes to save their lives and the lives of their loved ones and their children this becomes a priority so this this raza israel
