What this part covers

machinesummary, machine-written

She did not live with the Prophet but was lodged with Umm Sulaym and others, and the Prophet rebuked Aisha and others who called her 'that Jew'. The feast on the road was a victory meal, not a wedding, and she embraced Islam in the months that followed.

In more detail

Mufti Abu Layth says that given the Prophet's conduct towards her, Safiyya would naturally have seen that he had not approached her, while Anas assumed a marriage because she rode with the Prophet and he showed her kindness. He says the stop at al-Rawha [?] or Sadd al-Sahba [?] was a victory feast after the hunger of the siege, which Anas or those transmitting from him took for a wedding feast; no nikah took place, it would have been haram since she was in her iddah, and she had not even embraced Islam. He adds that she was sympathetic to the Prophet already, because of her beloved uncle and because her husband had beaten her over him. On reaching Madinah the Prophet had her stay in another household, with Umm Sulaym [?] and others, not with him. When Aisha and others made derogatory remarks about 'that Jew', the Prophet told them off. In the months that followed she embraced Islam, having seen the Prophet's attitude to her in the midst of his victory.

Mufti Abu Layth holds that no nikah took place on the road from Khaybar, since Safiyya was in her waiting period and had not embraced Islam, that the feast Anas took for a wedding was a victory meal, and that in Madinah she lodged in another household and embraced Islam in the following months.

In his words

“this is an assumption this did not happen there was no nikka that took place it would have been Haram she was in her in there anyway”

seen that out she took a liking to the Prophet when she gets back to Medina the Prophet told her why don't you stay at such in such a person's house she didn't live with the Prophet she stayed with almost Elaine and with other people in the house this is what the books show now in that time even I share of the law and had other people made some derogatory comments towards her and the Prophet told him off they said about all that Jew and the Prophet said don't say that what's wrong with you people why are you

32:08

being like that towards her now during after this time as time goes on she does embrace Islam she sees this kind of ink because think about in this in this might of victory the attitude of the Prophet towards her even when he saw her at Haber with a gree bruised eye and he doesn't amidst all this confusion he asks hey what happened to you I mean did one of the Muslims do this and she says
