is that you see when you stop then easily you seem to get sustained injuries it's weird like i um after covid i started like once i got better i started doing just push-ups at home and i was doing them every day and then i had kind of like across here i don't know like i'd done something to i don't know what it is a tendon or what but i was like ah that hurts so then i had to rest that so now it's coming to about two weeks and that's kind of better now and i'm thinking bloody hell

you know you go to the gym every day nothing happens you don't go to the gym for about like six weeks or or five weeks and then you do some push-ups at home and you start getting injuries and injury this one not nice my friend so people people people uh be honest from from heart be honest from heart man are you and this info agent at this info what's at this oh disinformation as in i am i here to spread conspiracy theories no no not at all uh i you see i i do question certain
