How can we change it? Let's go to the teachings of Sheikh Ibn Arabi. What he has left as part of his legacy, this alam al-khayal, this khayal hyperspace, the power to visualize, to affirm that as a reality, it begins with an image, a surah, that

we become this musawwir, one that gives form. And that is one of the names of Allah, and we, his khalq, mirror the divine attributes on Earth. That we give form and create our stories, our legacies, our our leg- our successes, our history, triumphs,

tragedies, even. That it all begins with a simple sura. We conjure that. We construct it. We shape it. Give it and visualize. And then allow it to manifest around us.

You see, you know, in Arabic is the present tense verb and the future tense are the same. It's called the mudare in Arabic. So, that I will be successful anja or afus in Arabic is to say I am successful.

But anja or afus, I will write aktub is that I am writing. That we are bringing our destiny before us. Shaping it through the form that we see.

And Allah says that he will in accordance then treat you as you expect of him. Ana inda abdi ka boni. Or ana inda boni abdi. That's in Bukhari. That we bring to life the outer world, the macrocosm through the microcosm.
