about feelings or experiences let's take this verse from surah verse 16 allah says we have created insane and we know what the self whispers and insinuates when it comes to negativity right allahu akbar and these thoughts can become so overwhelming at times another verse
is and one of the amazing meanings we can take from this is people of faith have faith do not pursue a questioning that will only be hurtful if it appears to you that we have to refrain stop this series of questioning that takes us down this rabbit hole there's an incredible saying by mark twain he said i've lived through some terrible things in my life some of which
actually happened because most of which were just simply in there and we have to change that mindset you see in psychology we learn that the brain and the mind have a much greater affinity to negativity than they do to positivity and that's because it was essential for human survival but it can at times become self-destructive it's a bit like the blood having a greater affinity to carbon monoxide than oxygen wow so
if you find yourself ever in a cloud of noise this this this surrounding of this clamor of negativity that you can't seem to shake off here's a quick simple yet effective method that you can just take both hands rest them on your heart breathe deeply as though you're breathing into your heart
feel the heartbeat suddenly it all begins to get very calm and the noise will dissipate feel that peat the heart it beats a hundred thousand times a day through tiny vessels that if stretched
out would be 60 000 miles long just think about that that's enough to go around the entire globe twice over all within you and if you find yourself drowning in this negativity and it and what's amazing is there's a hadith that the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said in the
shaytan or this negativity it's as though it flows in the veins of insulin and you say that's the case that is exactly how do how can i escape it then and we go back to verse 16 of sura we finish the verse allah says and yet we are closer to them than their very arteries that pump the blood
you've always been more connected to the divine than you realize you just have to change that thinking you think positive and positive will happen allah has promised you there's an amazing poem by the legend he says
that this abode this world is an industry of illusion whatever you consider is what happens he says who are we to to turn away we'll turn right up will show up all you have to do is show some love [Laughter] may allah bless you all salaam allah
