that I've now finished the cosmic serpent I'll speak a bit about that I'll speak a bit about there's been some controversy you know controversy about a hijab' youtuber by the name of pearl Daisie Daisie what creative names people have but this one you know dis hijab I mean this wrote the hijab and then the
controversy the controversy the coming so basically she's been there's been some back force on social media I'll speak a bit about that but yeah so those are some of the things what else is going on love from Pakistan Oh a geek show whoa you doing it you're doing it so what is going on what is going on why is your moustache so thin I know you know I've been trying to grow this part back out now and yeah
it takes me you know you know this is the problem this is the irony of the hey curse you know as Pakistanis we're just incredibly hairy but we grow here in all the wrong places and then when you're trying to grow in some way it just doesn't grow so what is going on yes I'm waiting I'm waiting but yeah it's my style people each tale so what up go it down let me also bring
in my facebook ain't there a sorority posting a question let me just get to your question you know this mouse I've got it's this are not nice you know I'm trying to control it and it's just going all over the place can you give any advice on Reba Fah Fah Fah Fah Facebook blessed with the wrong here blessed with the right here as well
alhamdulillah but with the you know as sometimes you just get cello now it now it's kind of gone but there was a point where I was still like the missing link between like you had homo sapien and then millions of years ago you had a stroller Pittacus and there was like the missing link and i was like still a continuation of that me and whole part of pakistan we like you know just but now till all with technologies being
dealt with now you know algorithms so what is going on so what is going on Mufti have you broken lockdown you know I see now it would be naive of me to implicate myself you know I have sometimes some people sending me messages like they say Mufti is it okay I want a fatwa on like they'll speak about something illegal you know this
aren't illegal and they expect me to respond in writing a cha-cha-cha does it say on my forehead a cha incriminate myself so what is going on people right clear a domicile and Alfred's a paid Mufti would you come over to old him why
not why not people the mind trap oh absolutely it's been going down people it's been going down those of you that haven't let me show you this was the contrast you know a lot of people when they speak of poets and they speak of especially that name of her lip has come up how do you contrast is always this comparison her lip and me mister kissed me solid I saw and the god of of speech that's true I think it's like a mountain range actually there are different mountains
in this range and you don't compare these mountains by their heights alone these are different terrains I mean so that as you can see was my most recently if you haven't seen it yet it's that was mine trap the most recent episode with an an absolute legend on or do Shirey who has his own kind of he has his own YouTube channel but he has his own kind of commentaries on different poet on different poems and poets and things like that I'm just
sharing the Q&A just so people Q&A concluding uh alright that's done so if you haven't seen that then of course by all means do so so what is going on what is going on who is your teacher I've got so many teachers you see me I learn from anywhere and everywhere I can just gonna turn this make that a bit stronger see
if I if the game picks up but I think it should have actually right so I've had many teachers I depends what you mean by that I don't see sometimes people want what they're looking for is a like one like a simple solution I don't solution ate the right word but they want a simple explanation like why
do you think the way you think well it's because of such-and-such teacher where do you get these views from it's from such-and-such book but with me matters are a little slightly more complex you know it's just not that easy I don't there's no one book that has ever inspired me like that there's no one teacher that has ever just try transformed me but a you know a myriad of concepts thinkers philosophers books
all of these things put together right so how does mooyah what does that even mean what is that just mental people just checking look at this look at these people just putting that back so what I'm gonna do is later on I'll be doing an evaluation on the sound if I feel that this worked pretty well might just stick to this mic if not then awry so
let's take a look what are some of the questions coming through people would you debate with Adnan Rashid and he wait about what what would the debate me about I actually you know better than a debater you see I'm not interested in debates obviously because I'm clearly undefeated that aside what I'm interested in is dialogue I want dialogues I want discussions I want to
engage people you know I'm beyond that I need to defeat people in a debate I know my arguments already good I openly tarif cannot they are Jeremiah but I you see I want to engage people positively I wanna if possible I want to build bridges let's entertain other people's ideas and then through discourse let's let them challenge my ideas let me so I would like to invite people on mind trap I would like to talk to them discuss with
them disagree with them biologically debate but not a debate like that you know I need to win kind of I'm not so interested in that anymore cool if that makes sense cool cool what is going on where's the me bring up my facebook gente right so and all me just see people who've liked the post
album or others like the post uh-huh rush you doing it you doing it people rush from Olympia was from Olympia retired now but from Olympia Jim doing it doing it with the transformation programs so if anybody wants to transform themselves physically right now it's locked down but that's your man to get in touch with right so what is going on I'm checking out the likes people see I can see Billy RI has used 50 stars Billy you're doing it you're
doing it people let me bring back what is how can we understand angels and revelation you don't hold that thought hold that thought because not I mean partially because probably you know the fact that you can't understand them is a hint for you personally a BR how will you understand me and my complex responses I'm joking I'm joking I'm gonna bring that in when I speak about the cosmic serpents I hold that thought hold that
thought cool Abdul says wah wah wah gente Janet lor you doing it with the super chats hello shukran muchas gracias could you please expand on the trustworthiness of Hafs he was called a fabricator and a liar how can we trust a man thank you wow I would never have envisaged that question look this is you see people this is what we do we sit here and we judge that's what we do anyway I mean we
judge people but Janet I judged you f1 Sammy hey me lo siento mucho right there I thought Janet law a name like that and who would have thought the question is on cuffs one of the one of the narrator's or the transmitters of the recitation of the Quran have some awesome let that be a lesson for you judgmental bigots out there that are thinking look you're reading the name Janet and you're
associating it with like Janet Jackson [Laughter] all right so you bigots right so what is going on so your question let me come to your question Janet G right so before that ah Facebook you do an Abdul you do and it you do any right this is an incredibly interesting question and and that is that huffs who is one of the transmitters of
the Quran you see now this is the problem this is a problem I'm going to come back to this point but let's just let's rock roll with it for a moment that he is one of the transmitters of the Quran now he is deemed highly problematic when it comes to narrations of hadith people have deemed him you know unreliable some people saying he's untrustworthy some people saying he just he's horrendous in his mistakes now how can we have gone through a person like that so this poses a problem for people
and he's not the only one you'll find several not all the transmitters of the Quran I mean some Shah Baba is a transmitter of the Quran you'll get other people as well who are kind of very you know up there in that pantheon of hadith transmitters but you'll find many like half son awesome awesome you've not been a dude is you know once again problematic so ka so kisses what is this what is going on people you see to understand this we
have to learn how the Quran was transmitted now I've got detailed videos explaining that already I've got clips to search them there on YouTube subscribe to my channel god dammit but [Music] people are like yeah how do I find it on YouTube a cha cha cha cha it delivery honey they turn or dump when it comes to oh how we find it you search keywords
but let's focus on the question let's focus on this you see you have to understand that or on was transmitted on mass it was not transmitted through these people this is a mistake to think that awesome or Huff's or these people transmitted the Quran they did not transmit the Quran at all that is a lie that they transmitted or on so what it is is that the Quran was taught the way the living tradition is - it was just talk from father to child throughout all
settlements villages cities towns wherever people were that's how they just taught the Quran if I knew the Quran I would teach it to my children they would just teach it and this is how people were teaching in the very early stages of Islam now the issue or the challenge if you like is that the the Quran did not have the diacritic kind of the vowing to it it did not have the kind of the Fattah bomb these things the kind of little lines and dashes that you see that were
placed later on many generations later on the Quran they were not there earlier on now Rothman radi allahu one in his time he he kind of formulated a template on in which he wrote the quran now our curves time rhodiola on the quran was put together as a book but then there was some disagreements on these because some people were putting it together slightly differently and people were reciting it slightly differently so Rothman came up he had the Perron written in a structure that
would incorporate all would allow for all these different readings so you see that's not a problem then he's sent this out to the main cities and said take the Quran from here this will serve as a master print the issue remains that this could still be read slightly differently okay so for example imagine this is like saying they were writing it like text
message language this is a poor analogy but it should hopefully kind of you know you should get the gist of what I'm saying now when you read text message language you tend to understand straight away especially if you're familiar with it you will understand how to read it the problem with that is sometimes more than one way might still be valid okay so let me just imagine I was pointing
out to like imagine I wanted to say right what do you think of like imagine we want to place an order for I don't know a set of pens and I want to ask you and I wrote Lester saying some kind of slang I wrote th what do you think of th Zed pens now you may read that as these pens let's just say now somebody may read it as those pens
now both would make sense and they both would kind of cave the meaning it would you know give now it is true that I may have meant one not the other now this is similar to the kind of challenge that was faced by the early community that how do we read some of these because do we read it as this it still makes sense to reread it as that it still makes sense so at this stage people started to some people got popular with their
readings now I do feel that there was that they I feel that there was some arbitrary allowance by the quranic nature that the horan allowed some arbitrary it gave this allowance that it wouldn't make a difference that somehow both would still be valid and this is what was meant by that the Iran has a very dynamic nature to its recitation when the Prophet said that that the Quran is revealed in a very dynamic way
this is what he was talking about that he would incorporate so the way these people ended up with it so Huff's ended up taking from us him in a particular reading was this some kind of divine decree that we were meant to end up with half son awesome I think no I think this was just arbitrary and I think some of these people did receive it like they were transmitting it and there was actually some each the heart like they were just you know what was making sense to them
and then this just got popular and so from there forth that became known as a recitation that other people started to teach so that's how we look at these things it's not that awesome transmitted the Quran or Huff's transmitted now it does appear that way in some books because what's happened is we are a victim of of kind of hadith culture the hadith culture one the cultural battle
so everybody got kind of tainted by how hadith culture speaks by hadith speak now in in many ways like let me give give you some examples you see the majority of scholars of this Omar Fatah they were people are fit okay now because they were scholars effect I mean that's to give you an examples of scholarship is often synonymous with folk I'm just giving an example about how one particular wave can dominate
something okay but it doesn't mean that it has to be that so just as you know when you think of a surgeon you may think of a particular surgeon but other types of surgeons are still surgeons but it just may be that they you know they're not the first people to come to your mind or engineers or in a similar way but one culture may dominate now hadith kind of tilted the whole debate on who is an authority within orthodoxy so the early Sunni scholars to claim that we are Orthodox Sunnis what they
started to do was use hadith so they would hadith culture was what they weighed in with to become very we are Sunni so everybody started to speak hadith speak and what was hadith speak Senate a chain so you start to see grammarians using Senate you start to see poets like if I've I mean this is a book on poetry but the early books of poetry will have Senate's oh I heard from this person word from this person why do you need a
sonnet in poetry but you don't but because of the prevailing hadith speak culture people started to talk they started to adopt that in their science even though it may not mean much in that particular field but it was the kind of the flavor of the era so in similar ways Quran started to also people were transmitting it anyway but now they started to use this Senate to transmit it and this is where the
confusion arises so in this Senate we see the names of Assam and huffs and these things but and so we think also the Quran actually came through Huff's but it didn't it did not at all categorically so so that's yeah so I don't know if this makes much sense but you know if it doesn't for a car correct [Laughter] you know I might as well just be talking
to myself or in the words of Medina be hella alayalam tamil neha is it my fault if if the cows can understand [Laughter] Tim COEX item or rot in quake system or exit um rot crow this is this epic poem
by this guy [Music] Kaleem oh geez and he says he has this amazing line in it as well a moment you're doing it you're doing it I'm going to speak about psychedelics not about my personal experience but I'm going to speak about psychedelics when I come to the reviewing the book cosmic serpent okay so right so he says Domon pineco Diamondback which hint
nahan jerkweed ah right so that you you're kind of garment has no snow splash on it whatsoever there's not even a drop on it and your dagger has no stain of blood of blood cattle car okay car Amato are you committing murder who is this are you committed are you you know Pope are you doing some miracles here what what is what is going on
and I love the way he ends that line he says he says buck needle buck nice to kind of just it's almost like barking I mean it's not barking but it's like that if you said to somebody you know just chatting nonsense says Buccaneer though our t-score Joker here here so Bucky Devon ahead Devon is Ichabod carajo he says he's crazy in his own world he's insane but why are you addressing an
insane person right so what is going on people Zac hurry you doing it with the super charts you do any what elements in the Quran linguistic scientific etc made you consider a miraculous belief towards the hints of you and that the scripture is from God Zac hurry hmm that's a fascinating question what makes me feel that the
Quran is from God I guess this many parts components to that route reply I feel one of them is very experiential and subjective in the sense that I if a person does recite the Quran what it gives them as an experience now somebody now that could be challenged because just a very subjective experience somebody could say I get a you know a very elated kind of experience by
listening to opera for example somebody could say that or listening to a piano but one is that experiential the subjective component another component is the fact that I am amazed at how often the Quran could have made mistakes it could have it was too easy to have made mistakes but it didn't you see because if we're talking 6th century 7th century Arabia it was way too easy to
state things in the Quran that would have been so easy to you know for people to ridicule today but it never did and and what's amazing is on many occasions we will see the hadith certain people transmitting things through hadith but the Quran vote and that was just too easy to do so I gave the simple example of evolution it was too easy to just state like in the hadith how it says every person is
always humanity as a whole is only from Adam in hadith literature not once in the Quran the Devastator and it speaks about Adam al Islam at length he is mentioned so often oft-repeated yet whenever the verse comes at least five times and there's a sixth verse to that we created human beings from a single soul and from that soul we created its partner and then set forth many people
it never mentions Adam aleihsalaam in any one of them and it was too easy to do so because the people would have easily accepted it it wasn't something that would have been challenging and like this that's a like one point of many dislike myriad there's countless examples like that like I'm so amazed at the fact that it never mentions the virgin birth but it could have means to easy to do so it just alludes to it to allow that bridge to be kept with the Christians but it never mentions it and
whereas it was far too easy to just clearly say so I find these things on a personal note quite miraculous the third layer that I would say is how the Quran you see what is the miracle of the Quran the Quran speaks for itself in its miraculous nature that it has mobilized an entire civilization and I with that me not say anymore the Quran is the backbone of this Deen and this beam has
stood the test of time so you know this book Valek al-khattab you know Larry bethey this book whether people read it entirely or not but the nature of this book that it came as a melodious kind of scripture for recitation in a kind of art form that through it it will transform a what is a kind of nomadic unsettled people if I
can even use that term to become an unprecedented at a substantial period dominating civilization on the globe and to become a faith that seals the deal on global faiths for Humanity to come that speaks for itself that it of its miraculous nature I mean either to me these it is a tripartite perspective in
is a tropi a tripartite element drop tripartite but it is that subjective what I feel it is the fact that I have tried to channel like you know intellectually at times daringly dare I say challenge that can is there something that contradicts and it never kind of succumbs to any of these kind of challenges but always rises above them and on the third level the fact that it it testifies for itself it is the backbone of this faith and the faith has
stood the test of time so I mean I to me these things are amazing I mean they are overwhelming but I get the fact that you know not everybody will see that I get that and I'm not trying to say I'm not trying to say by this that other people have to see in that way somebody said is that like how Christianity civilized Europeans part-and-parcel yes you see Christianity
one could say it did serve the Bible one could say in part served as a backbone but I would argue that it didn't but one could argue fair enough but the other two factors okay maybe this subjective experience people might say but the truth is that the Bible was not a kind of melodious scripture for recitation it was not generally not the Bible by and large maybe the Psalms and a few hymns here and there and things like that but the scripture was not one of a kind of
recital nature the other thing is the scripture always had problematic elements that even they faced they knew that this like the whole Old Testament was problematic for them but they you know so it wasn't that it never stood the test of time of course it states that the world is only six thousand years old I mean that's gotta be having a joke I mean that's and it's way too kind it's written so strangely and awkwardly and they themselves know that it was only rewritten in the time of the the Exile to Babylon the Old Testament so that I
would argue that they did not that the Bible for Christians is not how the Quran is for Muslims the Bible for the Koran for Muslims is how Jesus is for Christians that's an adequate parallel right so let's move on how strong is your Quran memorization oh not very strong I need to work on it up gradually
but you know to me it's not about you see you know when you do hit two people it is it's like a doom and gloom scare kind of project that oh my God if you do here then you know bobba bobba bobba if you ever forget or if ever you know you you will be cursed or you will be in sin and you'll be to me not at all never I mean that's not my approach to the floor on my approach to the Quran is that if you did hit it's just an amazing opportunity in life that you were given
you know even till today if you say to me a verse of the Quran I will know whether you're talking about what kind of verse and I will know straightaway and I'll know when it's not a verse straight away that that's not a verse of the Quran and you know and so in that sense the memory is still absolutely there but if you said to me recite from A to Z just like this I wouldn't be able to without revision because you know it's an entire 30 Jews of the Quran it's not I mean I don't mean very popular verses but things like you know like that I'm just being honest but I don't see that as a as a shame I see that as
an amazing it's been a privilege that Allah enabled me to memorize the Quran right Oh smart our head you doing it awry or I lay with the Souper chats you doing it you doing it Mufti could you please explain what one means by fear Allah I've thought of a large generous and merciful so the concept feel fear is difficult hmmm
alright so that is is true I'm trying to move through this as well one moment just trying to see [Music] awright awright awright awright so a run new follower there you go i'li you're doing it you're doing it right so the fear in the Quran Ross said please check my super chat above Ross into super chat
I did not see it rah let me go back I cannot see oh there he is rah rah the Sun God is the mufti tell us about Judgment Day in depth at cha cha cha cha cha cha cha this is where they taking you to be a fool Tommy in-depth step-by-step can you you might as well just ask me can I describe a day in the
life of God step-by-step please so first of all right fear let's go back to fear you see most of these verses that are translated as fear are not actually fear in Arabic most of them so fear does appear in the Quran as well like hope this the general word is Hoffman half a Muhammad be that you know there is this
who fears there is also you know about her she about our main Ya Allah whosoever now this is like two kind of theory as you see I feel that and I could be this is my understanding but it doesn't have to be but people may challenge but I would feel that there's a disappointment I'm sorry there's a difference between hope and disclosure and I would
see in hacia more of a fear of kind of like it doesn't have to be this I'm not saying it's exclusive to this but I do this is how I sense in there as well this this layer of fearing to disappoint as well in huh Xie now this bears these words but the word that is often used and translated as fear in in English is it is from the word it tequila the it
upon law this to have taqwa of Allah does not mean fear Allah but people translate it like that and they say like you know it tequila but really this does not mean to be kind of fearful of God that would be hope this is more to be very vigilant of God so to be incredibly said to have a deep-rooted
or a deep-seated self-awareness that God is watching you so that is how taqwa would actually be understood that's the actual term so people often translate that as have fear of God it tequila yaki like fear God but this God consciousness is really a person yes they use it in that way like imagine somebody was trying to rip you off and you said yeah you said you know yeah tequila you know
yeah bro you know God at least think of God that God is watching you be God conscious this is what you're saying and it translates to people as fear God I suppose it can work but in that trend it's not an accurate translation but I suppose the message would come across if if you felt some he was trying to rip you off and you said it tequila saying fear God as a translation would still carry off the similar a similar objective okay cool
haha let's move on people let's move on what is going on all right speaking of community issues people I want to bring up a I want to bring up a something that I've seen a video going around it's got warning it's got uh explicit a bad language bad language in it but it's something very
kind of disappointing and and we see this so I'll put this clip up there but it has got very explicit wording so be warned warned please write it makes a child so shut your mouth you today have turned up to meet a child okay you sexually groomed the child you also admitted to doing stuff to a child you swallowed his the scumbag me why'd you apologize you you've just been
painting up and down for the last five ten minutes wait for the child I don't want to know where you see this is such you know it kills me to see these kind of things and then as a double smack down is the fact that it's so often not always but repeatedly from Muslim communities and especially unfortunately I mean from Pakistani from the Pakistani community and I'm it is not it is not
representative of Pakistanis but it's such it's such a shame first of all on a human level it is despicable that these people what on earth do they think they're doing and you know I've seen so many clips now like this over you know over let's say the past I don't know a couple of years and time and and it's not always I mean it's it's diverse communities but so often it comes back and we see this and this you know may
Allah first and foremost protect young vulnerable people and secondly you know may Allah guide certain people and allow rightful just retribution I mean these people need to be bloody either sectioned or something needs to be done and the other thing is that you know maybe I hope we have much more of a community awareness that this kind of
stuff is before it can even arise is you know it's kind of completely eradicated from the Muslim communities and it's not it's true that like I I'm saying this again it's not that this is restricted to a community like the Pakistani community but every time it happens from the Pakistani community unfortunately re-cement that stereotype to people and it's so disappointing so I did see that and and I I thought I'd
share it with you guys as well and just yeah I said shall may Allah may Allah kind of help I mean right so let's move on can you name that Mufti Salman can you please name that Mufti I don't know what Pakistani Maher East ISG causing rattling the cage wherever you are huh right what is going
on was there a question by Salman I don't see any question hmm right I don't I don't see the question but maybe I'll see it when it comes up again all right so right what is going on what's your views on the curse of ham to eat a ham sandwich and then be cursed obviously this is ham ham ha ha ha ha
this is nonsense obviously that uh ham caucus one of the sons of Noah this is nonsense obviously it's nonsense right so I am in Bangladesh Salman he is Bangladeshi name of the Abdul Allah Masood now he live in India ha ha Mubarak oh yeah but I you I don't know what to say it's just like a totally I don't know what that statement is even so what is going on people what is kill
when on speaking about communities what we've got is I've seen some of this going on people so on I was gonna say Twitter actually Instagram I've seen a couple of posts made by certain Instagram pages and they were sharing quite a bit to do with the criticisms against the Companions and it shared like this was one example it gave of [Music]
of you can see their home are even hotter Brodie Aloha and there's another one you can't see the other one completely it's about Ruth man now I just want to clarify that look first of all these things you know there's a statement they shared that said that oh I'm ready bro haha bro the law on during the Battle of her head run away and it says he ran away like a mountain goat now he's bringing a claim from from robbery and the second one is also from tabria and some people then go on to
quote EE in these things I've already highlighted people that look the thing about it Nigeria robbery right so right is that the thing about imagery robbery is that I've already said this before that many scholars like there's a great Indian scholar a contemporary of allama iqbal an absolute genius by the name of a Lama tamanna Ahmadi absolute like much the hit status and he also has works on the
second coming of Jesus and these kind of things in fact his book dedicated to the denial of the second coming was at the request of allama iqbal who was a good friend of his now he has a very detailed book on admission bursary and Abu Jaffa image irritably explaining that look they were seems quite clearly Allahu Alem but it seems the evidence seems to show that they were when it comes to doctrinally speaking they were kind of like closets Shia now because of that a
lot of the books have it's kind of like she our arguments part of which may sometimes be propaganda some of it may be just sheer arguments and criticism smuggled into two new books and and then it's just like let the drama unfold and English Shabbos buddy it's a great example of somebody who's done that huge I mean it's done that so much in soon in the Sunni discourse he's just like smuggled in a hell of a lot of Hsieh proper Shia kind of argument and then as has EE
so that's the first thing secondly this chain isn't even really Eve I mean the chain that Tabris bringing is problematic you know if we just go back to that right there we can see look you've got in and of itself even the chain that he's brought there over not yesh and then even awesomer be cool a band other people this whole you see this is unreliable even the chain that is bringing by hadith standards is problematic and unacceptable by Sunni kind of discourse so I wouldn't really
pay attention to these things I would say look this is not the time this is my personal thing to be just trying to criticize companions of the Prophet because it's just further tearing up that bridge is tearing at the fabric that is meant to be kind of cohesive for Muslim communities I personally think this is the time that we ought to kind of build bridges between Sunni Shia communities I don't think it's the time in my opinion to be really trying to just take digs and things like this and
I don't I mean personally about the Battle of hood obviously not none of us worthy I don't know I I don't believe this this statement that was transmitted here but is it possible that some companion we know certain companions withdrew at the end obviously when when they got kind of ambushed and they run back now if certain people in a battle retreat they don't retreat entirely they kind of retreated to safety then
look these things are human reactions it's it's not you know it's normal as a human being then you know these people it's not that they don't value the D you know they didn't value these things but they were normal human beings and you have reactions you know somebody you might hear a noise all of a sudden a noise and you might jump now it doesn't mean hahahaha you got scared I mean it's it's normal to get scared at times you know it's not it doesn't mean they were cowards they weren't cowards they were people that put their lives on the line when it came to it and that and
and people feared them they feared I might have no authority alone he was a known person he didn't just have that reputation just because he bought it online I mean he he was somebody known for for his strength and his valor and his courage but does that mean he was somebody who never got scared I'm sure he did get scared I'm sure everybody got scared everybody get scared it's a fundamental emotion of being human so and then the other thing that about Rothman was mistranslated I mean it said that Rothman retreated and said and stayed in a village and he stayed there for three days and then came back and
they translated it as oh he ran so far I took him three days to come back super expressway but my point is look this is nonsense yeah people need to be a bit more mature right so cool let's move on people move on all right so let me just bring up facebook chat of Rybak Astana mulehead doing it hardest sort on somewhat Salman was saying some Mufti became an atheist and that guy swallowed
ding ding accidentally what's ding ding I'm intrigued what'd he swallow this one nice somebody Travis will I be covering this idea this week sorry not this week I've got all these other things still waiting I'm gonna cover them so Charlotte we will do we will do but not this week right okay so I don't know what that Mufti who but I'm intrigued I'd like to know about that as well somebody said what is your opinion
Abdullah Patel he's asking what is my opinion on share Hamza Yusuf I love share Hamza Yusuf I'm an absolute fan of Sheikh Hamza Yusuf but you know share comes a Youssef is many things I suppose in some way every person one could say multiple atheist me yeah Peter sagal yeah this sounds good let me replay but share Hamza Yusuf is an icon he's a pioneer of certain things he's a you know he's he's monumental for
western muslims and to me he's like a hero in that sense but then does that mean i now then this Hamza Yusuf as a person you know his personality he's kind of I don't know his interactions with people his views his personal views his now I in some things like I hmm I I may not like I think I'm the user's personality personally would be one that as a person I mean if I it's different if I was just speaking to him as a
one-off or something I would obviously behave but he's the kind of person if I regularly hung out with let's say I think we wouldn't really like that personality I don't think I would like it at all because I you know I'm very kind of like loud and I'm an extrovert and very everything's about you know there's so many jokes and banter and going on in our kind of circles and he doesn't seem anything like that he seems very introvert almost you know like I don't know like very I don't want to be say be rude but
almost like a like a a nerd like personality and but I I feel that he as he that is on a personality level and I feel that his interactions with people sometimes are not very from what I've heard isn't very welcoming like he and I don't know with us a social etiquette or his how he is as a person I've heard that sometimes he can come off rude to people he can come off you know if you ask him something to be like no you know like I know my friend met him I mean I've met him as well but my friend met him when we were brought and he said he said oh you know I love you stuff
do you mind if I take a quick selfie and they were just it was just you know just on his own in some restaurant or a mold somewhere and and he said no no no no no you can't take a selfie with me and things like this and and I did you know like that kind of example I'm just giving like I think that put as a personality he may have a strange a kind of core you know quirky kind of like personality so I disagree with that and even his views I find them very kind of like sometimes neo-traditionalist so I don't think he would agree with a lot of
my views at all but I still love him as a person somebody said he loves having his picture taken okay but I think with people I don't know this was the experience of my friend even many other people that I know when they've met him on a personal basis maybe he's changed that in recent years but it was for several years this was a big deal like I know people that personally told me that they spent thousands of pounds go just to go on a regular because I'm the Yusuf's gonna be there and you know it's like imagine I had a course which charged thousands of pounds and people are going there because I'm gonna be
there and they want to kill with me I mean I would make a bit of an effort to at least on that vehicle whatever to kind of hang out with people but no you know and people were quite disappointed this is an example I'm just giving and this is from somebody who personally paid all those thousands of pounds and went there and he said and they gave them something they said that he only did his lectures he did and then he would never mingle with the rest of the crowd and he would never even eat lunch with them he would always eat separately but the other teachers would they would eat with the visitors with the with the students but he wouldn't and he wouldn't stay in the same level
he wouldn't just be seen and he definitely wouldn't hang out and what they did is in the whole week or two weeks that they were there he had one day set aside where he gave a slot to each student and the slot was literally a four-minute slot a you to come in and you had four minutes to speak to him and and like this person said to me I didn't even know what to say in four minutes I've only paid a few thousand pounds to go they I think it cost like two three three thousand pounds to go and it was
like I only went to see him and then it's like I only had like four minutes like what do I say inform ya four minutes which whole sixth I can we can we do something but I do love him for me he will always be an icon because he initially inspired me right so I thought that we'll always love him you know I will always have a soft spot for share Hamza Yusuf because when I went off to study the Islamic Sciences he was the key one of the key inspirations for me
so yeah cool all right people what is kill wing oh is that how did Sultana again Salman oh that's the same question all right how do so kanji doing it doing it huh you know I want to say that you see sometimes some people say you know oh the six Muslims atheists whatever but I want to say something that look in many ways
we should be kind of grateful because a you see I relish sometimes the opportunity to see arguments that people are presenting and I want to kind of take them up and to to kind of grapple with them intellectually and and they may be arguments that are challenging Islam but the way I see it you know TKR you know Islam like let me see that I want to see this argument and I wanna in obviously whether people agree with it
or not but I wanna take it apart and and you see something you are only as worthy as your opponents if our opponents are gonna be all dumb people just you know just people oh I hate you slow my hurts long why I just hate to that's we're just gonna stay dumb because we're not gonna be able to refine our intellectual challenges so I welcome an intellectual adversary because it's it's amazed because they they will take the
arguments because you have to then you see they've raised the bar and you have to come back with intelligent arguments and so I welcome this kind of stuff and I don't feel that we need to be insecure don't feel I definitely don't feel we need to hate on people just because they challenge Islam alright so right what is going on in love of Akram ah Ayman you doing it you doing it look at the super charts going down mom versus
Muhammad hijab in a boxing match clearly Muhammad yeah even I would bet for him I mean he's like six four six my like five foot nine what's this I mean he would just have to sit in the corner and go even I would secretly bet for him I'll be placing my bets what are the odds were the odds right so what is
going on people's people's people's if Yahweh was originally a local pagan god storm God why do prophets like Jesus Yeshua Yahweh salvation have the name Yahweh in their names you see I
the question is that what is the origin of Yahweh and in what does Yahweh denote in the lifetime of Jesus in the lifetime of Jesus Yahweh denotes God so it's like today some people will use the word in kind of order to stroke Farsi has done or they might use the word ha da of who dies obviously clearly god but you may come to learn that these words had an origin to them that may not have been used in
that way but today it's not it's not that so it doesn't matter so Yahweh is a good example that people did Yahweh had an origin but later on the Hebrews kind of owned it and they kind of made it their representation of God in totality so then it kind of just took on that meaning okay so you got to move with the time so what is killed when are people
what is going on let me write soul people let's do a review of let's do the review people let's do the review that's what I'm talking about so pitbulls I want to present to you a book by Jeremy Nobby I've spoken esta pasando why is my
gambling habit right so this book called the cosmic serpent DNA and the origin of and the origin of knowledge okay you can see that right there right so this book has been it has been so overwhelming I you know what I am honestly wowed by
this book I I would rate this book like maybe I don't know eight point five out of ten okay it is amazing but it is for a select people a select readership it's maybe not for everyone and I feel by that I even put myself in that feeling that had of I found this
book how do I read this book let's say a year ago a year and a half ago I would have probably put it down halfway thinking what on earth what a waste of time I would have problem I'm being real with you because the origin the origins of knowledge DNA and the origins of knowledge and this book is about the journey of an anthropologist Jeremy nabhi it's written in the first person and he gives his subjective experience
of this Westerner who becomes acquainted accidentally you know it's it's just happenstance I mean he's in the staying with the Amazonian people for an anthropological project but happens to become acquainted with the worldview which is that of the realm of the shaman okay shamanism and how the shamanistic culture pervades and prevails right
through reality it is reality in amongst the ashen Inca people who he stays amongst he's not there for that purpose but he ends up picking all of this up experiencing psychedelics learning about shaman mythology and just being a bit kind of dazed out byte and then he returns to where he years and a decade later finds himself embarking on a project where he tries to reconcile between the experience of the shaman and Western biological understandings that
what we experiences it out there or is it in here and is there a way to connect the two what the shamans are seeing can it have a kind of actual reality and he ends up arriving at the conclusion that we can and what he feels that that missing link is DNA and DNA he feels is active it's an active element okay it's these animated essences also not animated by animate essences that he
feels DNA is alive now we accept DNA is kind of alive but we don't generally in the Western biological understanding see DNA as you see we see it as communicating it hold like it replicates it's cold and it kind of creates it's a constructionist mechanism it's it's a constructionist language it constructs so by the example you know somebody asked about nicotine when you consume nicotine the DNA actually constructs you know the impact
it will have your body will construct nicotinic receptors more nicotinic receptors and the DNA is doing that this kind of epi genetics is taking place a kind of interaction between your genes and the environment now science obviously accepts that that that is science but does DNA communicate with as an essence it is a communicating now he's arguing that Oh since all life has DNA plants everything
bacteria you know the most simple at the most simplest level of an individual kind of DNA entity we see bacteria now all around us they will be then DNA they may be bacteria in the air they may be other things in the year they may be things that you know we can't visibly see but yet it still has but it still it it still has DNA now these what we do know from science is DNA does emit a
kind of emits photons these kind of bio photons which correspond to a kind of radio wavelength now what he argues for is that DNA construct throughout the globe a biosphere because it emits a persistent ray this kind this kind of light at a radio wave length level now he this he feels that this wavelength can communicate DNA can communicate with people but not like this because we
can't see it like this it you know it would be meaningless because we wouldn't register but if we like the shamans were to lower our consciousness to that level we may engage with DNA and because DNA by the way these photons that are emitted are actually on the visual spectrum they are between infrared and ultraviolet rays I mean they are on that bandwidth so it is something detectable but we just can't see it with the naked eye so he sets off to argue that this
Ashaninka culture because there's a sharp that the shamans interpret it in light of their mythology but it doesn't mean it's nonsense and the way the Shan and the shamans have acquired all this knowledge and when they ask they say we acquire it from these light beings this animates animal essences which they call the mining khari these kind of beings of light that taught them that maybe some people may call at time angels or divine
inspiration or and that he's arguing is perhaps a biosphere that is all around us however we want to interpret it and I found that incredibly just mind-blowing honestly I I totally loved it it was a slightly slow read in the beginning when you begin the first chapter is a bit boring because he's kind of trying to lay a backdrop and then he on he kind of unveils his reveals his his confusion gradually like he doesn't kind of say hey guys this is what I want to talk
about this biosphere and DNA communicates and then sets off in some ways I I feel I it may have been better if he did but that's my opinion because what you have to do you have to kind of read through the whole book to arrive at what he's saying so if you've read through one third you you still might not get it because he's alluding to something but he will go off track and then join dots so you might think he's just alluding to this point but he's not actually and he says building it up and so I totally loved the book it is I think in many he speaks
of the axis mundi that this is perhaps DNA what all these people speak about and how we communicate with other realms and things but yeah and what Sufis would call Kirsch the unveiling which is done through breathing exercises so yeah so I absolutely do love it but I love it because of my interest in psychedelics and interest in the realm of consciousness and interest in these things I feel that things like DMT and psilocybin and all these things are amazing things they're not Haram and I
feel that although they are issues of legality but I feel that they are the kind of gateway the portal to the realm of the unconscious or consciousness sorry so yeah I absolutely do recommend it for people who are only interesting that if you're not interested in that you will probably hate it you'll probably think what a load of baloney I mean what a waste of time you'd probably think but if you are into that it is an absolute you know it's it's brilliant so yeah so from me definitely like 8.5 out of 10 and must recommend for people who
are kind of conscious consciousness explorers cool people are that and just following on from that let me share a little story with you people on it's not a personal story but a story about intriguing characters and their journeys the dropping of the veil huh the dropping erich kunz upper dagger gay not the dropping of the Azhar [Laughter]
you know this on another side note there's the great poet who who annoyed the companion of the lightness of aid once and because he came to ask for something and there was a dispute between him and his wife and and his wife had I think somebody had approached up the Lebanon surveyed and he had approached Abdullah bin ignus acerbo but he'd heard also that Abdullah mr.
Bates wife had taken a side and he wanted him to kind of weigh in on his side so he went to have a word with him like look could you help me out with this but it seemed that Abdullah Lebanon surveyed was taking the other side and he felt that maybe one of the women had got to him either you know his ex his own eggs or maybe Abdullah his ways wife or whatever so he said this poem that where he has this line that lace Allah the yachty he says
right Lacey shafir Olivia tika matas Erin Kelly the cassava Olivia tika or Jana something along those lines I think I flipped him the the other way around but he says it's not that he says they're not the same you know one who comes to you wearing something and one who comes naked interceding we know which way you'll sway right so the point is that this unveiling speaking of unveiling let me tell you a little
incident in Muslim history the you know they will say a scholar who became contra was very controversial from from Muslim Spain 900 years ago approximately this guy's name was double hakkim even a barrage on even a butter churn people now he was quite a controversial figure because he had a following he had a murid ship if you like and there was even a revolt by his Maurice later on but he was
incredibly intelligent and he was also a kind of friend and a follower follower loosely as in not a tariqa Sufi follower because he had his own kind of but he was influenced by the Sufi of lan de Lusignan arif him unable to re for kind of very close friends and they both get into political trouble as well because allegedly they seem to be undermining the alma rabbit the murabba theme so they get caught summoned to court and he eventually is killed as well even above Arjun he dies and his but you know and then his followers have this revolt and
everything but he was in his own ways and absolute genius and he was termed the Rizzoli of al-andalus I call him hazael al-andalus now he's one of amongst his works I don't think his works have really survived but amongst them was a tough seed of the Quran now what's interesting he's from the early 6th century that's when he mainly is writing and teaching and everything like that although he was born in the 5th century Islamic 5th century now right so he's a contemporary of people I call the yard a bucket even
are we called the evening rush he's in contemporary of these people so he's around when these huge dons are around and he makes a prophecy this is intriguing what do you think about this this is like he says that and this is in the early 300s he makes a prophecy I think it may have been I mean early we may have been 510 or between 520 or something around that kind of time he makes a prophecy that Jerusalem which has been captured by that time by the Crusaders will be recaptured by the
Muslims but he doesn't stop they he says it will be recaptured on the 27th of Rajab in the year 583 hey Julie hi Johanna Terry Nasir hey Mary jumuchi ha ha ha ha ha say hemay Kuchipudi Hibernia t this is so he makes this prediction this like he really
narrows it I mean I'm not like a vague prediction he says that Jerusalem will be recaptured by the Muslims and and you know to make this so like he dies in the early 5:30 something some say 531 or 536 or but he dies like approximately fifty years prior to his prediction date right so he's predicted that in 583 he jury on in the month of rajab on the day the
27th al hoods will be once again liberated and lo and behold that is exactly what happens salahuddin lau be liberates puts jerusalem on the 27th of Rajab in the year 583 hit early almost fifty years after the death of even upon origin hi [Laughter] are they here habe same as Amin hi Holly
sorry ray hemolysis these things come to me from the unseen intuitively that my writings are the intimations and whispering of the angels but this see what and people you see that what happened is even a better chance prophecy was kind of forgotten but he had written in his stuff see it but what happens is a poet also later on quotes it vaguely he says something praising salahuddin and then people he
just praises the month or something and it happens and then people ask him and he says oh I read this in even a better chance to see so all these people check it like including him the Harlequin and all these people check it and it's the you know and even you get people like even the kaffir although I'm not sure if it kathira mentions anybody mentions the thing you know some motherland Senator Thoth in what the marine was um Samia Allah Allah Allah and what was this about I mean how did that happen I find it so amazing and I feel this is
my theory I feel that it I mean people would say to guess but I feel that you know even though Arief and these people these kind of Sufis they have long dabbled in psychedelic kind of experiences and I feel that they may have been what if there is this kind of like this kind of realm thing I mean it could just be that he just you know saw a vision and got it right he never clearly explains how he saw it some people they guessed that oh he he made some calculation and he made and he
doesn't fully explain he says that it was you know it's kind of being unveiled to me by my reading and my but yeah I feel that is this how for example how Jeremy now B speaks of the shamans seeing certain things is there a can we see certain things if consciousness is lowered I find that just incredibly interesting I'm not saying we can but I'm finding it interesting this whole realm of consciousness yeah let's move on people let's move
right so where have we got to on momento momento let me see what the Facebook me gente are saying are I arrived right people you do and it you doing it right so the T needs a refill it does look at that just a bit left there that's it right so let's move on to more important things folks right so what are we
dealing with we've got right here right I want to have a word about the whole alright this is still we are still in the wake of this unfortunate tragedy I want to speak a bit about that si si si si si but where are we now moving on there's been huge protests will going around worldwide but before we get to
that before before before we get to that I just want to show there's been some plot twists as well this has been slightly intriguing that we find out that actually Floyd George Freud did actually no Derek Chavan so that's caused some interesting kind of that's caused some interesting interesting kind of thoughts of conspiracies what's going on is was this a personal thing behind
that but putting that mentioning conspiracy we've got another conspiracy as well is the right Derek Chauvin the one who's been arrested just take a look at that hey line people what do you think this jail time seems to be right so it seems to be what do you think about that
it seems so on this topic yeah
yeah so we've seen a clip there by mm Momo doing it doing it people the protests have really I don't think anybody could have
imagined that they would have taken off the way they did but they have so that's been I mean they've been a huge success and immeasurable I feel that they've been a huge success in that sense but I do think that what you see what what people don't want to take away wrongly what they don't want to do is take away a message somehow that this kind of racism I mean I don't mean the black life but I mean that kind of like
an anti white racism going on because the truth is that not what this these efforts are about and they should not be about that and we do see in certain places people are trying to push that angle in trying to say look oh you know there's a lot of memes there's a lot of jokes people are saying oh and obviously humor izing it and I get I I personally love jokes and love the politically incorrect ones in fact I'll share one with you I did bring it here but if this is now this isn't the one this one as
you can see right so somebody saying all of my people and then you know then he says hey why people please help and then the white guy says hey but the thing is look humor is all good however people have to be careful in understanding this is not this is nothing to do with like it should not be seen as an anti white thing and recently what's happened is in some of the protests they did they they kind of pulled down and destroyed some statues and there was a statue particularly of
Edward Colston now I'm just going to bring up a clip there every one of you trying to bring up my clip this is when you know when you've got all this right on momento momento [Applause] and I want you to take a look at that and the second Clippers one that the statues been throwing to the [Applause]
a system in sleep [Applause] I personally disagree with this disagree with damaging public property and I do clearly agree that there should be a a lawful route to do that that they ought to be the people ought to go through the right channels to get that done and that is the only way that is as far as I see any true success that that is the way to
do it however this was not just to be clear right if you look at this that this was not a bunch of you know black guys jumping up pulling down a statue okay now just to be clear in this protest you you'll actually see that the is predominantly actually white people now I'll show you the clip again and now this is not a race thing but I'm just showing as an example [Applause] to say that white people are responsible that's not to say that I'm not saying
that either that would be totally ridiculous but what I am saying is that this people the people that did pull down that statue and they did destroy and chuck it into the river and this has been in the news this Tim I condemn that clear this is unacceptable this is not the way it would not be right if people just because they disagree with something that they even if the thing was wrong according to them that they have the right to destroy it's like people saying I disagree with Islam I disagree with the prophet Mohamed Salah listen doesn't mean they can destroy my streets or destroy you know in in a similar way I disagree that rule even if
this person was a slave not only an owner but he contributed to the whole slave trade thing still to say that is utterly unacceptable to do that is unacceptable but it was not it would be equally wrong to pinpoint this on like black youth to say all black kids have got together and they've pulled this down that would be ridiculous because that is not what happened and and this is this brings us to some people who are trying to really jump on this bandwagon people like Tommy Robinson every one of
you is organized that everyone who's encouraged that supports that why you down there cleaning out oh I bet we don't see none of you celebrities down there getting that off of those statues that man got a boy the biggest race is not history Tommy let our country for that wall Church how many people sacrificed their lives in that war and you just turn up and think you can defy sit you're spoiled vote you signal little shits oh man so how many people are coming to London next Saturday every single man should be in London next Saturday or forever don't
call yourself a patriot don't call yourself a patriot it's no good to sit behind your keyboard all these scumbags masked up scumbags think they're gonna go V rip Church statue down cuz they're not and makes pullin police you up big time with this one cuz next Saturday what's what you're gonna have in London you can have thousands of men who ain't gonna right now first of all you know Tommy Robinson is one of the biggest Pratt's going now I personally agree with the fact that defacing destroying the stretch the statues is wrong I condemn that I personally condemn that
even if I dis even if you had a statue of Hitler I would not say you know pull it down and break it I wouldn't say because the problem with that you see if you give that a clear license then you're saying it's fair for anybody to go and do that with anything that they disagree with and it's it's public property at the end of the day it's something that's owned by somebody so I do feel that those statues should be taken down but I do agree that they people should take the right channels to do that now the this thing about Churchill is another example that
Churchill was a known racist now this is you know now people may say well he just reflected the sentiments of his day and age but he was he was clearly a racist I mean if you read some of the things I did actually I'll have them quoted another time because we're taking a lot of time today I did actually have them here but some of his quotations we says that these the Indians are a beastly nation with beastly religions and they just you know and and he speaks on about the Americans Native Americans native in his own writings and the blacks deserve to be wiped out the genocide is deserved
because they ought to be replaced by a superior race this this is the kind of nonsense that he used to say now so I don't yeah you know it definitely isn't a hero him in my understanding but I accept the fact that you know he was he did lead this country and he did things but I feel that they should be right measures now what the why is this important for a number of reasons people who are going to protest who are going to do these things I think they have to keep in mind that look if these things end up turning into riots in
certain places it will only further exponentially stigmatize and damage the cause okay so people need to be very weary and they need to control things and this I would say it may be too late now but I I felt from the beginning this is my personal opinion now I felt from the beginning that the black lives matter protests right I felt have been kind of very emotion driven but not constructive enough right
like I feel that they have obviously created global awareness and I give them that I did not expect that that would happen but it did and I am you know I'm I am amazed and I think wow you know that's amazing but I feel that they'll they have no agenda and that's a problem you see because you should have demands you should have like an agenda of what you want achieved like what we want at the end of these I want ABCD I want like so for example in England in America its own thing we want this legislation in
place we want the internal affairs to have this this set up we want this we want this in the UK they could have had things like look why has such and such there's so many constituencies that are to do with ethnic minorities that don't get certain fundings why has that not happened well I have the Grenville tower people not received the you know the the the compensation why has that not happened why is this statue still up there why is I guarantee you I mean this you know if I was a betting person I would say that if this was slightly organized with a schedule with an agenda
the demands would have been met just because of the pressure and that people would like if they had it set of demands because right now there's nothing being demanded so you know it's just like just venting like black lives matter and people will just say we agree black lives matter now go home you see now that you see that this is we there's nothing actionable so you need a set of actionable demands that we want this we want this where is this why is the funding mean cut to that why is this happen why is this constituency still not been allowed this why is that not
come through why you know we need like you need to look and see with control comes incredible but now that is scary you know rage is only momentarily scary but organization to be organized is astronomically frightening so that's what I would say I mean that's my you know my kind of two prints that I feel that this just protesting is good but it doesn't you know it's not being personal like I don't see it going anywhere
because I just see in America it's different because I feel that they you know it's happening it's the epicenter here you know people are not really being killed like that and so I feel that what would happen is the audience will just say yeah we agree black lives matter okay now go home like it's no so it needs to be constructive targeted and achieve an agenda and then come home but yeah I hope I mean insha'Allah may Allah kind of make things easy for them and I do you know I and so I hope this Tommie
Robinson thing doesn't trigger a goddamn race war that's the last thing we need in the UK right so people let's move on any quick questions war is at the time there is some masala I want to recover that right so yeah and I'm talking specifically about the UK context because in America I think it's a bit different and that's an I do feel I know people will disagree with me on this but I feel what very a coup in America is
still more so an American issue and we are in the other the extended dimension of it not in the epicenter dimension but yeah right so people what is going on [Music] right somebody said Mufti you're not seeing correctly the problem fair enough fair enough but I do I do support the struggle I do support the struggle right so what is going on people right somebody said even a barrage on I've already spoken about even a barrage on I will hack him oh you're just reiterating what I'm
saying back to me a cha cha cha cha amigo Zakaria taykitty you know I've told you before the East you know in Pakistan in the madrasahs they the teachers get really insecure if you have a commentary of the lesson they're teaching while sitting in their class they get really insecure so one of our teachers was teaching and he realized that the student not only had the text but he had a commentary on it like he had it in front of him so at least I
hate that the teachers so he goes a cha he goes to him challenge impose Lt Governor to pedasi not take it because when I make a mistake just let me know right so you're just quoting it back to me a cha what is going down so people's me ain't there what is going on so we've got I bring to you a hijab a youtuber people the masala segment the masala
segment the masala segment okay so people going down so I bring to you people let me introduce pearl Daisy I think unless I've got it the wrong way around unless it's Daisy pearl is it basically I think it's pearl Daisy but are meenahan right the hijab' youtuber who removed her hijab so so she took it off people she this he jumped and here she
is in a video have a right to choose what they do with it like we have a choice with what we do with our bodies and that choice is entirely 100% ours I'm a massive believer in female autonomy especially where it comes to our bodies and the way that we live our lives so you know what I mean like I'm just saying stick to your guns and don't let anybody else's decisions affect what you do look I'm not a religious figure I've said that from day one it's a yeah
the problem here my problem yeah yeah you see this is the this one nice you know this on you see what is the problem there first of all I want to say look about Daisy Pearl removing her Haeju I think look that's her own business you know that's not a problem that's her and it's her life she wants to be a job she wants to take off the hijab she wants to do whatever she wants to do it's her
life it's her choice and yep I agree that you know there's that difference of opinion anyway that hijab is not even obligatory it's what an obligation is is modesty as several a certain orlimar feel and I see more strength in their argument than I do in the other and I've got a detail video on that on youtube if you want to watch it about Sauron or the in surah Noor and hedge up now you see coming back to this are meenahan removing the hijab I support but it's not that I support her but I support that fine you know nothing to me she is a human
being who has the right to do whatever the hell she wants if she wants to come back with glow-in-the-dark green punk hairstyle tomorrow it's her life she can do it that's absolutely fine but there is a problem you know samasya head that leaf a bit so Marcia Marcia this on the problem yeah problem the problem is that she contrary to what she's saying it's not true she has played the
religious card and rode the wave of hijab to get famous and rich right so she used that now as human beings we use things you know we people are incredibly selfish they are self-centered she used hijab to kind of sell it as a this is how you do this is how a Muslim woman should represent herself now also it's not true that she never spoke on religious matters she actually did on
several occasions she did she promoted scholars she spoke about things she spoke about these kind of things about weary she I think she said in this interview I by the way I never used to wear hijab anyway in my personal life a church our what I hope while sleeping or in the shower you mean you had yet her personal life girl who on earth said you need to sit at home wearing a hijab now even the people who are pro hijab don't say that yes a you know this is when you haven't gotten all
humint left he just makeup so although I support autonomy I don't say people need to wait women need to you know go wearing hijab and they do this but look you have to base responsibility if you are going to use something like imagine now I use a thought and I always fashion a thawb and I speak about some Islamic issues and I speak about having real a meek a tire and I speak about certain things and then I make a brand and I cap because she was one of the first hijab' youtubers I believe and she was some
kind of model she got some contracts with I think some companies like L'Oreal or some of the companies now she on the back of that fact you know promotes her product sells it makes thousands and thousands of pounds now I'm all for entrepreneurship I say do it but the problem is you see if you live a double life it is gonna come crashing down on you you won't be able to sustain duplicity this is why I sit here like
this because when people say to me look Mufti you know I had somebody send me a message recently you know Mufti sob you know you more than one person actually in the same week sending me a message all Mufti I'd love to get you all right so okay mostly the way you dress it kind of people won't take you seriously I've had somebody else saying look Musti
you know you do things you also you know you also do pungi TK you know it's ICS as he is right the thing is that look I do but I see here because and this is why I say to these mallanna's don't be fake don't play this card because it will come crashing down and the same thing with all of these people who pretend because she's saying oh actually I never used to be like that ever I just gave the impression I was and you think
well look well you gave the impression because it helped you financially and I get that so you kind of lived a double life but you can't then you can understand why people feel enraged and because people feel that cha-cha I'm God for some deity time so this are not lies you know so that's the that's the problem so the problem isn't that whether you want to wear hijab or don't wager don't worry who cares and the problem is not that is it an obligate it's your private choice
the problem is presenting a fake image that you yourself don't believe in only to benefit from that like as a as a means to extract something from people whether it's money whether it's social status whether it's whatever and then live a duplicitous lifestyle and then crumbling under that eventually so this is why I would say to all of these people do not live these fake lifestyles it just simply is not worth it honestly that's my that's my
point anyway right right right so of right people let's take a few rapid round questions before we do that I'll add to the masala section it's not necessarily I don't know whether it's masala but a bit of controversy you know I'm always here to report on controversy one of our o local and a dear friend is shares that he Asahi so chef Sahib Sahib has been caught in the in the cross fires with
his post saying that racism is as haram as a pork sandwich and this this whole week caught Nino's an incredible backlash people going back forth back forth that what on earth you know how can you compare it to a pork sandwich and then ship say he said no you know I meant the way the pork sandwich is so embedded in the Muslim psyche I was trying to say it's as haram as a box and people were like you know your argument this is your argument is is is it's like
it's like a kid with who they were doing this mushara J so he getting it for no reason he was trying to make a good point you know there he is trying to make a good point saying look people this is Haram but then he decides to expand on that and he goes on and says look this is the simile you know this is the similar to
the analogy and then people come back at him social media you know social medias ruthless people it just comes right back at him and there is he standing there innocent bystander innocent and still gets it for no reason right in the cojones where it matters people where it matters so that was a bit interesting in this case that he's going back forth back forth trying to justify no but you know this it isn't like this and it isn't like this and he try to say yeah but you know this and and he was getting it I did read some of it but you know in
some ways I feel that you see this is partially not all of them but some of these very people or some of these attitudes at a greater level is I'm not saying I'm not trying to pinpoint shifts that here down here but other people as well you see they also have a hand in that responsibility that they allowed a masses to be created that are kind of Frankenstein's that you don't question that you don't condemn you know like the way you this kind of outraged
culture and this thing of a religious outrage of course and you only speak when it's to condemn these things religiously you impose on people and you know not to be level-headed not to be you know not promoting that kind of level-headed religious balance and not doing things like that and in fact whenever something like that just shying away from it and you see then this is what you end up with you know this is the Frankenstein this is the baby that's now grown up and it will come back and who you as well you know because you
nurtured it but partially not just Jesse but this whole kind of you know these kind of mullahs they've all fed into this kind of like a monster this religious speak monster and and then it comes back and want to you but yeah but I do feel that obviously share say he was was innocently saying that he wasn't trying to be but it's just his his language and he kind of said it in that way right so listen some quick questions people and wrap this up 12 football you doing it you doing it much love right at you must
ease right too many milazzo abou got it I think you're talking about the other point the HIV point right all right so what's going on chef swag that is true but most of the biggest seller fees scholars said it's formed which is be that I don't know what that question is well al Ronnie said photography and videography is Haram well good thing Albania around them
right so what's going on some rapid round people let's take some rapid questions and wrap this up is the empty halal of course it is it is halal but what if we see other deities then the problem lies in the problem lies in there right so somebody said mostly what is the status of earth and the authenticity of the Madonna you see Madonna is part of FAC v is not to be tried as hadith it takes a different kind of stream it's like part of the
living tradition that just gets taken and people then verify through other students of Malik and they have opinions I'm not saying it's a tie but these things are transmitted by different people it's like a known you know people saying yeah my Malik used to teach these kind of things so yeah the Salafi just have a problem with it because of the subtle you know in my malik saying i don't you know who says you have to fold your arms you know there isn't one single sorry sorry hadith on way to fold the hands in salah uh-huh
let that settle quick rapid questions no one is going to follow my youtube channel if i wear hijab they'll just get ridicule female privilege you know Shane I kind of agree with you in many ways it's amazing that how you see the people do argue against a lot of you know male privilege but the truth is that women for example in some things do you have it so much easier a woman could just start an Instagram page
or a channel and she just has to show a picture of herself and have you know like a thousand likes like two thousand few thousand you know depending on the quality but men have to produce content you know it's like otherwise nobody because look you see all men are like they will follow women non-stop and men will never follow men its unless there's something that particularly interests them it's amazing I mean have you seen how men engage men and how they engage women I mean can you just you know just
think about it like this you know when a guy meets a woman and he thinks oh she rather pretties and she always trying it have you seen that how just observe sometimes those kind of conversations like the girl might be speaking about something like totally which he might find like but he will how he pretends to be interested really Wow oh that's so
also ah right okay so it's like the stories about I see and imagine now replacing that same scenario with a guy so you remove the girl and you put a guy there who says hey do you watch Coronation Street and and this happened and can you imagine now this guy's reaction you'll be like you told me yeah listen do you mind can you imagine the reaction
it'll be like yeah whatever can you just you see I'm doing something here well they'll just be like you still there or if they try to make a point a genuine point but it wasn't you know haha like guys when they treat guys are very brutal in like if the other person like if this guy is not interested in what that guy has to say they very kind of brutal about it and they're like very like what do you want it's like okay what do you want like be very clear like
why are you here like what do you want from me what I get to the point goddamnit I haven't got all day but if a woman was to engage them may never like seldom I'm not saying never but seldom they will at least entertain Oh article three you say oh the lily plant Oh rather that's who one must indeed it
is intriguing so this is how difficult it is for so you know there's so much it is so true though you know if you want something done honestly especially if it's like a service like imagine the boilers broken down you need help so you're gonna call British Gas and they're gonna come repairing always get a woman to do it honestly I think this trick always works if you need anything formal like a service get a woman to do it people respond to women like if a guy
calls they just like huh bloody can wait yeah they like huh men what would you want us to do wait God you know I called once my my car broke down a few years back and they said to me you gotta wait and and I was waiting for so long as waiting like it must have been about two hours and then I called up against a loquiz there and they said look we've got a priority they said you know it's not like the person said this at the time they were they they were sorry they said that because I Bloody ell and then they had to give me all these free things to make up for they said you know it's not
like they said look it's okay but please wait for us they you it's not like you know it's it would have been different if we could have pushed you further up the list if you know if you were some lady stranded on a motorway in a car and I was like what oh so because I'm a man you you know you've put me at the bottom of the list
[Music] that's what you actually just said you said well if you're some lady stranded what the hell does that mean really sorry sorry let us give you this free we'll give you a year's membership we'll do this we'll do that just because I carry an extra organ doesn't mean that you know I need to be at the bottom of a list but it's so true is so true honestly if you need anything done women are the keys to achievement in many ways more than one so write people
some quick do we have time to do that was Muslims what are the terms what are the obligations in terms of propagators of religion the obligations are awesome and I hear ya go to sleep get some sleep god damn right could you speak about the practice of circumcision is this a part of Dino culture it is known that the prophets were circumcised all right it actually the most ancient practice that is documented is the Egyptians and it's being argued that Abraham alayhi Salam Ibrahim al-islam picked it up big from the Egyptians but
obviously divine ruling as well the Arabs did used to circumcise pre Islam so you have some poems of antara and other people where they speak of people being circumcised and it became like symbolic of Arabs that they would circumcise so it was at that stage and any cultural thing with Islam the Prophet said that this is he encouraged and by the Prophet encouraging it it entered the Sunnah realm it became a something ordained at a Sunnah level and it is it has become
kind of symbolic of Muslim male identity so yeah I would say look it is important and it has many health benefits although its origin when it originated may have had more cultural originated like origin factors than religious but later on throughout the ages and then in with the prophets Allah listen I'm kind of consolidating it it became part and parcel of religion alright it's actually somebody saying poor peepees not at all I'm actually so glad of course because you know when you just read off about
the kind of the things you think oh I think tauba tauba tauba older the mucus in the you think tapa tapa tapa yeah good thing Muslim this odd and it prevents a lot of prevents infections it prevents you know when the study that they did people who were circumcised with their counterparts were fifty percent less likely to contract HIV in just HIV alone let alone other ste STDs
right so all right people you know what let's wrap it up people as always much love you guys have been awesome alright do check out those of you I forgot to put my tick-tock thing up there today yeah you should have do subscribe people subscribe right and if you haven't already on my social media thing god damn you oh I never read a poem you know what I didn't mean to read one shall I wrap it up with a quick poem from the legend
