about certain things IM Malik said he said people did not used to take this level of uh of weird strictness in these matters um you know this isn't the kind of attitude people had towards the dean people traditionally would oil their skin they would use all kinds of things uh it doesn't really even if it does naturally creams moisturizes get absorbed by the skin but that's not the kind of absorption that we're talk it's not nutritional in that sense it may be kind of helpful for your skin from a Dermatological perspective but it's not

nutritional in the sense that you don't eat like that people don't just get burger and rub it all over them rub it all over their hands and I mean if they did that would be right that would be quite interesting so but that's not how they eat so once again just keep things natural right keep things natural people okay don't go Ott over the top and don't go OCD all right any other is quick should dropping any other all right people so I hope that

the coming back with like a gas mask on so I think basically um having these kind of ointment as well what bonell or things like that or uh whatever they are like you I don't want to accidentally quote something else and everybody just looks at me so the thing is that having these kind of creams or ointments or whatever they are it's not food so you know we shouldn't really get too worried about things like that obviously and people don't eat it nobody's going go a and start eating it if they did then they
