hotel mr. da Wahby ah sorry Almudena tov Abad for Saddam Allah he ll own me gente Ilan saadon become marhaban o para la palma de running lights bienvenidos a todos and swagatam swagatam people to this week's very rather interesting interesting session is about to go down people it's about to go down so as you can see I've stood
quite a bit of a commotion quite a bit of a commotion online is it's not my fault it's just my personality darkening God forever but I'm reminded once again of the words bus a key fancy car hey hum man that I've only ever mastered one
skill people just say milli who say ha [ __ ] each year the whosoever you meet leave them upset that's the only that's the only thing I've mastered it looks like so and that's actually very pertinent to what's going on right now hi hi hi so this is a huge stir about Sahil Bihari huh huge stir over I appeared with artists in the house Alison and Adam salmon people should I
take a few questions I'm gonna really try to dig deep be if Mila into this whole Buhari gate today I'm gonna really go through some of that show what the problems are salam from serbia ra wa allakum assalaam
it's not my fault the knife kill the person la la that's how I may find myself like it's not my fault I'm just I just try to go about my way I tried to kind of did Moses really punched the Angel of Death yeah hubo Saenz very interesting question that's an absurd kind of narration which is one of the problems of Buhari which were connected to you it is found in Buhari that the Angel of
Death came and and then the prophet Moses punched him in the face and he lost one of his eyes and you know it turns this Dean into a mockery but I'm gonna come to that I'm gonna show some interesting things and what I'd like to do is when I get to that is first of all uncover some remove some of the the mask the filter I'm gonna go first stage is no filter with Sahil Bihari to some extent I'm gonna show you a true face of Sahil Bihari
then we will go to this problem of the fossils and why the DNA is going somewhere else and Sahil Bacardi's going somewhere else yeah yeah yeah yeah alright and because of this a lot of people are upset and they like oh my god why does that move to Abu layth declare himself an independent sect in what he's got obviously problems with Sunni Islam I'm like whoa
since when did Sunni Islam become defined by our loyalty to Sal Bihari I mean what what the hell is that even about how on earth is Sunni Islam Imam Bihari is like in the third century after the Prophet I mean how has Sunni Islam evolved in he doesn't he's not even from the time of the seller he's not even from the times of the great Imams and Imam Malik and those people how on earth is his book somehow this authority that if you don't pledge allegiance to it you have lost out on mainstream Islam how on earth is that
but we'll come to that people will come to the fun and games in a moment shall we take some of these questions well hobbies giving me a hard time I'm not so sure about that really because you know the thing about me is I love this stuff honestly doesn't just really get it's like because my life is actually so detached from people like that I mean I have my own kind of things going on in life and that's it and things I have going on in life and the people I'm generally my kind of immediate circles or the extended circle
I'm nothing like this I'm not really part of a holy kind of I don't know hue communion of people out there and this kind of stuff doesn't bother this is just social media I interact with people people get wound up and as always they underestimate me I think that's a blessing that God has bestowed upon me that my adversaries always underestimate me nevertheless shall we take some questions people say I don't seem to take these the questions Mamadou
is in the house don't forget your lingo no I won't shave is not a hollow call goldsburg you could see my dream this is or in the philosophy of aziz mia the great c'mon he said does that make any sense that vato halal hey Yamato Haram me if you drink it in paradise it's halal if you
drink it on earth it's Haram he said that doesn't make any sense I'm just winding you guys relax relax relax yourselves I know in your midst lie a few haters [Music] have patience have patience watch with me people watch with me so I know there's a few haters online as well so right so I take some of these questions and then we'll come to Behati gate Allah
Allah and you know what's interesting is that sometimes I get into a topic and I'm not so much into it but then my haters motivate me they kind of really tempt me to really dig deep in that issue and then I have too much boo wrote out the home bah bah ha ha ha I have to then kind of dig deep and when I do it's to their detriment so let's take a look at some of these questions people say I don't answer some of the questions they
post so why can't we edit our absurd hadith from Behati hell yeah amen amen to that we should edit out these kind of things but I'm gonna come to a hole why is there no one like you out there mouth a lot yeah open saying ha ha right ok keep saying these kind of praises I'll have to send your account details on [Laughter] but shukran shukran shukran nothing but
love for you guys right so let me just take a look at some questions somebody Jamal Jamal a Dean Oh JD is saying don't caused more controversy what can I do JD ma can I do it's it's just the way I am is it okay to eat vegan pork is asked by somebody I don't know his name it's in a I don't know what language that's him but I thought it was Hindi first but I think it might be in something so Salaam
Mufti is it okay to eat vegan pork i I've never heard a vegan pork so presumably if it's just what the name is then if it's just vegetables it's just vegetables is that what it is if it's vegetables if it's vegetarian no I probably ma mère ma no no I problemo you can go for it right I heard share from the use of say in a lecture the hadith of want asleep which Maliki's uses a weak hadith but
the animal of al-madinah strengthens the hadith to motivate a I'm not sure if that's a we kadhi the practice is definitely there the practice that was found in Medina is the Maliki is just to one salam like assalamu aleikum that's all that's what I tend to say as well just as salam alykum can't be bothered with that angel anybody that ain't loyal to me that writes down only my bad stuff no I'm only kidding that's not what we do by the way you know when we say assalamu alaykum we're not
actually saying Salam to angels this is just a story that people make up but if it was like that it would justify like well ain't doing you no favors make ya you need to be a mite you need to be a my team that's my beautiful babies away see I miss them aha Daugherty so they're trying to call
me and disrupt my flow here right so ha they're away on summer holidays but right getting back to this point no so the AMA love Adam Adina is obviously definitely preserves the want aslam but there are several hadith of want asleep to slim is to give salam and there are hadith of two as well I'm not saying don't do too you can do two in fact a paddleboard has a very good discussion on it in the estate card and the thumb heed and he says look whoever wants to do one wants to do two it's up to them
it's all good it's all good the three that some matter keys do is a bit weird though and what could've not ought to be kind of freaks out at it as well and says what on earth is this not you know some Molly Kia they do like a Salam alaykum assalamu aleikum Salam aleikum that's the third angel in front there the Angel of Death
no I'm kidding right but that's a bit strange I don't to be honest I don't really support that but if people want to do it's up to them but I see that as it'd be weird and they just made that up so right okay I follow only or on and would like to get an explanation of the use of the word Sunnah as it appears in the Quran from my understanding none for the instances of the word Sunnah in Koran seem to refer to the Sunna of the Prophet that is commonly understood right okay so okay so in the Quran we
are taught to take from the Prophet Muhammad Rasulullah hosszú this was obviously to the primary recipients of the Quran the companions and they had a lived I can a tradition that was alive so it was actually the Dean Islam wasn't something in books it was a living tradition so how they prayed how they did things everything was alive they they learnt as they went along it was an applied science if you want to call it a science it was an applied theme and that
preserved the Sunna Sunnah meaning those those actions which the Prophet also legislated and we believe that the Prophet was an independent legislator and he was given that ability as you find in the German army and in other Sewell books that you'll see the the julienne said that why a Jew celina begin and it is permissible for a Nabi to that God has given him the license that come be mash it yakunin or so on whatever you rule will be the rule because remember rules were simply a
social remedy they're not this divine thing that God wanted everybody necessarily on upon mankind forever because then he would have always had people practicing them but it was simply a social remedy for the time and by extension but as the time would change certain social remedies would change so that is fine and the Sunnah is preserved Imam Malik an imam abu hanifa may allah be pleased with them made a great distinction between hadith and Sunnah they said hadith is a documentation the Sundays they lived practice it is the living tradition and they said that we
will the Sunnah always takes precedence over this hadith which is documented I mean we don't know who documented that that may have been as Imam Malik said that may have just been an isolated one-off practice so right so there's a question there on from the Philippines I don't know a certain is that it's from a teacher and it's to do with I used to do with Behati
gate and I'll get to that okay so okay so just to kind of clarify that the son now I don't believe that we should ever denounce this one man okay I'm a firm advocate of the Sunnah of the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam yes some people have mistakenly misunderstood the sunnah to mean certain arab customs of that time that was never the dishonor the son now was the spirit of islam that came with islam because you had the letter of the law and you had the spirit of the law
the spirit of the law was this one that the Prophet taught okay so these things I'm always and and you have Sonnen in Salah you have son in rituals you have certain noir feel you have certain things that were taught how to perform the Hajj or certain things not to do or how to fast what to do how to pray all of these things fall under the so now we embrace this one now but the son is preserved people it's preserved through thick it's preserved through methods hence this Sahil Bihari issue is not an issue we've never taken our way to practice Islam from Sahil Hadi this has
hardly ever happened if it does it's in like a my new probably under five percent of everything we've ever done I mean it's it's insignificant almost yes for the seller fear and for people who like I know they find it near oratory but the Wahhabis or seller fees or idol hadith people who reject methods it's a problem for them yes because they decided to reject the living tradition and create a new tradition based on Sahil Bihari lo and behold Sahil Bihari it turns out the
foundations were not as wrong perhaps this is way to ankle boot this may just be a spider's web I mean it it's a bit stronger than a spider's web I'll give them that I mean I'm not gonna say it's totally nonsense or anything but there's huge huge huge question marks all over Sahil Hardy so I'm gonna get to that now it's a problem for them because they're like well what are we supposed to do because the people of the methods are like well it's not me we already know I pray we already know everything is it's been taught from father to child to on mass
since the time of the Prophet and these guys broke that tradition because they decided to build everything from scratch in the last 100 150 years and especially in the last several decades and now that we're finding out that a lot of these manuscripts were faulty or dubious or suspect it's rendering their thing and what's worse is they've built their up either from this they've actually because they know at least the majority the Muslims had the sensibility to say well we're not gonna build creed from books of hadith or at least in theory they did sometimes they went against their thing but in theory they
said that but because these guys were like so adamant now big problem my friend big problem some of them are like and I saw a comment by our good old friend Simran Abu Ibrahim he made a post as well oh these people these modernists or whoever trying to declaim cyber hari you know the authenticity is
I was like ah I was like nah just in case I cool you out for for a discussion on it then what will you do I email my father where will you run you can't even catch that train like Simran in a little holiday jar Simran jaha right so let's take the next question could you clarify the weakness in the chains that were used by Jonathan Brown
regarding the age of Ayesha absolutely will do but I don't want I will touch up a bit on that today as I'm going through Behati but I don't want to go through all the chains because because because people because I want to extend because what's happened is with this dialogue I've asked Jonathan Brown who starts the Couture Jonathan Brown to take me up on a dialogue on this since he's been very vocal on social media and dismissing my claims he said he's not prepared and he my understanding is he doesn't have the research at hand or that's what I understood from his message online although that makes me think well why
have you taken the time out to refute me then but still I'll come to that the point is he's prepared I think to discuss the age of Ayesha so I may just take the [ __ ] up on that discussion and I don't want to reveal all my guards you know so you know when it's live it's more fun to actually taste to put them out there at the share say a cha-cha huh it so is that the chain so if I give all
the answers away right now then che will just be sitting there thinking ah he's not his answers but don't worry I'll give some I'm generous I'm not like but I can tell you every single hadith is unreliable that say states that and it's actually an absurd statement will come to that in a moment right I've heard and seen things that claim according to the historians the consensus is that the sir that some figures Moses and Abraham never existed Exodus never happened you know Ahmad Kareem I think that's actually not
true I mean obviously I don't think it's true but I think that's actually a very poor statement upon analyses yes it is true sometimes especially when we're speaking over 3,000 years ago how can we be certain certain people did actually exist and they weren't created just as for example these figures like demigods like Zeus and Apollo these people I doubt they really existed they could have them but I doubt but people created figures so how do we not know that Moses was not also created that is the question is fine however the research
done on this is is quite mind-blowing and the book I'm actually going through that I usually have lying around here but because of my research it's all drowned away somewhere but it's the book on the Exodus miracles of the Exodus it is amazing honestly while the detail that he has come through to show how the miracles were actually realities and he has arrived at the same conclusion that conclusion that Mount Sinai is actually in Northwest Saudi Arabia and it was not in what later became known as the Sinai Peninsula but in there as well the description of what they stating
correlates with archaeological findings so for example when they will speak of the Moses coming to a particular region where the Midianites were now Midianite poet pottery is actually found in that region and from that time so a lot of the descriptions that are told are spot-on they're not like so even the exodus stories of when Moses when they make their way along when a long now they're going through acaba and the different kind of the Red Sea and they're getting to on the on
route to Mount Sinai the description the encampments all of these things have been retraced to to be found very I mean too good to be just kind of just a guess a shot in the dark so it is actually very fascinating I actually I'm very I was in and we've always the right word but I found his research to be awesome it's the books called the the miracles of the Exodus right how does one fall in love with the character of the Prophet I am someone who is raised in a religious household but started to take the Dean seriously
as a teenager this is Al Pacino everything was fine and then I came across many negative things ascribed to the Prophet mostly misogynistic that didn't sit well with me now I'm scared to even read or watch anything about the Prophet in case my faith which I don't want to let go of takes a battering it is as though I've developed a phobia that is a scary statement to hear Al Pacino may Allah make things easy for you and for each and all who are suffering like that and this is really we are victims of our own community of
Muslims who have kind of betrayed the Prophet in showing him in a bad light that is only the kind of truth now this this this whole thing about falling in love with the the character of the Prophet UCI it's there is a lot out there there is a lot out there I'm just trying to think in English I don't my problem is I don't read too much Islamic stuff in English but I was away that I think I'm say Yousef did a Serie of the Prophet if I'm correct a while back I think that was pretty good as far as I didn't hear the whole thing but I heard
parts of it and it's to understand that you know you there's certain things you read about the Prophet he's and his character shines through you understand and in this world I suppose we all have a loyalty to someone a love for someone I mean it's true we've never really met them we've never met the Prophet but he is a man that did transform the world whether people like him or don't like him that is a fact that directly or
indirectly he changed and reshaped the entire world as we know it today from his time this massagin massagin you know misogynistic attitude or these kind of barbaric statements that are attributed to the Prophet are all false statements they are unreliable and they were misused maybe by people maybe people found maybe people kind of needed justifications for certain things and they fabricated certain narrations it's not you know something unheard of they actually did that quite
a bit I mean I'm not saying they did that most of the time but that was something that used to happen in fact one of Imam beau Hardy's teacher it's my leg now he weighs ashame idli is the nephew of imam malik but he would say himself he would admit to oh when i used to try to support the school of medina and if I couldn't find anything I would just make the Haditha and that's that's actually a terrible thing I mean I you know the school of medina did not really need for him to fabricate things but this is by his own admission later on in
life he admitted to that and he's one of the teachers of imam bukhari and he's actually a weak transmitter despite the fact imam Buhari takes from him on several occasions so i would say that there are certain things that you can look into of the life of the messenger of allah salallahu alayhi wasalam and you see that shining through you know just his his care his consideration as Allah says in the Quran and this is and this is exact Allah says in the Quran Aziza aleihi muhammad on your suffering is dear to
him and I would be certain if the Prophet was alive today he would be very upset with these things that have been transmitted about him and your suffering he would feel empathy the pain of what you're going through because people have really because when you look at the quranic description it speaks about what bill Mumy nina I offer him he's merciful then you go through all of this and I will be going through in a while you'll see all this kind of stuff the things they attributed to him
nothing like his character I'll give you an example there's a story and this like you see it's in Sahih Muslim that once the the Muslims were suddenly kind of they were shocked and by by this massive loud kind of sound they didn't understand what it was I mean we're still not sure what it was but it came from the outskirts outside of Medina there was some kind of like almost like an eruption sound and people got scared
it was early and people were scared and they didn't know what what the hell was that is it an enemy easy I have some troops landed after something happened is there like some kind of natural disaster what is it and people were frightened in their houses and then some of them muster and this is in the sahi books by the way this is in Muslim and in other books as well that some of them they muster the courage to say shall we go and explore what it is so they come out and they get their voices and as they're
getting them ready they see a what they say a rock he would mock with like a person a writer coming back and and that is the Prophet the messenger of allah salla la vallee was and he'd gone and he says that without a saddle on his horse like just sat on his horse and gone off to see what it is and he'd come back and it said that he'd said to them that it's and this is transmitted I mean people could discuss but I mean by their own standards in asahi and Messenger of Allah said it was it's it's nothing because they were fearful it could have been the enemy approaching or they could have been
ambushed or they could have been and it's in this that some of the Companions said as well as even Ali hema an item that he is bill mineral for Rahim that merciful he is an attribute of God almost Raheem compassionate these are the kind of descriptions of the Messenger of Allah I've shared a story once before and this is found in several books the Hakim of Nizam he comes to the prophet and the Prophet has certain wealth and he's distributing and he says to the messenger of allah he says camp he says will you give me some and the prophet
gives him and he says he takes any sustaining day and he says can you give me some more and the Prophet gives him and then he says can you give me some more and the Prophet gives him now you see he then feels a bit embarrassed this is a companion haki magnetism the Prophet then says to him he doesn't he doesn't every time he asked he never turned him down
but then the Prophet said to him that in a hadith dunya Halliburton hotel that indeed like this wealth this world it has a it has allure it has a an attraction to it that is addictive and it evokes greed but that is the nature of this world and the Prophet said take from the affairs and from the matters that which you are capable
and voila he in this story you see that not once did he rebuked him this is totally separate from what the the kind of inherited attitude of the of the religious kind of crowd became so The Messenger of Allah is something very different to what religious figures have began to portray as being religious so I would say look these things they are there unfortunately you're right there is a lot of a lot of kind of I would say
corrupted texts but inshallah keep trying to see the positive don't kind of lose hope that's the the main thing and just keep searching inshallah right let's take some of these questions yes sir Adi said his Jamrock is saying yes and Adi said it is kufur if a person complains about his situation by saying words to the effect why are you doing this to me oh Allah I don't deserve this right and somebody
said Abdul Shakoor Brown said I don't believe yes if Adi means the person is a car filled true I don't think he would have meant that either if a person says to God why are you doing this to me is that cool [ __ ] it's not cool or it's just in my understanding it's just a human sentiment it's it's reactionary Allah says in the Quran who little internal divert the you know if sure that you know when a person is touched by home he's Jesu that he's like he gets all shocked and he's loses his nerve and
and then he questions a lot of what on earth are you doing to me what's this and what's that and I think that's just in my understanding just just human all too human I don't think it's a you know I wouldn't say to people this is cool far and of like this I I would understand it as a reaction people say things when they're angry and and that's their relationship with God you see like people after all even when you complain to somebody you complain because you feel you have a relationship with them you wouldn't just stop somebody incomplete would you I mean it's it's
based on a bond that you have and if their relationship with God allows them to complain to God then who are you or Who am I to declare that as Co [ __ ] so that's my understanding right okay I'll take one two more and then let's move on to yeah I mean the hadith of when a person gets so happy and says to Allah that you are my slave and I'm your Lord because of that ecstatic happiness that the Prophet said just meaning that he's so happy he doesn't even know what he's saying but
the Prophet didn't condemn the person for calling Allah his slave Mufti how do you feel about the niqab ban I did share a video on my right of of George Galloway on my on my kind of post in the sub comment and I think that's I really loved what he said and I agree with that sentiment the niqab and see the thing is I in principle I'm against bans I'm against kind of government's trying to
control people okay so we need to get that clear I don't like this whole thing of this authoritarian dictating morals on to people because it's not the government's job to dictate morals okay people you know I find it hypocritical that even in the UK or in these countries that they try to dictate certain morals on to people I I do I find that very hypocritical considering the general values of Liberty that we ought to have now that said so I am against the but okay I do not agree telling women
what they can or cannot we know they can wear whatever it or not we're anything as far as we're concerned that's their choice on that side of the argument on the other side of the argument from a religious viewpoint I am beyond words I absolutely can't stand the niqab I'm just being honest with you the new table has got nothing to do with Islam I think it makes Muslims look ridiculous I think it's something which was never part of it's not part it's not from Allah it's not
from the Sunnah of the Prophet it's not from it's just men came up with this because they wanted to kind of hide their women fault from other men seeing them it's just insecurities and and and it's I think it's personally I think it's absurd that is my understanding but I wouldn't force like obviously I don't agree with government's forcing people to not be able to worry but I do would like scholars to denounce this as the kind of the cobweb that has attached to Islam that it is and I know people will say yes but you know such-and-such hell this opinion and such and so I know they
held the opinion but it's not from the Quran and so now there is nothing in the Quran and there is nothing in the Sunnah that can establish some now that proves this and the self did not used to practice like this either Imam Malik SWAT was were very clear when he's asked about a woman sitting with her husband and sitting with his friends and having a meal he's very clear he says that's permissible but how do you have a meal where you put cloth on your face and eat through the cloth I mean how how do you have a meal so obviously these things are very clear so as far as the
religious side is concerned this is just pure culture I understand wearing the niqab if you lived in a very dangerous part of the world where it was the culture and if you didn't do it you could expose yourself to some kind of harm like let's say you lived in part of Afghani and I don't all parts of wherever in in Raqqa modern-day Raqqa Isis capital let's say you lived in certain parts of the world yes you would definitely wear the niqab I mean forget them out where than just to be honest like stay low but
in this part of the world it brings unwarranted attention so that's my understanding so to the government I don't agree with what the governments are doing because I'm against forcing people to do things right so are we are we there there any can Allah break a promise but al are you promised what does that even mean like promise does that Oh does it mean right so right okay I think I know what we're talking about
hold your horses people we're referring to when Allah says he will punish people in the al-quran and he chooses not to punish them of course of course Allison not agree unanimously as for Dina Rossy say since I've seen other people Allah can send every single person and to paradise and reward every single person in the ER after that what we believe that's what I believe I mean it's entirely these things could just be intimidation and threats and stuff like that that they don't have to have a reality in the afterlife that's fine
okay so John Rambo is asking is it Haram to be gay just asking on behalf of all those gays on here John Rambo never-failing to entertain okay so is insurance and leasing companies hala please watch my clip on Reba and interests and loans it's on YouTube by going too much detail and explain that right people I think the time has come ah right I think the time has come
somebody's asking about liberalism you see I'm not sure what exactly liberalism in that sense means you see because I understand liberalism because to have been because originally it's a political kind of sentiment which is to do with which is to do with removing the controlling authority a state has over its subject oh sorry over its citizens and I fully agree with that I think people ought to have as much the public ought to have as much Liberty as
possible as much freedoms they shouldn't be controlled as jean-jacques Rousseau said man is born free yet everywhere he's in Chains I totally agree with that so if that's the the understanding of liberalism and that's absolutely fine and that is in my understanding Islamic but then I think there's a whole spectrum like in America America's Americans seem to have a strong hatred for liberalism so that confused me for a long while I didn't understand what that meant why do Americans hate liberalism because isn't liberalism just about the
freedom of people whereas Europe you know only appreciates liberal but then I began to see that in Americans there are certain banners of liberalism that are kind of fascist so they ended so for example they this thing where they overdo things and they want to impose their liberalism on to be so things like you can't have male female pronouns you know everybody we should have new words for he and she you can a child you can't
call a child a boy or a girl they can make up their own mind and no parent has the right to force a gender onto a child or no this kind of stuff I suppose if that's what they're referring to by liberally something yes I mean that makes it that's a kind of very fascist version of like it's basically the monster that liberalism they wanted to kind of get rid of the authority it's become the very monster itself so I mean that I would definitely disagree with that kind of and I don't think that has any
Islamic resonance either this kind of wanting to force and this petty stuff like oh you know this like one is okay men and women are equal as far as human rights but men and women should be symmetrical I mean this kind of stuff is nonsense like I think like what what on earth is all of this about like I mean you know why do men have separate toilets why do women have separate toilets it doesn't bother I don't think it bothers the man if they say toilets with women I seriously don't think it bothers most men help me like they'll
definitely I'll be queuing up to go to those toilets but I mean this kind of stuff is absurd you know like this kind of that I shared once this this lady saying oh we should seek consent from babies before you change their diapers before you change their nappies what kind of nonsense is that disturbing stuff like you see like it's I I fear that they've become the very frankenstein of that that they abhor it's like nietzsche said that you know be weary when you stare into an abyss that abyss stares right back at you and
you know be wary when you fight monsters lest you become a monster and that this kind of stuff is stupid it's like once again i feel you're sexualizing everything and like centralizing everything like there's a baby if you're gonna change is nappy now you you're kind of making it awkward by trying to say do you want to see consent menu like what why would you even say something as sick as that it's really weird that you just said they because now you're just making this situation awkward
it's like what do you think I'm doing cuz that's just like that kind of stuff just makes people awkward so I I completely abhor that kind of thinking and I am like I don't agree with that kind of sentiment but I do agree in having freedoms and liberty and and generally that the state ought to have less control on people and people are so I I feel that is Islamic and so in that sense how we in the UK or in Europe use the word liberal it's a positive word in America they seem to see as like a
demonic word right people let's get move think seeking consent is part of the care industry right I know but you see seeking consent is so loaded with with sexual connotations isn't it so you just make that really awkward if you just say that he's chaining up the shayateen metaphorical yes it is so the hadith that mentions for Ramadan the when Ramadan comes the shayateen are locked up it's only a metaphor it just means that people there will be such a spirit
that they can they there will be a collective spirit to do more good that's all it means right let's move on to Bihari gay bismillah right folks so what's been going on just to give a backdrop we've had a whole there's been quite a bit of a stir I've began a discussion now let me just highlight that this discussion did not begin with me this discussion is actually very widespread and it's very common in the arabic-speaking world and in other languages so people have been
having these discussions people even in order to have been having these discussions people I mentioned before you know a llama was a sight Multani sob I mentioned other people their books critiquing Buhari massive I mean really shockingly critiquing it you know he's I mentioned his Urdu book or animal utters over Hari mo had this the Quran which is revelation and Buhari which is an innovation and his his whole thing kind of taste Bihari to pieces but in the Arab world as well people have been
having many discussions on this this TV shows chat shows it's all over the internet it's all over YouTube this is nothing new that I've come up with but yes people who are not privy to that they may feel that this is like to them Wow like most evil eight has come up with this matter and I haven't and yes it is true that more so apart from in India Pakistan in those parts of the world the people who have taken this out like I mentioned a llama Multani sob and these other people they are actual scholars
great scholars of hadith but but in in parts of the Arab world many people have taken this up that are not necessarily traditionally trained scholars so they are like academics and from universities and there are some who are scholars as well like from al-azhar and other places but there there are many people who are just academics so sometimes when they take this up they will say things like just dismiss everything they will just throw everything and they won't be that thorough in their kind of research and stuff because they're not that trained from an Islamic perspective like Islam behavior or behavior I think it's by Healy he pronounces it the Egyptian kind
of who's been having debates on this for I think maybe about two years now I think he was locked up in Egypt as well until a CC pardoned him but this whole thing he's been going at mihari and many other people but I don't necessarily agree with his approach per se because he unless I've misunderstood him because his approach is that the whole Islamic heritage is just garbage like his words were like the whole thing God not just these you know that they're dubious or suspicious or they've got some rubbish in their midst but that the whole thing is garbage and and obviously
I you know I don't agree with that I'm part of this tradition I myself just to clarify for people have actually studied Sahil Bukhari from cover to cover I've been taught I've studied the sacred sciences I graduated as a scholar as an alum of this Deen I have a connected chain going back through through through Mohammed evening yourself robbery to Imam Bihari I have a chain going back to him and Malik to Abu Dawood to him and tell me the unlike a lot of these scholars who got onto this discussion and are not actually trained in this I am actually trained in this I have
studied these books cover to cover the [ __ ] go hon okay so we've actually studied them with understanding and with fit and things like this and then I went on to do my move T if their cause after that for you know to graduate as a monthly as well so I'm it's not that I'm not part of this tradition I am part of this tradition and it's not that I'm not trained in these books I am trained in these books and unlike these people I've actually read these books cover to cover and that doesn't mean I necessarily remember everything I'm not gonna make such a drawn claim but the truth is I have studied these cover to cover every
you know the whole all of these major books of hadith so right and that's with I mean in class I don't just mean I studied them as inside sat at home and study them but in class and then we were tested three times throughout the year and gained top positions in the entire class in my daughter hadeeth in my study of the books of hadith so so I mean just to kind of clarify it's not that I don't speak from a position of ignorance okay because some people might think look he
looks modern and you know therefore he's trying to boycott our tradition I'm not trying to boycott out ready but I feel I am a part of that tradition right so I mean as much as you guys would like me to like to kick me out of it but quite frankly my dear I outrank most of you but coming back to this thing it's not you see it's not that I'm trying to get rid of this stuff but I feel that we need transparency we need
to be honest because we are in an age of information it's you know covering up things isn't gonna cut it any more because you can cover them up but believe me other people know this discussion is wild in Arabic it's it's actually very out there so I was the just last week I was with my hairdresser and he's Kurdish Iraqi Kurdish and he was showing me in Kurdish all these discussions going on with the on the TV shows and he was showing me obviously I don't understand who this but he was telling me this is what the guys is
become popular and is debating this these things are very I mean they are prevalent so it's not just me I've been contacted by scholars to keep this kind of private they've asked me you know would you not discuss this so somehow we could kind of retake I'm like look guys stop this hide censorship this culture of censorship be transparent be honest look this Deen does not become any diminished by Buhari having some have you know being questioned so now I'd
like to get to the point is why am I doing this okay first of all there's three things I'd like to highlight one is that Buhari has been given a divine status whether we agree with this or not whether you agree with this statement or not that is a reality that P Paul why are they so upset that I'm criticized and the proof is in the pudding why are people so upset that I'm criticizing Behati let's say I was criticizing let's say this this book right here even imagine this one right behind me I was criticizing even imagine
nobody would bat an eyelid that's it is that not a hadith book it is was he not a great scholar of hadith he was but nobody would care they don't care about even imagine let's say I was critiquing the book the Sun on our side in Amman saw nobody would care it's because Buhari has that kind of semi-divine status now people don't say this but it is the de facto rule like in in the real world Muslim real world Buhari is treaty on it is on par with
the Quran that is just the reality that unfortunately due to the last 100 years of propaganda people have pushed Buhari update with the program in theory they will say no and some Salafis will say yes some selfies believe Buhari is cut ie it is mocked or that means it is certainty it's like motiroti Rand so widespread and it is you know so to them it is technically on par with the Quran but to most of the people in theory they will say it's just slightly below the Quran or they'll say it's below the Quran but in reality it's actually just
up me and I would argue it's actually above the Quran because they will never dismiss a problematic hadith in Bihari because it clashes with the Quran but they will dismiss a verse of the Quran if it clashes with Sahil Hari so you tell me like look how many verses are they in the karana Fanta - chaos Hatta economic meaning will you force people until they are believers la caja 15 let's tally him bemis items there is no conversion in in the faith altogether
you are not one to kind of force people Mancha mean woman Sheriff a yak food who wishes let them believe who wishes let them disbelieve all of these things are verses of the Quran yet when they have one hadith in body through a problematic writer a Croma who was a extremists of his age he was Hawaii she was the father of vices and these people you don't butcher people write him transmitting a hadith the Sedna Ali Road Ilan said kill people and by the way the [ __ ] is hated Ali so him saying that Ali said you should kill somebody for changing his faith now they were and who said that
the Prophet said this they will leave all those verses of the Quran so you tell me in practice which one is above am i lying yet when you look at your mom shot to be you look at these great scholars they say no they say the Quran always takes precedence but these guys seem to have flooded us with all this propaganda now we've got more heart so that's the first thing this is my huge problem this divine status I want this gone I will never ever accept that status that body is more
powerful than the Quran or even on par with the Quran or even just slightly below the Quran that is nonsense that is utter nonsense it is nothing it's just like the rest of these books it's it's just like the rest of these books and that's the truth and I will demonstrate that okay so okay so that's my first point the second point is that yes Buhari has problematic hadith in me but writes this is not the reason why I've began this body gate by the way but I'm just gonna highlight that yes Bihari does have problematic hadith in they which are massively problematic
that are blasphemous that are insulting that are irrational that make this theme look stupid that embarrassed Islam all of these things it does have and it has many which of which of which complement Islam it does have many hadees which are just normal complement islam give charity do these two a beefy it has but it has but they're not the problem the problem of these yes and then this third layer can we establish Bihari back to the Imam with with confidence beyond reasonable doubt
and the answer is we can't beyond reasonable doubt there is way too much conflict now what I'm going to do is because people have become so offended when I began this discussion every single Imam that was of some kind of like heavyweight almost not every single but several heavyweight Imams that have a huge following decided to refute me share here sir Adi made a post people questioning Bihari bla bla bla bla bla why don't they just make their own sect and become deviant you know like in their own ways they claim to have there
is just talking about me [ __ ] or dr. dr. Jonathan Brown making a post that directly he actually called me out very specifically multiple a and basically I don't know what I'm talking about every I mean it's become the topic it's become the talk of a talk of the town Sahil Bihari everybody's speaking about it oh he doesn't know he doesn't know yet nobody's answering my questions I asked a set of questions that look how do you how do you authenticate it's transmission because this whole side
body rests on one person now what I'm going to do is go over some of these key factors I'm gonna highlight some bullet points then I'm gonna suspend this show us what is the book we're dealing with and then come back to these points in elaborate okay so some of these factors to bullet point them or how this whole book rests on just one man his name was Muhammad Li use of wealth robbery and I'm gonna come to the discussion that some people try to say oh there was one two or this but that's really if we're just being honest let's have integrity it's really just one man Muhammad
reusable Ferrari whose unvoiced 'full in his time nobody seems to recognize him and I'll come back to this secondly hum Alfre BRE students themselves admit to his copy being incomplete thirdly his students admit to alt making alterations to their to his book this is what they admit to fourthly all of the students are copying from one script yet all of them disagree amongst themselves far leave all these disagreements are not
just in chapter headings they are in chapter headings but not just chapter headings are not a problem they are in Chains and the names in the chains are different they are hadeeth missing between themselves they have Everest they there's all sorts going on right these hundreds of hadith missing between themselves okay then number six that this all these different manuscripts that kind of tertiary manuscripts and fourth layer manuscripts that were out thee they are then met with this great makeover project by by Shaffer Dean as you Nene okay he comes
around the seventh to eighth century he Jerry he's commissioned to do a project and what he does is he gets whatever narrations he could find now he bases it on one he chooses one particular isolated nation and then he starts to patch up things now he states that he makes amendments he actually makes grammatical amendments and Arabic amendments by help of the grammarian if no Malik now what on earth was going on there because if all those great legends of manuscripts were so and and the scholars were so awesome in the preservation why are they
Arabic errors that need amendments so this is a problem then the next problem is that even you ninis copy that he makes is missing and it's just people who have copied from him so you could say yeah well you know they saw his copy so they should be reliable fine except one of them no ad used to do it for commercial purposes I mean he was a great scholar but he himself admits I used to make copies and sell them for a thousand dinars which was like an annual salary of a like a military commander and of the time
that's one copy he would sell it for now you know so that's some vested interest but even if we take his motive to be sincere why could he not make mistakes when all these great scholars before him wrote manuscripts out with their hands and they made mistakes because obviously you Nene corrected the mistakes grammatical mistakes and then you have the final salt on here which is Sultan Abdul Hamid and they base it on certain things and they produce a copy and even that is then amended in its first amendment they find a hundred mistakes
at least that's the alazhari board that did that so look these are my issues now people before they flip I would like to first of all I am NOT causing these problems I want to make this clear I'm not saying that mihari is dubious because I find some hadith problematic yes it does help that cause as well but that's not why I do in all my Monday nights with Mufti go through several Hadees inside Bukhari and I break down their chains and I show the chains are unreliable and I will continue to do that I have no problem in doing that I'm
not saying that because of that I want to say the whole book is weak the whole book I'm saying is um is questionable because it is questionable now I'm not making that I'm not saying that yes it does complement the first part that there are problematic hadith in Bihari but it's not because of that so now this this whole thing about the authenticity of Bihari I'm gonna just suspend that for a moment I want you to hold your horses on that I'm gonna come back to that I would like to first of all show what is this book we're actually dealing with okay now and why I don't think people should be so
they should be flippin about this book because this book like let's just take a look at some of the stuff it hasn't it okay let's begin with a actual error inside Mojave a factual error people say show me an actual error okay in Cato Bhutto he'd in the book of tawheed right hadith 75 17 through remember Hadees teacher Abdullah Abdul Aziz if not Abdullah is transmitted to him to Malik right now
this hadith he speaks about the Asura the night journey of the Prophet not to me the night journey was a vision some people believe it was actual that's the choice nevertheless when did it happen this is Al Bukhari Layla essary abhi rasool allah in masjid al kaba in Naju Jaya who's the laughter - never so the day he went on this it was from the Kaaba three people came to him cobbler ain't you ha alayhi before he was even a prophet before he was even a
prophet he went on this night journey everybody rejects that as nonsensical everybody nobody seems to say that that is in any way acceptable right now let's take a look at another example right now let's take a look at this I want to show us something in ki Tabitha lock right hadith five two double five okay
the Prophet comes to the house of this woman Omaima bint nominee balushahi and she has a maid with her as well the Prophet says to her he says to her he be enough secondly give yourself to me okay the profit she's a Muslim by the way the Prophet says to her give yourself to me carlitz what does she respond well hell terrible Malika - laughs aha Liz super does the Queen give
herself to lowlifes these are her words sigh albahari Sal Bihari yeah for a hobby Yeti he Yahoo Yahoo Ali huh so sorry Bobby Yeti he yeah oh yeah oh I didn't know it was great then the Prophet tries to touch her and she moves and she says to him I also be like mink I seek refuge in Allah from you from who from the Prophet SIA Pahadi nonsense utter nonsense
disrespecting our prophet right so okay let's but that's inside Bihari that's incredible palak hadith five two double five okay right now let's take a look at another example okay let's walls on the topic of prophets kitab-o-moosa kitab-o-moosa
hadith a memento to seven eight the hadith is the Honorable Raider from the Prophet the banu israel used to take a bath naked young the robot normal about they used to look at each other mechana moose a tassel wada and musa used to bathe on his own for pollo a la him I am now a Musa al-salaam ah ah ah Allah and no other they said wallahi nothing stops Moses from taking a bath with us except that he has a swollen
testicle so he's got swollen testicles okay look other but wait they just in case you don't believe me in case you don't believe me hands were what does ultra mean ultra this dictionary means scrotal hernia your scrotum testicles have kind of swollen up okay so so for what the iso bajo a little higher he put his clothes on a rock so the rock started to run away so
moosa aleihsalaam was chasing after the rock saying my clothes Oh rock though be a Hodja phobia Hodja hats another at Banu Israel allah moosa follow until Banu Israel could see him naked Ficano Allah he may be Musa Mombasa they said you know what a problem is testicle seem normal so and then Musa ahadith Oh boohoo Fatah [ __ ] hey Jerry Borbon and he started getting angry and beating the rock up this is Moses ELISA Lam this is the respect that they wanted this is what
they want to fight over yes so this is so just to just to show certain things let me show you another this is our prophet apparently this is how revelation used to work and some of the ex Muslims have picked up on this one as well this is in key tablet of cedar Quran and hadeeth four five nine four and that the prophet a verse was and I've done covered this in a previous Monday nights with mostly and shown all these chains to be weak but let me read it to you that the Prophet said call somebody that revelation has come up
took right down liars double car I don't I mean element meaning well Mujahid on a FISA bill Allah write down that those who go out to fight are not the same as those who stay behind and behind wah - abhi well phone maybe if Nomi Maktoum and right behind the Prophet was a blind man if Maktoum and I've covered that whether his name was a merabh denying my previous session solace ooh Lala I know buddy he said oh yeah oh so la I'm but I'm blind why am I being faulted for Nestle X McConaughey so then revelation just came
down there and then saying la yes the wilt I do nominal me Nina hi you only daughter well Mujahid una feasable allah o those who are not disabled who stay behind so the verse car immediately updated and behind the prophet was the blind man but the prophet knowing God apparently didn't know that there's a blind man they so why not reveal the verse properly so this okay so this is and this is to show God and the messenger of allah in this light okay let's let's see right not stopped
yet right okay let's see what it says about our prophet okay what we're on this topic but kitab the book of medicating hadith number five seven six five that the prophet had magic done unto him karna rasul allah saw arahat econo yeah I know yeah didn't he said when I got to him that the Prophet had magic done unto him until he used to falsely think that it had sex with his
wives but he hadn't but he used to think he had sex they's to tell him that no you haven't Wow Wow subhanAllah this is our repayment of the Prophet towards the Prophet tell me the Prophet people oh I just had sex oh no no you didn't this is the prophet of God getting such a state this isn't like oh I just put this glass down over here then I put it over here to report of thee oh I had sex oh I don't even remember like I'm it's not I don't remember how many sex I do remember how many sex when it
didn't even happen where does testimony go what about those people who came to the prophet and said we committed adultery why was the Prophet taking them to task when he himself allegedly used to think he'd had sex and it never happened how does it where does our Sharia remain where is the the justice in all of this where does that leave our prophets of allah allah wa sallim now look whilst were on prophets key table a man one loser right
hadith six six three nine the Prophet Solomon ELISA Lam called Sulaiman Solomon said wallahi tonight I will go and have sex with 90 women right presumably his women I mean presumably his concubines right so I don't think they were wives they're probably concubines but I will have sex with 90 women who lunatak TB ferrocene you Jae Hee do feasable Allah all of them will bring me a warrior who will fight in the path of Allah [ __ ] allah llahu sahib ooh so his companion he's telling a prophet of god he's telling a prophet of god
say inshallah follow me a Kulu he the Prophet can't be bothered to say inshallah he's being reminded by a companion say inshallah he's saying can't be bothered Fattah for Elena Jamie and so then he had sex that night with 90 women fulanita Milman Hoonah allama adama Heda so none of them became pregnant except one Jer to be shipped a Rajal so she came she bought she she gave birth to a handicapped child so it was a disabled child or a look at this and then the
Prophet says the prophecies were a melody not so Mohammad NBAD that I swear by he who Muhammad's life is in his hands if he'd said inshallah they would have all been born as warriors and fighters me Allah punished him for for not saying inshallah he gave him a handicapped child and this is a prophet of God who can't be bothered to say I mean just look at that I had these ladies discuss
I mean that this is so disrespectful to our prophets then look the attitude towards I mean this isn't generally that bad but the attitude towards rich people okay the Prophet said unto Allah babble Jenna I stood on the door of paradise and the majority for I met Amanda holla holla masakeen majority of the people who entered were poor people was Hubble Jeddah Mack Busan and those were rich they get held back why because they're
rich Wow okay so right there now now check this out this is a hadith in Bukhari kitab before the homes hadith 3:09 3 that fatima came rowdy Allah and her came to a worker to ask him can we have can she have her inheritance
so o bakr said no because the prophet stone in hurry thought all day but fatima to bento rasool allah so she was angry the messenger of allah wa ha ha Jared Abubakar she boycotted and abandoned Abu Bakr volantis Alma Hodge editor who had tattoo Fiat and she remained like that until she died the daughter of the Prophet you know salallahu alaihe salam wa radu love on her according to this narration was angry with her worker and died in that state of anger this is Buhari I'm not
making this up this is in Sahil Bihari I've given the the Arabic check this out this one's quite hilarious how did he get above the back or side you've got hadith right this is five four nine two it continues from that chapter anyway it ends with Abu Darda radi allahu i'm saying regarding a particular meal that is cooked that was it was like a
particular kind of food that they had like a soup kind of thing now check this out listen to this arabic al hamra a Nenana shemp's right this is nonsensical Arabic this Arabic makes no sense okay and what's hilarious is that the classical scholars like Bobby see in these great early Maliki legends who were the early founders that had the manuscripts the kind of tertiary manuscripts they cross this out as a mistake because it makes no sense
later scholars still embraced it and this and they try to justify one earth this means and they all seem to you know it's like a few people in a room one person is justified they were like yeah that makes sense to me let me just translate what that says the hello camera he slaughtered the alcohol I'm Nina no idea what Nina Me's do you know what they try to say mean an is plural of the letter noon you know the letter Newton the letter noon in Arabic they said the plural is Nina which means they saying noon now means fish just because in the surah known
while called me what my ass thrown they said noon might mean a fish so saying here means--and means fish because noon the letter noon all of a sudden means fish wash amps and the Sun even if okay so the alcohol okay check this out the alcohol was slaughtered by the Nunes and the son I mean what on earth is that even on about but then they're all like oh yeah that makes perfect sense I make brilliant beautiful sense it's like I read all these commentary people are like no of course I mean it's it's awkwardly worded but it makes beautiful
sense I'm like for God's sake at least be honest so if not had your the same thing if Nigel says oh it's awkwardly worded but it makes sense what he's trying to say okay what they let me tell you what they're trying to say they're trying to say that I would or that believed that you can turn you can purify alcohol which by the way most scholars believe that alcohol if it's turned into vinegar it can be used as the hadith said that the best of your alcohol the best of you vinegar is that alcohol is the vinegar of your alcohol now Holly come Alohomora come now so many people used to use that
so what they trying to say is Abu Darda also believed that that you could you know you could kind of use alcohol and have it kind of whatever the fermenting processes and turn it into vinegar okay fine and they're trying to say he believes you could eat fish it was challah to eat fish which everybody believed it was halal to eat fish because the Quran says ah hello come seder Baja and whatever is in the sea is halal for you but anyway and the son I don't know what the son but the son is is maybe a means of purifying stuff this is what they so what they trying to
say is I'll go Dada by saying you can use purified alcohol sorry you can use alcohol that's turning to vinegar he's using the term you can slaughter alcohol the Bajal camera is slaughtered alcohol what slow today the fish did I'm the son they've gone through so much the the gymnastics they've done to try to make sense of that statement nobody's got a problem with saying you can eat fish it's halal that's fine nobody's got a problem with saying you can use vinegar from alcohol nobody's got a problem with those things
I'm not I haven't got a problem this statement my friend is absurd like stop just stop it the stop you're doing it right now just stop it you know it's like this is making you look silly like you've got to just accept when something is absurd like the early scholars cross this out as a clear sing tactical mistake they said it doesn't make any sense what this is talking about right so let's take a look people let's take a look now okay here's something interesting in Behati since we're speaking about the prophet salaallah alayhi assalam and his
marriage to aisha the prophet's marriage to Aisha hadith 5-1 double three and a Beatrice of what aha well he had been to sit teasing him he married her when she was six years old as in Parvati six years old there is another one I think she's a seven but in this one very clearly six and then he consummated the marriage when she was nine Wow Wow the Prophet is looking at a six-year-old child with the intent of marriage which
is a sexual relationship that is disgusting and it is an attack on the honour of our prophet and let me tell you something let me tell you something these people say that all the six-year-olds then the nine year olds then were like eighteen year olds today what
are you smoking crack the nine year olds were like eighteen year olds what on earth are you on about did she I wanna ask one question did she consent did she consent to this nikka bukhari hadith the chapter heading 42 hadith 5 136 he comes on the page after it lion cub what a rule Baker will say if in Liberia ha that a father
cannot force his child is virgin daughter or divorcee daughter into a marriage and there is a hadith let uncle this one is about that the next one in the several hadith Theory actually brings so he says that if there's a water empanada hoowa-hey Accardi ha funny car humor dude Chanukah is rejected if she doesn't want it and then they transmit from muji me if nigeria the Hansa the daughter of rhythm one saudi afore the married her off and she didn't like it the prophet revoked the
marriage and then this hadith look while at Uncle bicker while at Uncle bicker that she let uncle beacon that a young girl or a virgin girl cannot be married had to stop then until you take permission and then the Prophet said even if at that point her way of giving permission was just like being silent and being or smiling or things like this that is fine based on customary practices but you must take consent how on earth does a six-year-old consent how does that happen does she even understand anything does
she understand what this team is about to consent they say yeah but the custom what custom how do you force a six-year-old into a marriage Allah hasn't even said that she must pray she's not even held liable and they say here but she know so tell me why didn't the Prophet just consummate the marriage then this is it all but she was young what she big what what do you mean she was young was she too young to consent so it was a forced marriage which ought to be rejected is that is that what it was that what it was is a yeah but you
know when she was nine she had the physical maturity of 17 18 year old oh wow okay wait wait wait wait wait I'm finished I would old matter you murder that when do you command the child to pray now this is a hadith which Abu Dawood and other scholars declare sorry right hadith this is in Bab meta-model hollom Ghulam Nabi Saleh about 25 this hadith is full nine one maybe the the chapter is very sorry the numbering
varies in different editions the hadith says the Prophet said muru Allah dicamba Salah wha-hoo abner Saba look come and your children to pray and they are seven okay now listen to this Walter boom alaihe wa home up now actually singing and discipline them at the age of 10 if they still not praying and discipline can mean different things it doesn't have to mean like being forceful but that's not the point the latter palete so yet I sure didn't even have to be praying but the latter
point what far recoup a known film abuja at the age of 10 separate them in the beds so the brother and the sister are sleeping together and according to the Quran and tada Oh Thea become that the Arabs used to that's a verse in the Quran that they used to customarily sleep generally naked a lot of them now so they're sleeping together these 18 year old bodies of boys and girls sleep together but oh they can do that but when they're 10 the profits that start separating them but they've got 18
year old bodies though oh but it's okay so but once they're ten then they must have like 20 year old bodies so separate them when they ten but don't separate them when they're 9 9 is like they're only 18 year old physical bodies I mean how stupid does do people have to get seriously like this is the stuff that is in our tradition that we are pushing out there we are embarrassing ourselves we are doing a disservice to the messenger of allah salallahu alaihe synonym on one hand he's saying oh yeah brothers sisters they all sleep together then we're trying to say yeah but he's marrying a girl because
she's physically so mature now she's like a woman Wow oh but by the way Allah doesn't even say she has to pray yet because she's mentally not that mature oh but obviously she gets sexual consent she understands what daddies she just doesn't understand what to pray means what kind of a stupid statement is this why are we absolutely just dissing the messenger of allah salallahu alaihe salam in such a way so these are the things people when this is what is in sidebar so I don't feel that this the
way people have placed this book on God status can be tolerated so yes part one of my point was that I will continue to deconstruct these hadith I will show them upon the individual merits to be weak and unreliable every single one that what dr. Jonathan Brown and people were sharing that these three people transmitting from Aisha every single one is unreliable every single one and I will inshallah demonstrate that in time to come but I will I just wanted a
highlight all of this for now show the the the problematic narrations the disrespect and there's many more which I've only shown a portion this one's that Omar of the allahu han is saying to the prophet what is he is easy chatting nonsense and this is the one the shia keep going on about to sunnis that how how is the you know you guys all say he's saying that you know i had a rest of him you know has he is he just speaking nonsense that he said he says that to the prophet when he's ill disrespected this disrespectful to our prophet it's disrespectful to omar this hadith in here that omar is apparently saying oh i still remember
the extra verse of the quran about stoning people and i would write it down if it wasn't for people to it that would create a hoo-ha what nonsense is that these verses in here sorry this hadith in here companion saying I remember this surah I used to be much longer than that surah and okay that people could say that was the memory fair enough they just misunderstood something fine this hadith in here about monkeys committing adultery monkeys and adultery what the hell are you even on about what is this monkey ethics you know monkeys and adultery and then the other monkeys are stoning the monkey because he committed
adultery adultery is to do with the institution of marriage institutions don't exist in the monkey world or in the animal world ok these are human psychosocial constructs we have come up with these things they don't exist with animals for God's sake and I've said this time and time again I've got a whole as dedicated kind of segment to this as well on YouTube that look this is what Wittgenstein and these people said that these are parts of the human imaginative realm we've come up with even if an animal could speak to us we wouldn't it wouldn't understand this because we've got so many of these constructs like the institution of marriage is just a a mental construct that humans have made
up and so my point is animals don't have this they don't like oh you've committed adultery we're going to now it does I'm not saying they don't fight of course they fight of course they attack each other of course they wound and kill each other but you don't actually human you don't say an animal murdered well you take killed not murdered because it carries a certain motive and you wouldn't say things like an animal committed adultery that's a stupid that's that doesn't make any sense so this is my whole point of trying to show
that look yes although they are several Hadees inside Buhari that are complementary to Islam they are fine they have no problems with them they speak of normal things like charity or saying something good about the Prophet or they'll say something this fine that there are these like that there's many Hadees like that I'm not denying that but there are some very troubling hadith in here and because we've given it this divine status we are now suffering the hadith about women lacking intellect the hadith about women being majority of the inhabitants of the Hellfire that was
actually in thee so you've got and I've shown this previously that right so that this is this is exactly why people then have a problem with Islam because they like see that's that hadith they that I stood under on the door on the gates of Hell and I saw the majority of those who are the inhabitants of the Hellfire on women What nonsense why women let's be honest like the majority of crime and the majority of warfare bloodshed all of these things is
done by men so these kind of hadith you can clearly see people have fabricated them they oh they've misunderstood them now that's just touching up on Iman Buhari himself there's some important points to note you see first of all Imam Bukhari himself used to allow a reliable manner he would allow people to transmit hadith with meaning and he would do that himself as well so this is a page from serie a la mina bala there's the reference
serie al-amin of allah where you have the governor of ba is having a discussion if not be Jaffer with imam Buhari and he tells him look a mambo Harry says roba hadith in Samara to bill Basra I heard many a hadith in Basra but I wrote them when I reached sham so entirely different region and many a hadith I heard in sham sham is like where Palestine Syria Jordan these parts are he says many a hadith I heard in sham but I wrote them in Egypt for cool - yeah Abba Abdullah become Ali he
so he says I said yeah Abba Abdullah was that with its entirety like did you actually remember a spot-on verbatim and he says [ __ ] all of a second he went silent so he became like kind of like so here in the commentary tribe are not rights that this is very clear sorry in the hamish in the marching the Anil Bihari Raja was a reliable manner you see he sees that it is permissible and that's as you can see that's in ceará al-amin new Bala in volume 21 page 4 double one
now that's an example that Bihari did used to see these things as permitted and that does add to part of the problem another thing is even Bihari himself so it permissible if the motivation was they to to kind of do that lease to hide the names of people so the the reader can't tell who he's talking about now this is an example of this is from Miss Emily at Adel of Imam the hobby right there is now there's an example of Abdul Leibniz Allah al Juhani the
Egyptian is a person as they're happy says in you've got here in volume 2 page 442 442 he says wakaru annual Bihari Imam Bihari did transmit from him in Asahi why lacking you don't listen he used to just say Abdullah wouldn't give his full name because he knew people would find problems with him then the hobby goes on to say that happy goes on to say one of his teachers who is very famous a dolly mohamed abrini yahyel early who became a bit problematic because some people started also deeming him for a moment as
a deviant as well so Amman Bihari would transmit from him will you dallisa hookah theorem you Delhi so Katherine he would give so much he would transmit from him in some places over 30 times his name was Muhammad apne yeah yeah slowly now but check this out how Imam Bihari would actually refer to him so he would refer to him he would use the name either just Mohammed so you don't know which muhammad it was cuz he's got many teachers as muhammad o muhammad abdullah which was his grandfather's name and he wasn't known
by that name o muhammad even a harlot which was a greater grandfather now so when he would just say muhammad so you'd use his grandfather his great-grandfather's name because nobody knew who that was when you juice the name muhammad you would have no idea is he talking about mohamed abrini Yahia zoli's he took my muhammad apna salam I'm not even a Muslim even know whare Muhammad dignity trees Mohammed Najaf or some nanny Muhammad did not burn Muhammad Ali Yusuf al bacon D Muhammad
Ibrahim el bolson G Muhammad and another nice Aboudi mohammed rafi I'm not even a man these are all Muhammad's that he transmits from so when he's saying just Muhammad you don't know who he's talking about and he would do that on purpose that he said as you can see that look can you don't listen I'm gonna --there and he would do that Allah you don't list one hookah theorem okay and that's in his volume 12 page two sides 275 of ceará al-amin noble ah so even Imam Bihari didn't always stick by his rules okay so
you've gotta remember that now in my Muslim this is why he criticizes him as well but that said my problem per se is not with imam mihari mihari even though he didn't stick by his rules and to be fair he also bent the rules just like people before him but by and large he his theory came up with a gold standard okay like he said that for a hadith to be sahi he added these extra layers these conditions by by saying that you can't just say like he said that basically
when you have two people in a chain like let's say abdullah heard from ahmad how do we know because they contemporaries he said that's not enough we have to have evidence that they actually met and heard from each other which is amazing which is amazing i I like that standard Hebrew although he didn't always apply it he didn't always apply let me give you an example this is this book is a book by dark Whitney it is known as a lil Jamaat with the table people disagree whether there were two books or one book but the point is they written together published together in here you
will see now dark Whitney brings he finds problematic probably over about 217 or over around approximately that many hadith inside Bihari which he says are massively problematic and invalid so he and in this some debate in some are worse than others and some may not be that bad but he finds them all to have fallen short of being sahi okay so these are some of the problems another thing you see is a man Baha'is teacher so who is Imam Bihari taking from as well so
some occasions he would take from people who were really weird like he would take like so one of his teachers as you can see here this is page 403 in his key table to table that Bihari took from the teacher I'm Ron even ahead bun so so he takes from sorry from this Ravi from even Omar now this is a person who he uses sorry as an acceptable Rahui so people what I'm trying to highlight here is that Amanda Hardy himself didn't always live up to his conditions why because this person inaudible headband was a an
extremist Hawaa read for those people who were savage they were like literally like Isis to the power of 10 they in that age I mean they are the forefathers of ice they were ruthless they hated most of the Companions they declared them care field they said if anybody committed a sin they would kill them they will literally like that so this person in Marana Pathan is a perigee and you see what's interesting is you've got here from Hafiz as well from a bloodbath Selma buried that canna Imran Russell caddy Amina so Faria waha Tebow ho ma chere I don't even though
they say he himself didn't participate in the killing but he was one of the key sympathizers and used to write poetry praising them and encouraging them and even half it here mentions you've got he says which one of the Huaraz they were wakana i'ma run that yeah Alana's happy he used to cool people proselytize his ways try to convert people wahoooo levy Arafah Abdur manic delusion RT low alley he and he's the guy who praised the murderer of Sedna Ali in poetry and then and yet the scholar said
but we accept him in hadith because some scholars like abu dawood another said you know these Huaraz they so upstanding when it comes to hadith because they believe this to be a sin they're stupid because anybody who can justify murder how on earth what on earth is a lie if you can justify murder nothing else matters I mean lying doesn't even it's not even a blip on the radar but wait they even have faith in Hodja in Tanabata deep says under this
person's commentary that what abu dawood said that the Huaraz because they used to see lying as haram we the hadith he said that doesn't that's not true because it not be hard him transmits from some of the scholars like even Allah he and others I'm Bob little worried that that they openly admitted later on can you either whole I'm run if they desired something say yo hadith and look but they actually used to make up hadith and der that's no surprise I mean I don't know why this all shocked about that if I if I if I can justified murder
lying is a piece of cake so that is to show that first of all even Imam Bihari himself yes his standard did beat the other standards I accept that the other people he was more strict than them but even he had many shortcomings in his own theory because he would allow people like this he would take the inner Asians he would do stuff like this but he is not the key problem a man Bihari I respect he tried hard he did kind of put together a huge I mean he had this effort but what happens towards the end of his life he is
tortured tortured at least mentally he's kind of chucked out of this his is ostracized he has to leave home and the irony is and that people claimed he was a deviant so they said he had deviant beliefs like he believed the Quran wasn't creative and that debate is meaningless by the way doesn't even mean anything but they said that he believed that the actual must have the actual book is created which it is so I don't know but this debate is meaningless anyway but they used that as an excuse to really have a go at him and not just have a goal but to ostracize him boycott him and blacklist him so he was chucked
out of his hometown bahara and the two main groups who hated on him were the hanafis the Hanafi method because he attacked imam abu hanifa in his book and in several of his teachings he was very critical of imam abu hanifa and secondly the proto Wahabis so the humbly zenith in the lobbies today are basically humbling either these kind of literal is to take the hadith literally that God has certain body parts and he does this and he does that these people are like basically they absolutely literally so they used to believe even the book of the Quran the actual book is uncreated
which makes zero sense but they're not about making sense so they hated on him and the hanafis hated on him and they are the two groups that did them behind the propaganda for him suffering and he suffered for the last four or five years of his life and he just you know he was out and and immensely especially in the last couple of years he was out just wandering people wouldn't even allow him into towns he would have to wait at the gate and sometimes they would reject him sometimes they would allow him in and then cause us to now why is this important the irony by the way is these are the same two groups today trying to divine you know like almost semi worship
his book and they want to establish his book and with certainty the same two groups who led to his persecution now how do they not persecuted him then his book might have actually reached us quite with certainty that's the irony of history that you see the book doesn't reach us with certainty because of the suffering inflicted on him by the hanafis and humble ease and the humble is enough neither the the kind of approach over hobbies now and they are the two people today trying to say no it reaches us and they want to make sure so that's ironic but why is this point
important this point is important because Imam Bihari was no longer teaching any name associated with him became toxic so people were refusing to promote him refusing to transmit hadith from him hence none of these people transmit hadith from him at that point Imam Muslim boycotts him all these people boycott him now if he had continued to teach up until his dying breath maybe more people would have transmitted Buhari now Buhari is only transmitted really through one person for every muhammad degree use of Al Farabi and this is the key part we want
to come to now check this out people Buhari everything in his book is so he puts obviously everything in his book all the narrator's are supposed to be absolutely sound in imahara's book they're supposed to be absolutely seized but but I've got a little surprise I see right in Keita boylan right hadith on the section of 62 coming down hadith an ax or aspirin Muhammad Youssef
el Ferrari huh wait a minute this is a Mamba Hadees book but for a breeze in his book had the Salah Muhammad apply smile Albahari so imam bukhari is in his own book he is in his own chain in his own book so this is his book but yeah he student is in his book and then he's he's not even writing from himself he's the second person in the chain this is the kind of
comedy we've got to put up with so that's they just the case people didn't catch that and just in case you know all this are right so that's inky tabal in but I'll let it go I mean I showed it it's the earlier on right so he is in his own book and he's not even the he's not even the first person he's the second person in the chain that's one awesome way to to vouch for yourself everybody in this book is sound oh I'm in there as well by the way right so who
is so now we'll wonder who is for a brain okay one interesting some interesting points I just want to clarify because a lot of people have been saying that look I'm getting this stuff I'm misquoting and doing things like this so I'd like to kind of clarify robbery is really the key transmitter of this is taken from serie alam in no Bala right so imam that we cook they calling him
Imam probably is it's not okay if you want to use him am cello doesn't bother me but he heard from Imam Bihari twice other hobby says he heard from him now and there's a problem by the way he also claims Zama unknown semia see check this out he made a claim that he heard from potato chip inside right so now some people say okay well that's because some people made that claim but and that
isn't even possible because he's just a little kid at that point but okay let's not be paid let's let that girl it's not an issue is he heard the jamming of sake facilitates the mining were are buying right in the year 240 what is it 248 and then once again in the year 252 now that a man Bihari dies around why's it to 64 to 65 around that time so this is years before like much before Imam Buhari has actually kind of passed away or anything
like this ok now so is this person Ferrari reliable now first of all remember Hardy had many students okay according to Ferrari himself a t-ball daddy brings a chain quoting for a brie to say there were 90,000 people who transmitted Sahil Bihari from Imam Bihari and then he goes on to say but none of them are alive today doing it except me and that's like okay may if you say so but that's slightly but there
were many others who transmitted and I'll just you know for digressing let's just show some of them so here is and here is one of them Ibrahim even immortal now Ibrahim apna Merkel is one of the main early senior transmitters of Imam Bihari he was a scholar of hadith and he is vouched now you see a scholar in the fifth century 400 abu al el khalili says he's vouched for not a problem the issue is Ibrahim Ibrahim Arkell did transmit the Baha his version of Sahil
Bihari but it was incomplete and although some people did go on to so this here is right reaches us parts of it through Fatah be in a summary that he did but in this summary of Hitomi there are only 1200 hadith and even in the introduction he writes that by the way the entire copy of Ibrahim agree Markel did not reach me even though there's only one person between them his teacher
is the student of him no martyr he says that there was from catabolic am the rest there's a few hadeeth and then it's all missing now you may say maybe there's a substantial amount there fine but what he preserves in his summary is only 1200 hadith out of seventy seven hundred seven thousand seven hundred which are found in the normal transmissions so so that's one thing so even Merkel doesn't really reach us and I'll come back to this claim in a moment there's another scholar by the name of
Hamad Ignis shot here once again vouched for by almost a theory by the hafidh who who's in the for hundreds again so he vouches for him says is a reliable scholar yet hardly nothing really reaches us through even a shark head and that is miss sama that is taught that is taught okay now people might say yes but Ferrari was the the most junior student of imam bukhari that's why
aha but you wrong once again imam al buzzed away okay abu talha Mansoor al buzzed away he is the final person to transmit the book Sahib Buhari what can our Chairman hadatha Belgium Asahi and el-bahari and he was declared a thick Abba Eban Markkula once again from the 400s he was declared reliable although some people problematized him but he was there so look people have no issue in declaring those people reliable even though one could question did they even
know them but yeah hurry does not reach us through these people there's been a lot of claims that we have salvo Hari through all of these sources now that's a lie I just want to highlight that this is even a Hodja as Palani in his introduction to fertile valley had you sorry okay he writes he's going through all the transmissions of Bihari that reach him so he mentions look what Ibrahim even immortal and necessary he says what far time in have to
determine out here here raha Billy Jezza right okay so he says a piece of it is missing but okay fine he says well my Manito salatullah nari wire to who Billy Jazza so we got each other of this as in we found it and people transmitted but not through teaching people were working from it was something that was found that they kind of used that time for additional maybe complimentary support but it wasn't as reliable now look he says and Hamada
wall rewire this is it Naja wall rewire to let it oscillate be Seema that the rewire that reaches us with actual teaching listening to so you know all these people online saying we've got all these different transmissions now you have listen listen the transmission that comes through teaching that people actually relied on the havi laughs are in these ages were my table ha and those ages before us here rewire to Muhammad in the use of alpha a brain this is even
a hot you're declaring that but wait why take his word for it this ignorant right this is an under Lucy scholar who once again from the 8th century 700s who is very trying to go going out of his way to justify for a brief I'm sorry Buhari in fact he even miss represents the truth now he states this is from him in his book a father to Messiah which is in print he says look and this is you've got this on page 18
of his book what terrifical Marouf a yummy little Buhari fema share it a lot they were mihari be have bit this early SEMA that the the copy we have a Bihari with continuous teaching and summer is tauriel Ferrari well a Larry Wyatt here otamatone mess liqui moly huh now he says because of its perfection but that's not true but that's just because that's the one they actually had he also goes on to misrepresent facts by say look Ferrari can endow Oscar Buhari he claims that Ferrari had a copy of a Mamba Hadees actual work and that's not
true and I'll show that in a moment but that's his actual now in another on another page he also highlights he says in fair duel Ferrari be a wire tell Jamie Asahi a la carretera wotty is despite many people transmitting Buhari for every is the only one who has its transmission and he says look Hatton ferrata Barry Wyatt Asahi Zimmerman leader hobby Revati he until he became that's on page 17 he became the sole transmitter of the party so all these people online trying to say we've got transmissions that are
connected look this is the problem they're not being honest they yes they may be books that were found they may be books that they gave but that was like we Jada that was like because remember has to reach from them to us not just from that maybe even Americans books maybe something from even a shark it did reach people a few generations after him and a few generations after them but the point is it definitely didn't even reach him in a Hodja which is hundreds of years ago six seven six hundred years ago at least you're looking at now any definitely didn't reach us so we have to be honest
about this and even look this is before that called the e up now he claims in his time some people and he's much before much before what is the image or he claims that the rewire that we have today he says that there is some parts of NASA fees that's Ibrahim if no Markel's thing floating around but the main thing is from alpha robbery and I'll show where he gives all these rewired he gives all these chains pages on and this is from his Musharraf column war o pages on end
going back to three from so many different students which by the way the manuscripts all vary but they going back to Ferrari he then says well I'm Mary Wyatt's Anessa fee that Ibrahim even America piccata Bobby her I shared al hafi Ali Al Hassan II so he says so-and-so roti to me gave me just a me he says Allah Nessa FIFA to whom in a Fidel Qatar Sheikh Ayman kita become he says that he missed a NASA fees copy didn't he wasn't completely missed a certain part from Qatar become he got that from but the hula meuk inferi while Tina safi allah azza delicate up whatever's after that to the end it was not in his book
lenny mentions is some hadith in there from hero okay so this is and then he mentions on page 63 what was a lie Elena min rewire tell Ferrari were actor Orewa yet mint Arrietty he and this is really what most of everything is from and he like I said he spends and then he says there's some parts that have reached us from ibrahim of namakkal and Mississippian like i said he said they're incomplete with in generations after him is it nourish aid who lives in Spain says it definitely doesn't reach him
if or even hogr says it doesn't reach them except not with teaching anywhere not with Samar okay now you might say well is that really an issue look now this is for the odd in his book alma saying it's telefax I'm mature hadith that they disagreed with the hadith man woody demeanor hadith a bill hot l Mahakala imam if you find a book that is certain like it's written by the handwriting of an imam a thicker a reliable person or it's an awesome manuscript can you use it look
at this this is page 49 ma 84 to him with their consensus alarm men in luckily were rewire be he he says that you cannot teach from that because you don't know if it's the words of the prophet so now some of these people are saying this is really much ado about nothing is it because the question is why did nobody declare imam we're calling him Imam but Mohammed evening use of alpha robbery why did nobody declare him to be reliable this is the
question because he lives in a time where many people he is rubbing shoulders with some of these great scholars of his obviously met Bihari he's in the time of a Bihar team a boozer he's in the time of people like him intermedia buddhahood he's in the time of Nessa II he's in the time of evening be hard him if no Jose Magna headband he's in the time of all of these great and some of them are junior to him or like some of them may be senior nobody who actually knows him ever vouched for him as reliable how what on earth is
going on because and then they say well okay now you see people claim that you see this was the same what this was the same scholar ignore shade who's from al-andalus the seven eight hundred he tries to in his book that I was reading from a father Thomas a on page fifteen he writes all those people who said robbery was reliable
the problem is look he states first of all that Apple were lethal bhaji claims he was reliable I will rule either bhaji is an early great master Don Maliki from Muslim Spain he claims that he said for every thicket on mush who the problem is nobody has ever come nobody ever quotes that nobody even they're happy even if Mahajan quotes Alba G never quotes that that he was reliable they never quote that from bhaji they never caught his name so way has bhaji said this it's not
in any of his books that we know where has he said this now he claims and he's obviously hundreds like 300 years after bhaji but he claims that bhaiyyaji said it but none of the other scholars who are contemporary to him ever quote bhaji are saying this so this is highly suspect because bhaji has a book on Sahil Bihari but it's not in there so we're easy sings then check this out he quotes Oba Carr some irony a scholar from the 400s again from the 5th century who states about for a brief what can the cotton worryin he was a reliable
first of all Oh baccarat samani never met he is much after much after for a pre over we're talking over a hundred years over towards 150 years he's living anyway he's living much after him at least a century after him him he's never known him he's never known perhaps anybody who's actually directly known for ibly one question is how does he declare him to be a sip off when he's never actually because to say somebody's reliable you're speaking about a memory they precision the kind of general good behavior and we've never like me declaring somebody from the 19th century to be reliable I've never known the
person but the plot thickens people the plot thickens that is that check this out look in the manuscripts what does it say oh but in this book of it nourish aid in manuscript B this sentence of Sam honey is missing it's not even there that he says that some honey declared him to be reliable you see that this is interesting and I'll tell you why this gets even more interesting because some Ani he has a son by the name of Abu Saud now
when I was transmitted referring to this previously I thought because people once again tertiary sources keep mixing them up some people say it was the son some people say was the father the father is up above curve that we're talking about so I thought to be on the safe side will go with the son because he has a book on people but as it appears you see in his book this is from his book al unsub listen honey he does declare other people to be thicker so there's a page where he begins by declaring somebody as you can see if they aren't reliable in hadith but then it comes to robbery 3006 for robbery he talks about him he says
everything he does not declare him in any way to be reliable he doesn't even use he doesn't say his thicker and he doesn't even say that my father declared him to be thicker but then when he goes on to speak about another robbery some yells this is not [ __ ] use of infirmary straight after him Oh but even I shall mockery alpha robbery he says he's a staple by the way but about for every no way to be seen so weird the question is when they say he is reliable
who has vouched for him the earliest that they're going with our people that first of all never ever met him came over a hundred years after him and then secondly it's very suspect that they even said this because it's not in their books they his book Allah Molly is either not imprint people who had seen it said they never saw in me so it's it's highly suspect and this by the way is one of the attacks that even the Shia have brought up against robbery in saying that why a Sunni is trying to use a burqa some money when we've checked these sources or what color some money
doesn't seem to be saying this now because I highlighted this in one of my polls somebody started saying oh who's getting influenced by the Shiar see this is the stupid kind of responses that I have to face so this is the issue with robbery the other thing is that people are saying well okay fine but because people transmit it from him that should make it okay that should make it fine because he had at least one scholar of hadith called al hafi even a second who transmits from him therefore it should
be at least fine because even though he didn't say that he's reliable see even if in a second who'sa believed in a second who's a half faith of hadith from Egypt he takes mihari from robbery but he doesn't he doesn't even declare him to be reliable but they trying to say this should make it reliable so people this is al Khateeb al Baghdadi he has a section in his book as you can see page 84 where he says the Kuril Hodja Allah under rewired zepa and Heidi lady Lila that taking a scholar
transmits from somebody that does not mean they are declaring them reliable and he says the Germans are imaginary white Li Delin lady dallona who BM l @ lo kana yeah Adam Fiji Johanna Lazaro he says people say oh if here but if he's taking from him if he thought he was doubtful he would never take from him how people but that he says has a bottle ha ha bottle by bottle and no liya Jews and Yakunin idol la you are a fidelity to fall at acuña ey - Anita Dylan well as heparin on 60 he says that Eric could be
for other reasons maybe he just doesn't know many people transmit Imam Malik transmitted from somebody abdel karim i've novel mihari he transmitted from him he was a unreliable trying it doesn't mean just because he transmitted from him that person becomes reliable that way every person abu dawood transmitted from a tirmidhi transmitted from even imagine transmitted from unnecessary transmitted from it we had him transmitted from sorry about every person even though Hussein were transmitted from even he banter and every person they transmitted from would automatically become thicker that's nonsense and this is the same thing that
even if NASA long writes in his macadam as well he writes the same thing the same thing if my Hodja writes in his commentary on orbital thicker but I quoted al Khatib because he's the earliest out of them therefore perhaps in some ways more authoritative but they all write the same thing that so this one not nice you know because I saw some people trying to say well because people transmit from him therefore automatically that star deal he's reliable [Music] it's or not nice I read this one this one dubious you know dubious circumstances so the second point right
if Nahar writes in his fertile body this is page 6 of the makishima all al-imam above a little bhaji a bubbly the bhaji says from the student robbery he goes with a chain he says and most humble his name was Abu is harp almost Amelie he says intersect to that this is the stencil to that I copied Kate Abu Bakar him in Auslan he can endure Sahib II he alpha robbery so I copied my version of Buhari from robbery Farah a to a Shia lamb to Tim so I show what I shared
mobile yoga and he says I so many things that were ink he says I saw something that was still incomplete in fairies copy and he says and I saw things that were complete warm in her taraji let me ask put bad let me spit vanishing so he had chapter headings which were empty they had no hadith in them warm in a hadith Lamia jalaja this is from fertile body even Hodja is quoting above a little bhaji and he says and he had some hadeeth with no chapter heading and he says for above naba garlic ear about so we started to move them around
what does bhaji say body says o me Maya do lo Allah says other old he says what proves this to be true that almost Emily's copy and saroxas copy and Cushman is copy and marwah sees copy are all different so it shows my unknown is thence a home in Auslan Wahid and he goes on to say despite them taking from one book how are they all different ok so and by the way if nourish Aid is upset about bhaji statement did the one because he's trying to justify Behati so
much so he says I wish for her Alberti didn't make that comment because by G kind of questions that how did they you know despite all copying from one book why have we all gone different books so this is the issue people look so people that are trying to counter this they trying to say well no you know for robbery because people took from him even a second took from him first of all even a second is known for his to Saahil in hadith and I haven't got time otherwise I would go through them you can see actually up the last thought the famous Salafi scholar has a whole thing on in his introduction to the
talika of the illa love it not be hot him it's very interesting he goes through several shortcomings of even a second anyway who is one of the students of robbery but that's not the point to show that he was not Asahi he's to just declare people as reliable when they really would but that he hasn't even declared for a very reliable and to claim well because he transmitted that automatically makes him then that's not what her deep Albert daddy said that's not what eveness Allah said that's not what the heavies are sorry that even Roger said okay so that's wrong today I've read one person right oh if
neither wrote a book of weak transmitters and said I put everybody in here so if you don't find anybody in here so if there's any weak transmitter you're gonna find him in there because probably is not in the that makes him reliable oh my god Mongi mine gave us is this what we've come to in arguing that is if you don't find him in that book he
must be reliable oh my god that is the most absurd that is like the most stupidest thing I've ever heard that goes to show how weak it actually is why not just be honest let's be honest then people the manuscripts amongst themselves disagreed and differed they continued the key manuscripts are all through people like Al Hara we who takes from the three students of robbery and and and it's a patchwork he's patching between these three between Muslim le between Ciroc C between Al kasha honey
and then by the way he himself says the the and you've got another manuscript known as the Karima which is based on the Cushman II but how do we himself says kushma honey was not a scholar of hadith so I ended up deleting a lot of what he had put indeed then you've got like okay you've got people in Al Andalus basing it on what is it al mother was either you've got transmissions like Alice Ely taking Mojave into Andaluz you've got people after him I'm basing it on a little journeys as well and you've got obviously use the Maliki scholar and by the way even a Hodja in
is a Jessa is even mistaken here even a had your claims that obvious he actually had it based on George Annie and that was a mistake he didn't he only had it on Morosi but yes the Spanish people did have it on but these are all through probably and they all disagree and it's not just little disagreements the actual names in the chains are missing as well and this continues until Sophie is a major source but then he was Rita Belen his handwriting they say he was say it all hot and his manuscripts didn't even have dots so his student actually disagrees with his manuscript massively even asada does and which is the relied
upon manuscript in Madrid today in the northwest African Muslim or so and then you Nene comes along and does his gran makeover project because he's commissioned and he's a great scholar I'm not saying his intentions were bad but he makes huge amendments and he sits with the grammarian apna Malek and they then make amendments to the Arabic as well which shows that wait a minute why were they these areas in the first place so all of these things then his copy goes missing and we only have copies from his copy which then later on or redone by under the by the commissioning of Sultan Abdul Hameed of the Ottoman
Empire the second and even there are several mistakes in it so my point is look can people answer these things and the truth is you can't so what am I ultimately saying what I'm saying to some lot of people is that Bihari we have to look at the claim the claim is that this is the most authentic book on planet Earth for Muslims putting the Quran aside on planet Earth this is the most authentic book and that is utterly absurd that is nonsense that is no way the whole book really relies on one man who
nobody even vouched for so in essence am I saying some people have asked am i saying we should throw Sahil Bihari away I've not said that I'm not saying to throw books away but what I'm saying is this book is suspect so yes we can look first of all we don't need to take our Deen from it because our Deen has already come from the living tradition we already have our Deen in as a living tradition that's been a continuous practice all the way it's inherited through faith and methods so we don't need to take Deen from this because
we've already got our Deen okay so just to clarify that point the Sunnah already reaches us through faith people say oh well how will you prove how to pray through thick nobody proved it through hadith hadith was documented much after the Prophet over a hundred to one hundred and twenty years after the Prophet so look our practice of Islam comes to us with this oneness with it so yes we can look at Bihari but just like any other book it is no different - these are the books it is doubtful it is nowhere near solid foundation but it's okay it's interesting I'm not saying it
has to be it's not necessary I'm not saying everything in there has to be false but when we look at it we look at it with three criteria as scholars like ignore Jose even has them see all these people have highlighted that look it cannot go against reason it cannot clash with the Quran and they cannot approach Islamic principles they said the Arabic they used was lamu by inimical Welham you Harley Philemon cool and man cool was the Quran and the established Sunnah that reaches us through thick through the living tradition voila Munich Adel Azula does not approve an Islamic principle in that case we can accept it we can look at it we can take
information but it must always be we must recognize this is not certainty this is the knee this is just something can Trull like okay fine if it helps if it's part of the spirit of Islam there's no problem you know if it's something saying look II should give in charity should be kind to people you should do things that's fine you can take that you can say look it's in Buhari it's in Muslim it's in these books teach people if it's a so maybe you'll find something interesting huh that's an interesting point I never but it fits in with the narrative the problem is these when it brings nonsense this is a problem
I do wish if only the Muslims earlier on had kind of two things one if they had really filtered this nonsense out of thee that would have been amazing or at least if they'd been open courageous to criticize the nonsense for what it is - I am upset at the claim that people keep going on about this is the most authentic book on earth this is the most no it isn't not by any standard it's the most it's it's full of mistakes I mean it you can't even prove it's it's reaching us with any kind of comfortable
certainty you can't prove it at all so but yes at the same time many books look we've got books in in Arabic we've got books in theft we've got books in handy they're all part of our heritage we don't throw them away we're not about throwing books away and yes you can take you can benefit from them but as long as it fits in and we need to lower the kind of expectation of the what we think is the quality of what we're getting from sahih al-bukhari right the quality of what we're getting from Sahil Bihari is in my understanding just like any other hadith so when we're getting something from Bihari when we're getting something
from even imagine behind me it's hadith it's hadith we judge each a deed upon its individual merits none of this you know all but it's in Bihari and you know that nonsense is people were saying to me oh but we do that anyway no you don't no you do not because be honest if I had challenged the the foundations of even imagine none of you would have batted an eyelid it's only because of the semi-divine status of Sahil Bihari they prepared to insult the prophets because it's in Bihari you think they would insult the prophets if it was just in
even imagine no way on earth but Bihari they will appropriately throw the messenger under the bus no love for the Prophet but just so long as their sect remains happy that old my sect is not gonna be happy if I question sila Bihari so what the hell I'll just throw the prophet under the bus you know the prophets a pedophile doesn't matter oh but then pedophilia was different are you even listening to yourself so these are separately and you know this is interesting when I used to criticize
chains in Bihari as I do often in my Monday nights in mufti people used to say oh my god this is now when I questioned the foundations so many scholars told me why don't you just question the individual chains that that's okay all right so it's it's interesting but that's not why I brought this issue up I brought this up because I came across it I investigated it and I started reading into it and I was shocked wow this is actually this is actually a problem so I all I'm asking is people become
more transparent more honest and in that way when you confronted with this it won't shake your faith many people have left Islam because of the nonsense that's being shoved down their throats based on Sahil Bihari so we've got to be real we've got to be transparent let's not hide things let's not pretend oh it's all okay it's all fine you know and then people said to me why didn't you do a peer review what peer review what are you on about there is no peer academic neutral objective peer review in Muslim circles
it's all bigoted prejudiced sectarian religion never works as an independent secular kind of system it doesn't work like in universities and this is the truth let's just be honest people said to me no what are you talking about of course they would omit look people declare me a deviant just for having different views these are the people you want me to ask Oh what do you think of course they'll never agree they can't even accept Lee I said oh women can pluck their eyebrows and people's through threw a hissy fit like what are you on about you think these people are gonna allow me I must take their permission to
challenge the foundations of what they almost worships I'll go hottie and a prime example with me I actually respect I show much love and respect to dr. Jonathan Brown but that's a prime example he is a leading academic who is a lecturer on professor I think Georgetown University who's written academic works and knows how to discuss academically yet when I raise this claim it was nothing but an emotional response you know all Mufti doesn't even know how to say these Maliki names now look at these that you
know I actually showed that this banannie there were 14 scholars popular scholars by that name these guys don't even know that they they wouldn't even know that they they wouldn't even know five they wouldn't even know three and it was actually banana wasn't even but nany so why make a big deal trying to show you see this is to belittle these are the same tactics that just to show that oh this guy is really dumb and stupid he doesn't even know his Arabic I used to sit with some of the nuns of Arabic in the time chef abdullah near dhikr in his
age in in the late 90s was one of the most knowledgeable people on earth in arabic grammar he was you've received awards from the arabic world he received awards from saudi he was deemed by people allemande a speakit a peaceable way that the most knowledgeable of people on the book of see boy I used to see I just have a good banter with him actually likes to regularly every see very few people used to be they in fact nobody used to be there in the Masjid at that time he used to come very early there's an old man just have a huge bun taste and love the fact that I was my lucky and I was of Pakistani
origin he'd never heard of that and so we used to always go on and I used to tell him my researching grandma because I at that time I was obsessed about grandma IRA grandma and I used to tell him that what do you think of SIBO way said this about the you know when it came to what is now known as the move to that hubba and don't you find a clash in this or what about the concept of empty that doesn't have problematic when it doesn't have problems with trying to say this and there's a one meal that don't exist or don't you think about this and do you think and he used to find it very fascinating I mean obviously it was a done in this stuff but so don't you know trying to belittle all my knowledge on these things all you don't know what
you're talking about you know so this is what so this is the thing that these people were saying have an academic dialogue with these and I extended a dialogue I extended a dialogue to be sure here sir Kathy I said have a dialogue with me I extended it to you dr. Jonathan Brown I said have a dialogue with me he said I won't have a dialogue on this topic or discuss all the topics nobody discussing this topic on social media and then people said why did you go public with this what do you mean why did I go public who or why
should I hide this they like yeah but this is gonna create a fitna why is it gonna create a fitna why it's the truth isn't it you want me to so basically what you're saying is I understand this problems but don't tell them let's pretend there's no problem but that's ridiculous this is where the problems come from you're doing it right now this is the problem if we were just honest from the beginning people wouldn't lose their faith I you know I've spoken to many Muslims who some who are X Muslims
and some who are borderline they may have left and because of what was shoved down their throat based on this grand claim of the most authentic book on earth so this attitude of less hide things from the common Muslim I'm so against that like why and I said look oh would you have an issue with me writing a book and publishing it they said no I said but isn't a book for the public so the public can read a book but what they can't read social media they like yeah but you know the totally dumb people don't read yes you know you guys are the clergy what's wrong with you why are you
so judgmental why are you so why do you have to infantilized people like treat them like idiots but then you have no problem they have no problem broadcasting that the Prophet married a six year old little girl and they think that's not problematic in fact after my debate on Buhari I saw several scholars shada several prominent you know dr.
Jonathan Brown came with this article about a chart showing that I share was six years old and and it's several of them shady as somehow as a kind of slap in the face for me and I felt like well that's not irresponsible trying to show that the Prophet was a pedophile and you and you think this is irresponsible me trying to show that well just being honest that you can't actually prove this to go back beyond reasonable doubt I mean you can have guesswork and yeah there's been variations but there isn't that comfort of mind it isn't there so you know that that kind of tranquillity isn't there in
it being sound beyond reasonable doubt so yes so this is some of the the kind of critics and guys it's gone on so long ever so sorry but I know so many people were asking me about this I've asked to debate them I've asked to debate them on this about the age of Aisha inshallah I would I will reach out and I will take that up the reason I didn't first immediately jump at that is because I kept insisting I said I said to dr.
Jonathan Brown I will debate you on the I'll have a dialogue with you on the age of Aisha can we in the same dialogue in the this part discussed the authenticity of mihari because that includes the age of Aisha and not vice versa and the second part we will within the same dialogue we can move on to the age of Aisha I but he said no he was adamant I asked him on several occasions repeatedly please because you seem very learn it and people you know they keep referring back to you and you're sharing all these charts let's have a dialogue on so okay he wants it I think he's agreeable to it on the age of Aisha so
let's see how that goes let's see how I smash these chains to pieces Allah Allah Oh as the poet John a Leah who had been rather fond of he says a large story a came a much more curvier John see the solution to countering me is that you crush me he says enlarged oh yeah he came a much bull kardea John Varna you he Toki sickening Sunni amen
otherwise on my otherwise left to my own devices I've never succumb to anyone so if you want to crush my arguments by all means that's the only solution you've got enlarged oh yeah hick a much Booker T a John what am i you Neto kisi ki nahi Sunni hmmm so people with that much love inshallah I'm gonna leave you guys to it you've been awesome wow I've really stretched this today so sorry about that but I really thought this was really important people kept saying you're not showing references you're not showing
references so I thought okay what the hell let's so let's show some at least inshallah so let's quite an evening that's what I'll say inshallah people if you're new to my page like it if likewise with YouTube I do release clips all the time subscribe to it you can send me messages on both my pages on facebook you can follow i'm on twitter snapchat mount 2014 other than that people take very good care of yourselves see you all next week much love inshallah inshallah till then Salam o aleikum what affirmative light to Allah o
barakat
