Um, and see, just as we were about to begin the most important things, talk Jameel talking says, "Mufti is fart can invalidate the wudu?" Is it? Is it, man? Tell me, man. Ah, yes.

0:26

The unfortunately, it is, man. It is It is what it is. You know, I would say that on these things, please do not become OCD. Wudu was never meant to be an OCD discussion. It was meant to be something calm.

0:48

The way I see it, when I do wudu, like the Hadith mentions that when he when the person washes the let's say their arms or their hands, that kharaj at khataya who and this and a khataya can be something like a sin or something that misses you. People translate it in many ways. It doesn't actually mean sin, but I mean it's it's taken on that meaning of them, but also errors or just things which really ought to miss you.

1:17

But you have them. And I This is how I when I'm doing wudu, I will see it as negativity. You see, you wash away negativity, leaves you. Um, you you're in a more positive state. That's how I would see it. And don't become OCD over these things. Don't become like, "Oh my god, did I break my wudu?

1:44

Oh my god, did I You know, because this is this is a It's a uh It's a It's a thumma, as they say in Arabic. It's a It's a calamity. Cuz people get obsessed and it becomes like an addiction, a negative addiction that they it's the opposite. I mean it's linked to addictions. OCD they have to dispel it and oh my god I missed a bit and I missed a bit and and it becomes a nightmare.

2:11

So do not whatever my nasiha to you is if you suffer from OCD ignore ignore ignore. You are commanded and instructed by Islamic teachings to ignore it. If you think you've missed a bit it doesn't matter. Allah is not going to it's not going to hurt the dean. It's not going to hurt you this bit that you think you've missed.

2:35

You are somebody that is mandated to ignore all waswasa. These kind of whispering this OCD insinuations. Um and if you can't let's say you can't I would say switch to tayammum. Do tayammum until your waswasa gets better until you can cure. Tayammum is just with a stone.

3:00

You just wipe over like that and done. Um but I would definitely avoid it like the plague. That's what I would say. Cuz once waswasa gets in this waswasa is the Arabic word for OCD. It takes root and then it's almost it becomes so difficult to eradicate and it can start to trigger elements of psychosis if just left untreated for so long.

3:30

Right.
