But coming to this over al-Azadi, your question, what's your thoughts on Tablighi Jamaat being banned in Saudi Arabia? Right, I did hear something about that. Yeah, I I they put them as extremist. I was I was shocked. I mean, unless I misread it. I did read somewhere that See, because you know, these last few weeks I've been in I've had this kind of like a brain fog.

And I've not been I've been terribly slow. The other day I was you know, I was making coffee and I was kind of putting the cup back on the kettle holder and I was doing everything in reverse. I was like, what the hell am I doing? So, uh yeah, I did read that um I've read that uh they proscribed them as a extremist organization.

I mean, if that be correct, I mean, if if this is as I recall, then that's not right. You know, the Tablighi Jamaat are not an extremist organization. Um Yeah, I I don't think that makes any sense. Um They are definitely very peaceful, incredibly peaceful people.

Um You know, sure, they may have at at a level they may become cult-like. Okay, so, there's a level where I think they are beneficial immensely for people. Like, they First of all, they have amazing character, you know, so hospitable, great manners. They often, you know, one of the things that characterizes them is they they I don't you know, it must be amazing training because they always smiling.

And that is the character of a believer, Allah. So, you know, this and for people who are at a certain stage in life that are so, you know, not acquainted with the faith, they can be an amazing platform for them to learn the basics. You know, to take them away into an environment and they teach them salah and they practice it and that's all they do for 3 days or 10 days and then they come back and but there does get a stage where it becomes cult-like and so you are discouraged from moving away, you

are discouraged from entering into other pursuing other ambitions and and so yeah, they they may have, you know, they have that in them but that doesn't make them extremist. And we must, you know, as the the maxim, the the kind of the canon in usul and generally our values is a at kulli haqqin kulli dhi haqqin haqqah.

And this is the the lesson from the Quran as well that we give each their due and so they are not extremists and I so I don't know how they arrived at that because they they definitely couldn't have been looking at the Tablighi how they could deem them as extremist, that's totally uh
