but it was speaking about the super mario effect of learning and what it was saying basically in essence was that if you um if you if something is less made to look as it's if something has no negativity associated with it with its learning it's actually much easier like research shows that it's easier to learn so people or 10 people tend to learn it better so if they saw it as a game they actually learn it better than if there's
some win or lose associated with i mean actual like imagine they were losing money or they're losing they're gonna get in trouble or they have to do they actually learn it less effectively i found that very fascinating but the how to stay positive actual uh thing i wanted to show you was here this was pogba once again somebody sent this to me giving some advice always always remember where you come from 100 where you're going the way you're going three main goals right exactly i give you just no religious not just
normal goals it's general life goals and remember that you're healthy and remember the people that they're not healthy exactly there was always worse than us i always remember don't be naughty right so there you go that's just an example somebody had sent that to me just a couple of days ago so i thought i'd cheer it i yeah i love it i mean you know and absolutely it's it's it's amazing isn't it this day and age you say something
and where it goes another announcement that um dr abdul majid i had reached out to him following his reply to my bukhari gate i did see he'd made a video saying an invitation accepted and i've reached out to him saying look let's this month let's have a mind trap come on mine trap let's have a chat yeah you know chat i love to talk so he has uh uh accepted he said cool
