I'm feeling a lot better now. I still need I was told that look with the COVID two weeks is the solid and then I was told it may take another one to two weeks after that for you to um like you know fully get back to normal.

[1:33:54] I was mentioning today I just you know it's the third week today and I was feeling some strength had come back to me. And I was like, h like doing some push-ups. And I was had the the need to do that. And uh and I remember a couple of days ago, I I remember trying some push-ups and and it was I I just it's like ah my shoulder would hurt or this would hurt and I couldn't.

[1:34:20] Um so I'm just feeling the strength coming back. Hopefully within another week I should be uh good as good as was and I will start resuming the mind traps as well. There's a couple of people who have said to me they're happy to come on. Let's uh get them on and let's get discussing. Amongst them I've also been told that Dr. Shadi Nasar uh is happy to come on Mind Trap.
